Maxwell stared at them annoyingly, but he dare not say a word to her, not after the warning from him.

"You didn't tell me we would be attending any meeting, why didn't you tell me last night". She says, worried that she wasn't looking too good for an international meeting.

"I just learnt about the meeting today, you know, I am new at this, and my lawyer didn't inform me on time. We have to be at this meeting". He says and I just wonder, why he wants me to be there with him.

"You could go for the meeting alone, you don't have to take me along with you". She tells him, but then he turned and gave her a stern and hard stare. If he isn't trying to get her on his side, he would have said something she wouldn't like.

"You are the one that should be going to the meetings, but because of your condition, and what I heard happened to you, the other time, at a conference, I don't want to take the risk, I will be there for you". He says, shutting her up, she didn't want to say anymore, and she surely cannot wait to get to the place, and get the meeting over with.

By the time they got to the hotel, he led her by the hand, walking with her hands entwined in his, as if, they are a couple.

"You don't have to hold me so tight". She laments, but he ignores her, when the security opened the long mahogany door to the hall, she saw why he had been holding her so tight. As a matter of fact, he is the first person her eyes arrested.

Craig was there, with Sandra. Their eyes locked for what seem like forever, before she finally looked away. She could tell what is going on in his mind, and how sad he must be. He had tried to help her get justice from him, and now, she is with him, holding hands and smiling. She wanted to explain to him, but then, she saw him hold on to Sandra, like he had done before.

"Wow, they are really dating. of I can just get away from Edward, I will have to explain to him, so he doesn't see me as a confused being. She muttered.

Craig changed towards Sandra, he even held her by the waist, she remembers that he had acted the same way at the conference and after that, he stopped even looking at her, she looked around to find Samantha looking at them, and even though Craig wasn't looking her way, she could tell, that he was doing all that for her to be jealous, she decided to use it to her own advantage, she kissed him on the lips, and as expected, he didn't push her away, he even kissed her back, while the cameras kept clicking on their faces.

"Craig is really into his PA and she is also into him. They are always together, like he takes her everywhere, I don't think there is ever a time, you see Craig, without seeing her. I am happy, that he has proven us all wrong, I would have thought that you love him and he loves you too, but with what I see now, I can beat my chest and say that he loves his PA". Edward was saying, while looking at her, from the corners of his eyes, trying to see how hurt she is.

"Yes they are". She says and managed to look away, but her eyes keeps going there, at every point, and any time she looks at then, she finds Sandra or Craig looking at her.

When she finally looked away, because Edward was showing her something, Craig took Sandra's hands gently, and walked her out of the hall.

"Why did you kiss me like that? He asked angrily.

"But you kissed me back". She retorted.

"Yes I did, that was because I didn't want to slap you Infront of the crowd. I have warned you....

"Are you sure you would have slapped me, if the crowd wasn't there, but Samantha happen to be there? She asked, shocking him.

You are inlove with that lady, aren't you? She asked, and he swallowed hard, trying to find his voice.

"That is not the point Sandra, you work for me, you should never do anything like that again, else, next time, I may not be very nice". He says and is about to walk away, when she spoke up.

"I will stop, but you also have to stop leading me on sir.. I work for you, but you keep abusing me all the time. You know how I feel about you, touching me and trying to get her to feel jealous, by holding me close is hurting me. I am not a toy, stop playing with me". She says with tears in her eyes, as she runs back into the hall.

Samantha escaped from Edward, when he went about greeting old friends, she soon found her way outside.

Craig didn't know if he should walk back in, or if he should just stay outside. He was still contemplating, on what to do, when he heard a voice behind him, it was Samantha, she was greeting his parents. They had told him that they wouldn't be able to attend the meeting, but they made it at last, he wanted to pretend as if he didn't see them and just walk away through another route, but his grand mother was quick to see him, so she pulls Samantha by the hand. Standing face to face with Craig was taking her breath away. His grandfather gently pulls his wife away, leaving the both of them to discuss, but they only stood looking at each other, without knowing what to say.

"I guess the meeting is starting, I should get back inside". She says and is about to leave, when Craig noticed Edward coming towards where they are, so he pulls her by the hand, then led her to a more hidden area, before he pins her to the wall, covering her from the person that was coming their way. Edward was already outside looking for her, but when he didn't see her, he went back inside, but she didn't know, so she just kept staring at Craig, wondering what he plans to do, by pulling her like that, and with their eyes locked together they forgot all about what they have been fighting for, Craig made the first move to kiss her, but she met him half way, kissing him hungrily, before realizing what she was doing, she slaps him, then pushes him away, he wipes the side of his lips.

"First you kiss her, and now you kiss me?

He didn't get a chance to reply, before he could get hold of her, she had ran back into the hall, Craig stood outside for some time, before walking back in.

He kissed her, and she kissed him back, the fire, have just been rekindled.
