Ronald slapped Ashley hard that her ear buzzed for few minutes, she rendered stunned by the abrupt act of Ronald in front of so many people. She is humiliated.
All are gasped and shocked. How could Ronald behave like this with his wife that too, in front of so many people.
“Ronald……” Grandmother Marie held Ashley and couldn’t help but yell on Ronald, snorting in anger.
“Ronald, what’s wrong with you, how could you hit your wife? Is there anything wrong between you solve it in your room, don’t monopolize in front of my guests.”
Andrew scolded him in a low voice with a red face. He was embarrassed in his own party in front of his guest by his own son.
Walters clan is an esteemed clan since many years, all the high socialite and elite families respect Walters for their morals, ethics and values nobody has dare to say a single word against this clan.
Today Ronald slapped Ashley. This made the entire clan lose their face. Now Walters clan will be laughingstock, subject of the gossip of elite circle ladies.
Even though Andrew’s brain was buzzing in anger, he maintained his dignity and didn’t loud his voice.
“Mr. Walter, how could you talk to your son so politely after he hit my granddaughter, it’s a matter of domestic violence,” Marie again yelled, losing her patience.
However, though, Andrew wanted to lower his voice and don’t let many people listen to the commotion, Marie couldn’t control neither her anger nor voice.
Ronald hated it when Marie was talking to his father in such a tone for Ashely, when Ashley has committed so many mistakes and her grandmother didn’t do anything to her. He lost his patience more and said indignantly, “I did, what she deserves.”
Ashley was standing like frozen, holding her pain filled cheek, just now zoomed out of her shock and could only mumbles few words, “Ronald, is that you?”
She was still bewildered. She couldn’t believe that Ronald’s loving approach of sometimes before, when he said that he started falling for her, he realized her place in his life, then he also promised a romantic night was all his act.
Why did he do this to her?
Ashley’s mind was buzzing like a chilled gust of wind passed. She is not getting the motives hidden behind Ronald’s act.
Julia saw Ronald’s rude reply to Ashley’s grandmother. She came forward, held Ronald’s arm and said disappointedly, “I couldn’t believe my son abuses a woman, Ronald, this not what I taught you. You shouldn’t hit your wife, a woman, you let me down Ronald, I am ashamed of you today.”
Although Ronald felt bad while hurting his family, he also knew that it’s just the matter of time, later they will understand him, that’s why he was not in a hurry to explain anything.
Marie saw Ronald was still unmoved after Julia’s confrontation.
She snorts more in anger and said disdainfully. “Why are you ashamed now, Mrs. Julia Walker? You should accept this outcome only with your upbringing?”
Marie’s tone was ironic and word is sharp daggers, not only Julia but everybody in Walter’s family gasped.
Julia was a very strict and a principled mother, still she was slandered. Ronald clenched his fist and wanted to retort, but before that somebody else spoke to Julia.
“At least you shouldn’t be the one who lay fingers on other’s upbringing.”
A sharp but calm voice pierced their ears. They all turned around and saw Sarah slowly approaching towards them, holding Stefan’s hand.
Sarah came forward and stood in front of Marie, glaring sharply in her furious eyes.
“Ronald did nothing wrong; this wicked and malicious heart girl deserves this.” Sarah said in shrill tone and point towards Ashley with pure hatred.
Sarah’s behavior shocked everybody, but she is regardless of everything and continued, “Mrs. Marie Miller, just look at yourself and answer me do you have any rights to slander others, point on their upbringing when your upbringing is like this.”
Sarah once again pointed at Ashley with hatred and Marie was tongue tided.
Sarah’s attitude was most attention catching between entire guest.
They all the people who witnessed the fiasco in her wedding and then her sister got married to Ronald.
Now when she is slandering her sister and supporting Ronald for abusing her sister, she was nothing but looking like an evil.
Even though her impression is getting negative in other’s eyes, still Stefan is beside her all the time and didn’t stop her for anything.
That’s why nobody has dare to say a single word about her. Nobody dares to offend Stefan Walter.
“Sarah, what are talking, why are you slandering at my mother? And Sarah, you always stand for right, then how can you support Ronald, who slapped your sister in front of many people?”
When everybody was silent and Marie was tongue tied, Sebastian came to her mother and daughter’s aid. He was trying to hold Sarah’s hand, but she dodged with hatred.
She can’t ever forget her own father point at her character being blindfolded in another daughter’s love.
Sarah sneer and said in a much sharper tone, “She is not my sister and I am supporting Ronald because he is right. In fact, it’s the level of his patience that he tolerating this cunning and scheming girl and regarding your mother, you can ask by yourself, what she has done? How low she stooped being blinded by the love of this cheap girl.”
When Sarah was pointing towards granddaughter and grandmother duo in hatred, her voice was ear piercingly sharp and eyes were spitting fire.
That made everybody stunned.
Even though she was looking negative, malicious and mean to her sister, but the confident on her face made everybody turned and look at Maire and Ashley with suspicious glare.
Not only Marie and Ashley, in fact Sebastian also tremble in fear. He knows his mother and daughter both are mean and selfish, but they are her blood and he has a soft corner for them. What’s more, he already knows Ashley’s wrong deeds of the past, now if she has done more he can’t afford to let it reveal in front of so many people. If his mother is also involved, then it will be his doom. Miller industries will have a great fall then.
“Sarah, you shouldn’t talk like this, she is your grandmother.” Sebastian has no option but to blame Sarah for being rude. Sarah is regardless what is Sebastian trying to do or how mean and adverse she looking in front of so many guests.
“I told you before, you all are nothing to me. I don’t have any father, sister or grandmother, so stop relating yourself to me. Neither I can forget all of your behavior when blinded in this girl’s deeds nor I can forgive any of you.”
“Sarah, you slut, stop blaming my Ashley for no reason. She is a pure-hearted girl unlike you who ran away from own marriage.” Marie said with venom.
Even though Sara didn’t let herself effect by Marie’s words, Laura and Evelyn sneer at Marie’s malicious words.
“It’s good I am not like her, and I am not blaming you’re the great Ashley for no reason and you, to know that. Mrs. Miller, I am done with both of yours cheap tricks, now it’s my turn.”
