Chapter 124: Chapter 124

Party has been started, the lavish party hall of Walter’s palace has been decorated beautifully, all guest has been arrived and wondered what is the occasion of the Walter’s party.

“Ladies and gentleman, welcome to Walter’s party, you all must wonder what is the occasion that made we Walter’s throw such a grand party, isn’t it?”

Jack has announced on the microphone and a soft sound between guests shown that they all are curious to know the answer.

“So here is the occasion. We, Walters, are going to welcome the new member in our family.”

Jack point towards a door from where Sarah and Stefan entered hand in hand, all lights went off and a spotlight fell on them.

Seeing a beautiful couple hand in hand but Sarah with a big belly, guests got what this party is for.

“Please welcome the first heir of Walter’s next generation.”

There was an enormous round of applaud echoed in the hall.

As Sarah and Stefan came into the party hall, many guests surrounded them.

Everybody wanted to wish President Stefan personally to impress him and proposed the toast.

Stefan accepted their toast, but didn’t let Sarah touch the drink.

After attending a few important guests personally, he denied accepting any more toast and moved towards a comfortable couch with Sarah in his embrace.

Jack already announced the main reason for the party, and after that Julia held the microphone.

“Thank you so many guests for coming and shower your blessings to Walter’s first grandchild. Now I am thrilled for going to announce my son Ronald’s surprising engagement with his girlfriend Valerie.”

Once again there was an enormous round of applauds but Ronald and Valerie were shocked, both exchanged a glare and Ronald rushed to Julia. He pulled her into a corner anxiously.

Stefan and Sarah noticed this and went behind them.

“Mom, why did you announce our engagement in so rush?” Ronald said with nervousness.

“What’s wrong with that? Ronald, eventually you have to get married, so it’s better to get engaged today.” Julia said.

“Mom, Valerie doesn’t want to get married so early.”

Ronald then told them everything, whatever Valerie had told him on the terrace. While Valerie also came over and stood behind him.

Julia’s glimmering face has been hung down and Sarah and Stefan’s faces also turned solemn. Valerie thought it was all because of her.

When they all were in grave silence, Sarah came up with an idea.

“Big aunt, I think Ronald and Valerie have all rights to decide when they want to get married, but Ronald, Valerie, you both also try to understand big aunt is a mother and she wants to see her child settle. What’s more, she has already announced your engagement. Get engaged today and get married later after a few years whenever you want, is that ok?”

Obviously, Ronald had no problem with such a wonderful solution, but he wanted to consider Valerie’s opinion.

He looked at Valerie to get her reply.

Valerie thinks for some time and said, “Yes, Sarah, I am ok with that; there is no problem in getting engaged. What’s more, aunt has already announced our engagement; we can’t let her lose her face in front of several guests. Ronald let’s get engaged today.”

Julia releases a sigh of relief. Her face in front of the guest was also an important matter, it’s good that Valerie considered it. “Thank you so much, Valerie.”

“Please, aunt doesn’t say thanks, you are so sweet to me, I can do anything for you.”

Finally, Ronald and Valerie got engaged in front of many guests and Julia was the happiest one.

After the party got ended Laura and Evelyn came to Sarah and sat on either side of her, Laura being emotional hugged her tightly and start shedding tears silently.

Sarah broke into the hug and looked at her with concern. “Mom, why are you crying, is there any problem?”

Laura consoled herself and wiped her tears. “Sweety I couldn’t control my emotions seeing you so happy. My Little Sarah has grown up so quickly that she is going to give birth. I wish the lord will shower his love and blessings on you and Stefan till the end of the world.”

Evelyn also hugged her, being emotional, and both bid farewell to Sarah after giving her lots of instructions to take care of herself.

After Laura and Evelyn left, Amy came to Sarah and asked her to get change and rest.

“Sarah, it’s too late, you shouldn’t sit for too long, go to your room and take a rest, I will send your dinner. Please get change and relax.”

Sarah nodded. “Ok mom, I am going, but where is Stefan?”

“I will find him and send him; you go with Stella,” Amy called Stella and asked her to help Sarah get change.

Stella, while helping Sarah to get change in her room, noticed her sad pout. “What’s wrong Sarah? Why are you sad?”

“I am looking for Stefan, I am missing him.”

Stella chuckled inwardly just an hour before she was with Stefan and now missing him, but she knew it’s all her mood swings.

“Don’t get upset, I will go down, search him and send him to you in 5 minutes,” Stella assured her and went from there.

After sometimes Sarah was sitting on the bed while leaning on the headboard, just then Stefan entered the room and saw her angry pouted face.

“What’s wrong, angel, why are you looking angry?”

“Stefan, where were you for long, I was looking for you?”

Stefan kept the food plate at the side of the table and sat on the bed beside her. “Sorry angel I was busy, forgive me and eat your food, our baby must be starving.”

Sarah nodded but didn’t eat food. In fact, opened her mouth. Stefan understood she wanted him to feed her.

Only after one morsel, she refused to eat further.

“Stefan, I don’t want to eat that?”

“Then do you want to eat this?” Stefan said with a broad smile.

Sarah didn’t notice before that Stefan was hiding one hand behind his back and, while saying this, he brought a bowl of chocolate brownie ice-cream sundae forward and Sarah’s eyes shone with several twinkling stars in it.

“Wow, ice cream.”

“Only for you, my angel.” Stefan started feeding her ice cream, and she made many relishing sounds while relishing herself with ice cream.

No one knows Sarah more than Stefan. During today’s party, Stefan had noticed what attracted Sarah the most, and he knew what will be her carvings.

He was making a brownie ice-cream sundae for Sarah, that’s why he got late to come to her.

Sarah’s face hung down after finishing one bowl. “Stefan, you made only one bowl, but I want more.”

Stefan knew this problem could have arrived, and he had to deal with that, that’s why he already kept more bowls of ice creams and asked servants to bring more for her.

“Thank you so much, Stefu......” Sarah excitedly hugged him.
