“Mom, relax, don’t get excited. I will talk to Linda but before that, we should speak to Ronald. We should consider his opinion first.” Sarah said seriously, stopping Amy to get so much excited.

“Leave that matter to me; I will talk to Ronald. I hope he will not deny it. Now it's favorable time he should move on.” Stefan said confidently and everybody felt at ease. They all know that Stefan can convince Ronald of anything.

“Yes, he should have to understand that Ashley’s chapter is over now, let bygones be bygones,” Jack said, boosting Stefan’s words.

“Absolutely,” Stella said.

They all were talking all this just to make Valerie jealous and make her feel that if she will not understand now, then Ronald will be far from her forever.

“Stefan and Jack, if you both think that you can convince Ronald, then do it today only. I don’t want to delay this matter. As soon as he will agree I will make him engage with Linda. The sooner the better.” Julia said earnestly.

“Relax big aunt, I will talk to him today itself and make sure he will not disagree,” Stefan said, and Jack too nodded in assurance.

That was the last bit of patience of Valerie. She won’t be able to take all this anymore excused herself from everybody and went towards her room fast.

Everybody’s face brimmed with a smile seeing her condition.

“Sarah, your plan worked.”

“After all, it’s my plan,” Sarah said with pride. “Stefan, now it’s your turn, execute the latter of the plan.”

“Alright, Jack, are you coming with me?” Stefan looked at Jack and raised his eyebrows. Jack nodded.

Valerie went to her room and started crying vigorously. After sometimes when she cried her heart out, she stood up and looked at her miserable state in the mirror.

‘Why does it affect me whether Ronald is in a relationship with someone else or getting married? Whether he will get married to Linda or someone else, it has nothing to do with me.’

Valerie felt a sharp pain in her heart, thinking about Ronald’s marriage to Linda.

‘Yes, it’s affecting me; I can’t see Ronald with any other girl. But why? Why do I feel jealous in heart seeing her with Linda, why was I angry when Linda was clinging to him when Ronald shared the dish to Linda made by me?’

‘These are not a big matter to make issues; then why am I feeling like I can’t share Ronald with somebody else? Is it because he is my best friend or……….?’

‘No, I can’t be naïve and blind eye from my own feelings. I like Ronald, no, I love Ronald. yes, I love him.’

Valerie was on cloud nine after confessing her love for herself and started dancing in her room like crazy. While dancing, she seemed to realize something and stopped.

‘Valerie, how could you be so happy, when you don’t even know that Ronald also loves you or not, what’s more, aunt Julia is going to fix his alliance with Linda.’

Valerie held her head and sat on the bed. ‘Oh, my god what will I do now? I am with Ronald for many days, I have seen a shine of liking in his eyes for me. He also likes me. If he has the same feeling for me as I have then this time I will not let my love go just like this.’

Even though Valerie has decided to fight for her love, she doesn’t know how will she do that and this thought once again made her gloomy.

Ronald entered Stefan’s room after knocking and was surprised to see Jack was also there. “Stefan, did you ask me to find you?”

“Yes, please come, take a seat.” Stefan point towards the single-seater couch opposite to him.

When Ronald sat down, Stefan and Jack looked at each other, and Stefan beckon Jack to start and their entire postures made Ronald confuse.

“Ronald, actually mom and dad are worried about you and your future,” Jack said solemnly.

“How come suddenly? Did I do something wrong again?”

Back in the past, Ronald was a notorious careless and bag of mistakes in the family until he fell in love with Sarah. After that, he has changed but after making the decision to getting married to Ashley he once again made a great mistake. His parents always worried about him whenever he does any mistake.

Stefan sighed and said, “Ronald, I will not beat around the bush. Big aunt is worried about your future and wants you to get married and settled. Have your own family soon.”

“What, but why suddenly?” Ronald’s eyes widen in shock. He still didn’t consider the thought to get married again.

“It’s not sudden; they are thinking about it for since long. Mom also found a match for you.” Jack said.

Ronald got a bigger shock, “What, but I.......”

Stefan cut him off. “Yes, and you too know her very well.”

That’s sounds interesting. Ronald’s panic has calmed a bit. Still, marriage is not a thing he wants in the first place until he will get the girl he wants. Now when he has a soft corner for Valerie he doesn’t want to know about any other girl.

“Who is she, then?” Ronald asked calmly.

“A very good friend of yours, I guess you are quite comfortable with her.”

Ronald was getting more and more excited as they both speak further, but he didn’t let it reflect it on his face.

“Is that so?” Ronald started looking Valerie in front of his eyes. A bride in a veil.

“Of course, and you know what, you both like filet mignon steak, blue color, work out almost same choices.” Stefan noticed Ronald in a daze and said with a hidden smirk.

“Really?” Ronald said with an idiotic smile, still dreaming about Valerie.

“Yes, and guess who she is?” Stefan said.

“Who she is.......” Ronald said, being lost on his own.

“She is Linda/ she is Valerie.” Ronald and Stefan said together.

“What?” Trio yelled in unison.

While talking about that girl when Ronald said Valerie’s name Stefan and Jack pretend they know nothing about Ronald and shocked, but Ronald actually got a massive shock.

“What? What did you just say, who that girl is?” Ronald asked anxiously with a fast-beating heart. Of course, he doesn’t want to hear any other name than Valerie.

“Her name is Linda. Why what’s wrong?” Stefan said calmly, and Ronald felt thunder strike on his head. He jumped from his place.

Ronald stood up and anxiously started pacing around the room. “No, this can’t be happening. I can’t get married to Linda.”

“Why, what is your problem?” Stefan asked.

“Because I hardly know her.”

“That’s not a big deal. You both have similar thoughts, same choices, look perfect with each other. What’s more, you will get to know her gradually.” Stefan said.

“No, it’s impossible.”

“But mom already considers her as her daughter-in-law,” Jack said.

“Jack is right, you can’t say no, now,” Stefan said.

“I said it’s impossible.”

Stefan and Jack said in unison. “But why?”

“Because I don’t love her.”

“Then whom do you love?” Stefan asked.

“Valerie…….”
