Four and half months later…

Time flew at its own pace without any care of anyone. Summer, Spring and Fall all came and went away and now it was Winter's turn. Fortunately or unfortunately this January, it didn’t snow in Toronto. Even though the cold was here but the snow had yet to come. Celeste who was sitting on the table near the window of the tall building smiled , looking at the scene in front of her. Diana was dancing crazily with Mathew on the table while everyone else was cheering up for them. There was loud music going on in the background and everyone was busy dancing, drinking, eating and laughing. Celeste took a sip of her juice while watching Diana's craziness. She had called her a few times to join her but Celeste had refused every time with laughter. She didn’t want to be involved in her craziness. She was too shy for that. It was the day of their annual office party. Everyone was enjoying a festive air. Celeste didn’t want to come at first but Diana didn’t listen to her and brought her here.

" Mind if I sit here?" Suddenly someone said from otherside making Celeste turn around. She found it was Ashton. One of the four people who were selected with her when she had first applied for this job. She didn’t get to talk to him before as he was appointed on a different floor than her. Celeste had to admit Ashton was a really handsome man with a height around 6 feet and a slim built body. He had blue eyes and bronze colour hair. He always wore thick glasses on his eyes adding to more sexiness. Celeste averted her eyes and plastered a smile on her face when she realised she was staring at him for too long.

She became a bit embarrassed and cleared her throat before opening her mouth to answer.

"Sure. Forgive me for my clumsiness" Celeste said without looking at Ashton as she hurriedly removed her purse from the chair and put it on the table. Ashton chuckled before taking the seat beside her and sitting down.

"I'm Ashton Reed by the way." Ashton said while forwarding his hands towards Celeste with a smile for a handshake. Celeste paused for a moment before shaking her hands with his.

"I'm Celeste." She said with a smile.

"I know you." Ashton replied, making Celeste look at him with raised brows.

"Of course, you know me and I know you too.We work in the same office." Celeste said with a chuckle. Ashton laughed.

"That's right. So tell me why are you not joining your friend?" Ashon asked, pointing at Diana who was drinking with Camila and others.

"I am bad with alcohol. What about you?" Celeste said the first part with a shrug and then questioned him.

"I like it better here." Ashton said looking directly at Celeste. Celeste felt a bit uncomfortable under his deep gaze so she looked away. Meanwhile her phone started ringing and she quickly picked it up. It was a call from Liam which meant he was already here to pick her up. Celeste looked at Ashton and smiled at him a bit.

"I'm sorry. I have to go, my husband is here to pick me up. It was nice meeting you Ashton. Have a good night." Celeste said softly while gathering her phone and purse before getting up. Hearing the part my husband Ashton's face fell but he immediately composed himself and forced a smile before also getting up.

"Likewise. How about I drop you outside?" Ashton asked with a smile. His eyes were hopeful. Celeste didn’t notice it as she was busy putting her phone inside her purse.

"Thank you but that's not needed. I will be fine. Excuse me." Celeste said with a smile before excusing herself to go to Diana to say goodbye. She hurriedly went to Diana and bid her goodbye before exiting the hall room.

When Celeste reached the parking area she found Liam waiting outside in front of his car. He was busy typing on his phone so he didn’t notice Celeste's presence yet. He was wearing his business suit and looked handsome as always. Celeste smiled and made her way towards him. Hearing her footsteps Liam looked up and smiled before putting his phone away in his pocket. Celeste smiled and threw her arms around him, giving him a bear hug and then a quick kiss on his lips. Liam chuckled at her clumsy antics while holding her.

"How was the party?" He asked as he opened the car door for her.

"It was good. How did your meeting go?" Celeste replied and then asked while getting into the car.

"Good. Cracked the deal." Liam said curtly while closing the door and moving to the other side to get into the car.

"Congratulations!" Celeste congratulated him excitedly when he got into her car and buckled up his seat belts. He smiled and started the car after saying a thank you.

The whole ride Celeste kept narrating what happened at the party and what Diana did. Liam didn’t respond much as he kept listening with an occasional nod. Soon they reached their destination as Liam stopped the car in front of their penthouse.

Celeste came out of the washroom after taking a warm shower to get rid of her tiredness. She came out wearing one of Liam's shirts while a towel was wrapped around her damp hair. Liam was as usual doing something on his laptop while sitting on the bed. He looked up when Celeste entered the room and suddenly put his laptop aside. He kept looking at Celeste with a burning gaze making her shiver. Celeste looked at him and raised her brows to ask what's wrong.

"Come here." Came his deep commanding voice. Suddenly Celeste had an idea about what was going to happen next. She shivered thinking of the upcoming possibility as she dumped the damp towel on the chair after removing it from her head. She slowly made her way towards him as he kept looking at her with his predator eyes. Celeste bit her lower lips in nervousness while getting on the bed. But she didn’t expect Liam would suddenly yank her towards him and in swift of motion pull her under him. He hovered over her while looking directly at her eyes.

Celeste looked at him with wide eyes as sweet fear raised in her heart making her breathe heavy while her heart started to beat faster. Liam quickly captured her lips while his hands moved inside her shirt. She wasn’t wearing anything underneath which made him happy. He slowly started to kiss her while caressing her lips with his. Celeste immediately kissed him back and wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling him more closer. Liam moved his lips from her lips to her neck and started placing soft kisses here and there making Celeste moan loudly. He hurriedly removed her shirt making her completely naked. He looked at her bare body with a proud look on his face before capturing one of her breasts in his mouth. He started sucking on it hungrily making Celeste a moaning mess. He then shifted his attention to her other breast and started massaging it with his palm. He kissed her nipple before taking it completely in his mouth. Celeste pulled his hair with her one hand while her other hand kept roaming on his bare back. Liam let out a groan before letting go of her breasts and getting up to get rid of his pants. In just a blink of eyes he removed his pants and joined Celeste again.

He slowly started placing soft kisses on Celeste's chest to her stomach until he reached her inner thigh. He placed a soft kiss there before finally putting his mouth on the soft flower petals in between her legs.

He collapsed beside her as both of them breathed heavily. Celeste turned around and buried her head in Liam's chest. Liam turned around and wrapped his arms around her before placing a kiss on her forehead.

"Once more?" Liam asked with a devilish smirk. Celeste grinned and nodded before he pounced on her again.

The next morning Celeste was busy making breakfast for her and Liam as it was Saturday when her phone started to ring. She ignored it for the first two times but it didn’t stop. It kept ringing continuously. Celeste signed, annoyed. She turned off the gas and wiped her hands with a napkin before finally going to pick up the call. She frowned when she noticed it was from her grandma. She was about to call back when the phone started to ring again. This time Celeste quickly picked up the phone and held it near her ear.

"Hello? Grandma?" Celeste called out over the phone and was about to ask about her well being when she suddenly froze hearing the other person's words.

"What! Grandma is sick? She fainted? Why didn’t you call me last night when it all happened? Don't worry. I'm coming. Take her to the hospital immediately." Celeste said and cut the call before running upstairs to her room and picking up the necessary things. She hurriedly picked up her things and left for Elora without informing Liam. The whole journey she prayed to God to keep her grandma safe until she reached Elora.
