Chapter 827: Chapter 827
The crowd nearby scattered in a flash when they saw a man strapped with a bomb, while those further away, affected by the commotion, retreated with the tide of people, not quite understanding what was happening. Only fools would stay put.
Clearly disheartened by life, the bomber seemed to be a novice at terrorist attacks. Seeing everyone run away and leaving him in the cold, he became anxious and tried to run into the crowd to take more hostages.
Like a school of tuna being chased by a shark, whenever the bomber moved to a spot, it would clear out, with everyone trying their best to stay away from him. On the other hand, those on the outskirts were craning their necks out of curiosity to see what was happening inside, causing some chaos at the scene.
"Keep calm and put the bomb down," two bodyguards shouted, dripping with sweat from their anxiety. They had been negligent and now the little princess was caught in a kidnapping crisis. If they couldn’t resolve the situation, they would certainly be fired.
As they yelled at the bomber, it actually calmed him down somewhat. Although his hand was still shaking from nervousness, he was now able to communicate.
"Are you plainclothes police?" the bomber thought that aside from policemen, no ordinary people would be stupid enough to engage with him, "Go, make this call, and get that stinking woman here. I want to perish together with her, or else I’ll blow up this little girl, along with bombs I’ve placed all around the amusement park. If you don’t comply, I’ll detonate them."
"Just a lovesick madman," a wave of noisy gossip spread through the crowd, further infuriating the bomber, who pressed the detonator without hesitation.
Boom—an explosion erupted from a facility within the amusement park, a plume of smoke billowing up, scaring the onlookers who then began to frantically flee.
"Brother, save Fanfan quickly," Cheng Cheng tugged on Tang Zheng’s arm, her little face filled with urgency.
"I’m planning to save the bomber. Who picks Fanfan to kidnap?" Tang Zheng was not worried at all. Faced with Lu Fan in her "Firefly" gear, even if the bomber self-destructed, he couldn’t harm her in the slightest. Of course, Tang Zheng wouldn’t give him a chance to detonate either.
Lu Fan found the experience quite amusing and even winked at Tang Zheng. Latest content published on novel·fire·net
"Who are you? Another terrorist?" Seeing Tang Zheng also holding a child and standing a few meters away, the bomber thought he had encountered an accomplice.
"I’m worse off than you, without a girlfriend," Tang Zheng started to distract the bomber’s attention, preparing to take action and capture him. Otherwise, once the police arrived, it wouldn’t be convenient to do whatever he wanted.
"My girlfriend is very pretty," the bomber was obviously still hung up on the woman who abandoned him, boasting to Tang Zheng.
"Are you sure these homemade detonators will work? Be careful or you might not die but end up maimed for life, which would be even more miserable." The guy was young and apparently had used his job to get the materials to make explosives. Tang Zheng pointed to his left side of the abdomen, "Look, the fuse isn’t handled properly. You’re not skilled enough—it could easily detonate from a shock."
The bomber was startled and looked down.
Tang Zheng smirked, this guy clearly did not want to die; he was just heartbroken over his breakup and impulsively thought this method would win her back. Otherwise, he wouldn’t have been scared.
Piercing siren sounds approached from afar; the police had arrived.
"Huh, that woman is wearing ultra-short skirt stockings in the midwinter, trying too hard to be provocative, isn’t she?" Tang Zheng’s gaze drifted beyond the bomber’s shoulder, seemingly curious as he exclaimed.
The bomber turned his head instinctively to look back, then realized Tang Zheng might be deceiving him, but he no longer had the chance to get angry.
Lu Fan seized the opportunity when the bomber was distracted. Her right foot rose first and then she harshly kicked her heel backward.
There was a sound as if an eggshell had cracked. As the bomber’s face twisted in agony, he fell to his knees clutching his groin, with both bodyguards feeling a phantom pain in their own groins.
Lu Fan grabbed his right wrist and with a twist, the sound of bones cracking filled the air as she broke his arm. Little Lolita caught the detonator with her left hand.
"Hmph, got the nerve to kidnap Fanfan, do you want to die?" Lu Fan, having freed herself, was not about to let the kneeling bomber off easily. Leaning back slightly, she delivered a tomahawk-style kick with her right foot to his chin.
With a snap, the bomber’s jaw dislocated, falling backward spraying blood, along with two of his teeth.
"Outrageous, daring to lay your filthy hands on Fanfan, you deserve death!" Seeing a few dark handprints on her clothing and remembering how he had earlier grabbed her by the chest, Little Lolita’s face darkened, she ran to the bomber and relentlessly kicked his face with her little leg.
"It’s just a woman, you won’t die from a breakup, crying over it – so pathetic," Lu Fan had no patience for weaklings. After kicking a few times, she leaned back and placed her thumb on the detonator, "Since you’re so keen on dying, then go ahead."
"Please, no," the two bodyguards were frightened by Lu Fan’s actions, and even the bomber turned pale, no longer caring about the pain as he clumsily scrambled away.
"No guts, then don’t pretend to launch a terrorist attack," Lu Fan tossed aside the detonator and scampered back to Tang Zheng, "What’s next on the agenda?"
The two bodyguards exchanged a look, wiping the cold sweat from their foreheads. The little princess was formidable indeed; they wouldn’t have dodged that kick which blew up the bomber’s testicles.
"Let’s go," Tang Zheng had no desire to be detained by the police for questioning and left with the two lolis in tow.
