Shruti's POV

I stirred as the morning sun cast its bright light across my face. I sighed and turned my face to the side but the light would not go away. Frowning, I threw my hands over my face to shield my eyes. I wanted to get up to pull the curtain back to block the sunlight. But I could not even move at all.

But why???

I tried my level best but I could not move. It seemed that a heavy weight was lying on me. I groaned and tried to open my eyes.

Oh my God!! My head was hurting like hell.

What was wrong with me? I looked around and was shocked to see myself in a strange room. It looked like a hotel room.

Oh my God?? Where was I ??

Pain shot through my head. I gave out a hiss of distress. I was shocked at what I saw.

I realised that someone was holding me tightly. I saw a man's arm around my waist and one of his legs was stretched over my legs. I was scared to death. I jerked away from that person.

But he was holding me so I almost shrieked and pushed him with all the strength in my body.

Oh God, who was he? I swallowed dryly, then run the tip of my tongue over my lips.

I turned to look at his face and saw that it was Siddharth. I took a deep breath. But still, what was he doing here?

Last night's memories were blurred. I don't know why but I didn't remember anything I could recall only bits and pieces of the night. I remembered going into the washroom to clean that stain off the dress.

I didn't remember much. But I got out of bed and was shocked to see myself.

What the hell !!!

I was wearing only a man's shirt. Shirt?? How?? Why?? Shit!!

What was going on? What happened last night?

I shook him hard. He opened his eyes but he also seemed to be facing the same problem. He looked confused to see me.

" Shruti??? What are you doing here ?? Am I dreaming?? " He said in a sleep roughened voice.

" Siddharth!!! Get up !! " I shouted at him. But he didn't move. So I shook him again.

" Oh my God, my head is hurting. " He said and tried to get up.

" Oh my God!! " I closed my eyes and turned my back towards him, when he removed the blanket and got out from the bed.

" What happened ?? " he asked.

" Why are you not wearing clothes?? What did you do?? " He was only in his shorts. I was shocked as hell.

" What?? " He opened his eyes with difficulty. He was shocked to see both of us.

Did we?? Oh No !!!

I was about to cry any minute now.

" Shruti, listen... " He tried to come near me. But I started hitting him.

" No !! Don't come near me. How could you? " I was crying like anything.

" I don't know... I don't remember anything. " He said rubbing his head.

" Shit, even I can't remember anything. All I can recall is just that I started feeling uncomfortable in the washroom and I literally dragged myself out and I fainted."

" It seemed that we drank something wrong. "

" I hate you... How can you?? I trust you... I mean, I trusted you. What did we do?? This is not right. How will I face my family?? "

" Calm down!! I don't remember anything. But even if we made love, then also it is ok, we will get married as soon as possible. I will talk to my Bhai or dad and fix everything. "

" How can you say that is ok?? That is not ok. Why did we stay in this room?? Why didn't we go back to Maurvi's place?

" How can you be so irresponsible?? Did you drink too much at the party last night?? " I was crying bitterly.

He pulled me in his arms. I kept hitting him but he held me tightly.

" But It is not right. " I cried while he tried to soothe me.

We were discussing all this when the doorbell rang. We were not dressed up to open the door.

I was wearing his shirt. Where was my dress??

" Who is outside?? How can we open the door like this?? " I asked and he rushed to the washroom and wore the bathrobe and came out.

" Go inside the washroom and come out only when I ask you to. " He said and I nodded.

I went inside the bathroom and cried again.

" Shruti?? Come out !! " I heard Maurvi's voice. I was glad as well as embarrassed. How would I face her??

" Hmmm " I said and went out.

" What happened?? Why are you Crying? "

" Nothing... " I said and tried to control but tears started flowing out of my eyes.

" It's ok, don't worry. Now tell me what happened?? " Maurvi said.

" That is the problem... We don't know. We don't remember anything at all. "

" What?? How is that possible?? How can you be so irresponsible?? What if she gets... " Maurvi said.

" What ?? Oh, God !! " I was shocked at what she said.

" Please don't worry. We both love each other so it is not a problem. I think we must talk to dad, only he can tackle it now. "

" Yes, when he assumed that I was... He said he would take care of everything, so we must talk to him. "

" Let me call Bhai. " He said and called him. I went to take a quick shower and changed into my clothes.

But I was shocked to see a few scratches on my arms and neck. I came out and fresh tears rolled out of my eyes.

Maurvi hugged me and asked what happened, I told her. She hugged me and said that everything will be fine.

He was still talking on the phone and he was fuming like anything.

" I don't remember anything at all. Just a few hazy flashes. Even she can't recall anything....... What?? This is too much Bhai..... What else did Parth tell you??.... Ok, I will talk to him. Yeah, she is fine, planning my murder... We are not sure what happened between us....." He said in an embarrassed voice.

" The problem is that I can't remember much. Just a few random flashes are coming. But, I am sure, nothing happened... Ok. Bye, I am counting on you. " He disconnected the call. He went into the washroom and changed his clothes.

" What did he say?? " Maurvi asked as soon as he came out.

" Wait !! He said I will recall everything soon. let me talk to Parth, he knows everything. " He said and called him.

Siddharth was so furious to hear everything, he cursed a few times.

" Wait ?? I am coming, I am going to kill him. How dare he ??..... What?? I will kill both of them. Will call you back. " He said and punched the wall.

" Siddharth!! " Both Maurvi and I rushed to him. I caught his hand and saw that it had become red.

" What are you doing??" I asked him but he was fuming and he pulled his hand back and was going out when Maurvi and I held him again.

" Where are you going?? I can't allow you to go out. Let me talk to Gautam first. " She said.

" Leave me Maurvi, get out of my way, I will kill that man... I never liked him. How can he do all that?? " He pulled his hand out of her grip.

" What did they do?? Who are they? " I asked but was scared to know the answers.

But Siddharth was like a raging bull. He pushed his hand through his hair. He was going to open the door but Maurvi pulled him again.

" Siddharth, you can't go anywhere, you are very angry, It is dangerous. You recalled something, didn't you? Tell us everything. "
