"She's here," Anna shouted and rushed downstairs cheerfully. She stood in front of the door with a blink and placed her palm on the knob. By opening the door she immediately hugged the person who was standing in front of her.

Anna hugged her tightly where she was squeezed against Anna's chest.

"Ow Ouch Anna. Your hug hurts," she scowled.

Releasing the hug Anna looked at her with a wide smile on her lips.

"It's been a long time since I saw you,"Anna said, looking at her with soft eyes.

"Oh Anna. I've missed you,"she hugged Anna and instantly released her.

"I got your book," she said by holding the book up high and shaking it in front of Anna's face.

She held the book to Anna which was covered with black and had an appealing cute heart emoji stuck on it.

"Thank youuuuu,"Anna took the book and continued "Come in buddy," she said by moving to the side to lead the way.

"Hey no. I have to leave because the taxi is waiting for me,"she stated.

"Hey just come on,"Anna groaned by pulling her arm forward.

"Yeah cool I am coming alright, "Bray said and looked at the doorway by standing on the staircase. He walked downstairs and moved towards Anna who was standing next to her.

"Hello. You are,"Bray snapped by standing behind Anna and leaning against the door.

"My friend," Anna cut off by looking at him and turned towards her in a flash.

"Ohh I'm Bray. Anna's brother in law," he introduced by holding his palm in front to shake hands.

"Alright. Both of you all can introduce yourselves. I'll be back soon," she winked at Bray and walked upstairs.

"Your name," Bray asked by taking his gaze away from Anna who ran upstairs.

"Hmm Beca ," tucking her fringe behind her right ear she moved her palm forward for a shake which made Bray to mere forward.

Both shook hands.

"May you do me a favor," Bray spat.

"Hmm yeah"she replied by looking at the ground.

"Can you be my partner for a party, cause I got nobody "

Beca looked up at him "call your girlfriend. "

"Ohh I can"he rubbed the back of his neck" as long as their husbands and boyfriends agree. "

She looked at him by wrinkling her forehead.

"I was just kidding,"he winked.

The surrounding was captured by silence. She lowered her gaze where Bray was staring at her with his palms in his denim's pocket.

"Ppppeeeepppp"

"It's a taxi. Hmm I should leave, " Beca excused and moved backwards. Turning around she walked quickly.

"You never said 'yes' or 'no',"Bray shouted by leaning against the doorframe.

"I'll tell Anna. Say her goodbye,"she shouted by looking at him in the distance and ran towards the taxi.

"Where is she,"Anna questioned with a halt in the sixth step.

"She left. She told you goodbye,"he replied.

"Ohhh alright, " Anna turned back to go upstairs but was stopped by Bray before she could get on the first step.

"Do you know no...no... may I have her..."

"Number,"Anna completed his sentence.

"Yeah. You are a genius," he looked at her with a broad smile.

"Hmm, will you mind if I ask why?" she chuckled.

He rubbed his jaw"no yeah nooo...... no......... I .........I won't ,"

"Are you seriously mumbling,"

"Nah I just ,"he looked at her "asked her to be my partner"

"Ohh,"she crossed her arms on her chest "ice cream. "

"Alright. I'll get you one,"

"Then I'll tell you five numbers,"

"Alright. " he moved his palm in front of his face by pointing his finger up"Two. "

"Alright. I'll tell you the number after you get me the ice cream. ,"she walked upstairs cheerfully.

"Seriously, I have a sister in law like this,"Bray scowled.
