Chapter 4: Chapter 4

(First wish; exploring a cave)

~ Gianna~

Don't call me crazy but I had specifically chosen this cave to explore. It wouldn't be nice to explore and not find some wild animals or artifacts.

Danger cave really looks as it's name prediction. I understand that this time of the year isn't the best time to explore a cave but isn't that what makes it more fun?!

I hunched my cave pack over my left shoulder and walked towards the cave, taking one foot after the other, snow fell gently on my body.

With each step I took closer, the entrance loomed over me like a vampire waiting to pounce on it's victim.

From the entrance, everything looked dark and scary but it gave me exciting thrills instead.

I brought out my camera and filmed myself going closer to the cave.

Since I can't have Kim Hyung Joong or anyone that looks similar to him, exploring this cave is next to best option.

I shifted the bag to my other shoulder, it weight was pulling me down and slowing my walk.

I returned the camera into the shoulder bag I was carrying and retrieved a flashlight instead.

I turned it on and peered into the cave like a little girl waiting for the perfect time to escape from someone.

"Hellooooooo" I put my free hand beside my mouth and screamed.

My voice reverberated through the cave, the echo dying with each second.

"My name is Gigi" I shouted again "am I permitted to enter?"

I shrugged and entered the cave when I got no answer, not that I was expecting one anyway.

A wave of wind gushed at me and even the high knee boots on my feets, the gloves on my hands, the muffler on my neck and the head warmer I was wearing didn't prevent the cold from reaching my bones. Seems the cave is the breathing out type.

I continued to go deeper into the cave, I didn't even make research to know if it's a Talus, the branched cave type or another or if it was going to lead me to some sort of fairyland.

It seemed to get colder as I burrowed deeper into the cave.

Apart from the insects walking around the sands, I haven't seen any life object.

From the little I heard, this cave has some sort of legend to it.

As I walked, pausing occasionally to catch my breath, I felt a warm breath seeping through my clothes. It almost felt like someone was breathing on me. I turned back sharply, my gaze darting around, there seemed to be no one beside me. I'm the only walking living thing here so where the fvck did a warm breath came from.

This is really exciting and scary at the same time.

I flickered the flashlight light around looking for a sign or anything.

After what felt like a life time, I sat down to rest. I brought out my phone to make some research about the cave but it was useless since there wasn't any signal.

I sighed and took in my surroundings slowly. I was mesmerized by what I saw.

There on the wall were endless writings and drawings. They seem to stretch on till forever.

How come I hadn't taken notice of this when I entered??

I gently traced my fingers in the wall, following the writings, it felt like I was in some sort of trance as unclear images floated in eyes. The exhaustion I was initially feeling disappeared.

I felt like I had journeyed into another lifetime and was in the middle of war.

My trance was cut short as the gave way beneath my fingers and I fell face first, plunging into thick darkness.

I switched on my flashlight immediately I regained my balance because somehow, it turned.

I searched for the opening I had fallen from and didn't find one. Isn't that weird?? Are there some forces operating here?? Gosh, I'm such a fool for not reading about the legends.

This place seemed colder than where I fell from, where's this place by the way?

I think I'm going to spend the night here and let my aching muscles rest.

I set up my sleeping bag and slept in, hugging my cave pack for some sort of comfort.

The flashlight couldn't shed light on things beyond ten feets.

I tossed around in the limited space, unable to sleep.

I unzipped the bag and came out of it, this place is wider and seemed farther.

I looked at my back to find a skull staring back at me.

My heart raced, blood pumped into my veins wildly.

I tilted my head and studied it, concentrating the flash light on it.

"Hey" I breathed out

"Hey kiddo" it replied.

OMFG!!!!!!!!
