The silence of the cage seem to wake Joan up from her unconscious state, but the first face she saw, made her want to go back to her unconsciousness. She wanted to beg, but what point is it? begging won't do much to keeping her safe, he had told his cousin what he would do to him, and he did it. He made his death quick, so he doesn't have any reason to change his mind, just as he had promised her that he would make her death slow and excruciating. She knows what he can do, and she really doesn't want to go through any of that.
Joan looked down, as Escober's blood spread around him, forming a circle, that was when she realized she really did like him, he was a very nice person, from the beginning, he never liked how his cousin treated her, but he couldn't do anything. After each brutal treatment from Pablo, he would nurse her, and that was when she knew she had to get him to be on her side, she told him everything about her and her parents and the debt they owe, he became her fried behind Pablo, and soon they became lovers, more like sex mates, but she wouldn't die for him, for she has her own life to live. She became a whore because Pablo have always chased her around, especially since her parents couldn't pay the debt they owe him.
"I see you are awake, (He said, getting up from the floor) I will leave his body here with you, I will torture you here, if you die, I will torture you, till you awake, but before that, I want him to watch me fuck the woman he would have killed me for". He said, then he made Escober sit on the stool, he raised his upper lid, so he opens his eyes. Joan stared at him, and she could have sworn that he was looking at her, if she didn't know, he was already dead.
Pablo approached her, pulling her by her long blonde hair, he slapped her, She felt her cheek shaking, then tore what was left of her clothes, then pushed her on the floor, close to where Escober's blood is, so she cleans the floor with her body, and her blouse, he raised her legs, and without any form of romance, he penetrated her.
"Seeing dead bodies gives me great erection". He says, she felt disgusted at it, he was slapping her, while fucking her, she was crying, but then, she started feeling something on her back, it was hurting her, she didn't know what it was at first, but she remembers that she had put out the knife, so it wouldn't hurt her, while she makes out with Escober, and now, she was lying on the knife, she got an idea. "Please Pablo, I am sorry, you are hurting me". She says, trying to distract him with her plea, so he doesn't know what she is aiming for, and it worked. He started laughing, as soon as she threw his face backwards, she got the knife, and before he brought his face back to hit her, she stabbed his neck, he started bleeding, but he was still very strong, he grabbed her, and started to strangle her, but the blood was gushing out of his neck like a tap, he tried using his hands to act like a ligature as he moved backwards, but he only fell on Escober and the both of them, landed on the floor, but he was still trying to get her to join them, even though he could already see he was dying.
Joan stared at him with hate, but she knows that she wouldn't leave the area alive, they haven't come in because they feel he is the one torturing, but as soon as she makes her way outside, they will come after her, and they will surely kill her, but she wants to make sure, Pablo was dead first.
Pablo tried getting the gun with his legs, by rolling it close to him, she noticed and she kicked the gun far away from him, then she placed her legs on his throat, so he bleeds faster and dies faster, he slowly started giving in to the cold hands of death. Death was too powerful for him to fight, it found him and his cousin and they have both answered to it, soon the entire cage became quiet, now it was her time to think of the best way to escape, when suddenly she heard gun shots and running around in the area, it seem they have been doubled cross, more like another group, maybe an enemy group have come to fight them. Then she heard one say "Get the boss to a safe place". She couldn't let anyone in, else she will be dead, before she even gets the. chance to escape, so she grabbed the gun, and got ready to shoot anyone that opens the door. As soon as the door was kicked open, she hid behind the door, and shot the intruder from the back, without saying anything, for she knows the men are trained fighters and if she gives him the chance, he may knock her weapon out from her hand, and she will then be at his mercy. After he was down, she looked up, then she shot at the roof, she tried getting to it, with the help of the steps made on the cage. It wasn't so hard, getting through the proof to go out, because she is very slim, and with what she has been through in the hands of Pablo, she couldn't get better. It was when she finally got to the roof that she noticed the other group seem to be wining the fight and it is the Bradford group. Joe have come to her rescue, when she doesn't deserve it, but she would use her charm again on him, she would lie to him that Edward seduced her, she would apologize, and if he forgives her, she might just stay with him and never cheat on him again, that will be more like her thank you offering, for coming for her. She jumped down, through the other side of the Cage, with her gun and knife still in hand, she was stopped by one of Pablo's men, who immediately shot her on the leg, and she went down flat, but he was also shot from behind by Joe's men, who came in and carried her shoulders high to a car outside. He helped her bandaged her wound, then called Joe.
"Boss, I have the girl, but she is badly wounded". She didn't want to see Joe's face so soon, so she pretended to be out, she closed her eyes, as the car started moving away, she was free. Free at last.
