I gasped in surprise, and I wasn't the only one. Everyone had a dumbfounded look as their CEO coldly dismissed two people who had important positions within their company. Even if the assistant would go to another branch, he would still have a key position there like here even if it wouldn't be the same thing since being Greg Travis' assistant is already a CV in itself.
But now, even though this transfer is canceled, he suddenly finds himself unemployed.
And what about the other person? She was the head of the human resources department of the company, she had studied long and hard abroad to get this job and now she too was being fired. Just because of this girl?

She looked up at Greg but found a look so icy she swallowed, dropping his leg.
" Please... I beg you..."
She started to cry and I felt a little compassion for her.
The former assistant also got down on his knees begging for a second chance before Greg spoke.
" It is obvious that you have had enough chances as it is. I received a report that you believe you have become the bosses of this company organizing parallel recruitments without my knowledge, not to mention the fact that you are going behind the legal process to contact the candidates to finance their recruitment. Don't you know how much your actions have tarnished the brand image of this group?"
Both began to tremble to realize that their shenanigans had been discovered by this ruthless man.
" You have tarnished the image of this group by making believe that it is enough to be the highest bidder to enter it. Travis Entertainment advocates meritocracy I point out to you."
Elsa spoke as I scratched my cheek telling me it was true but with one exception.
Both were shaking as Greg continued walking.
" Leave these premises within ten minutes and be grateful that I do not agree to a lawsuit."
Greg left as Elsa came to take my hand asking me to follow her. I looked one last time at the two people on the ground as people slowly left the room with serious faces.
The woman cried and the man just looked downcast looking dejected. I sighed before continuing on my way, I looked at Greg who walked in front of us before pouting. I dreamed again, it was not for me that he got into this state. He just took advantage of my lynching to teach a lesson to these two people who already had an arm's length debt with him.
So I was just an excuse having caught them in the act to get rid of them.
It's embarrassing to get such a slap in the face after making so many movies. I continued to follow him with my face lowered without noticing that Elsa hadn't stopped looking at me. She followed all my expressions. She sighed before looking at her nephew, this man managed to upset the mind of this poor little girl with his perplexed actions towards her. One moment he's sweet and caring, acting like an out-of-control lover, then he still manages to put her off by justifying his actions with facts that shouldn't.
He really is a bad kid when he gets down to it.
They arrived in Greg's office and Elsa remembered that Sherry was waiting in the other room. She went to get her and without giving this girl a margin, she took her with her to her agency.
Left alone, I walked to my office so as not to have any more silly ideas, it was better to talk about work now. Greg sensed that Sophia was in low spirits so he went to inquire about her condition.
Is she still under the treatment of those two idiots from earlier? He moved forward going to stand behind her back.
" Sophia...are you okay? I feel sorry for those people this will never happen again."
Sophia didn't answer when her face was lowered, he didn't understand. She's usually more expressive than that.
For my part, my heart was beating so fast and hard that it became painful, I bit my lip before recovering. I shifted before turning to face Greg's gaze.
" Stop sir... I don't want you to approach me like that anymore, we have to keep a suitable distance between a boss and his employee; and for the kiss from earlier... It was a mistake. Greg, I'm... engaged."
