This is the question on Chad's mind right now. the Alpha of Soul Moon, what the hell is he doing here? Already he heard Sophia's voice earlier sign that she is in this place with this madman who kidnapped him. So that would mean she came with her mate?

It gives him a headache to talk about this man as Sophia's companion, but he has to do it because it's the reality.

" What are you doing here? And why is Sophia here? What else is going on and what are you planning to take away from me?"

A vein started palpating on Greg's forehead as he wanted to beat on this stupid kid. So for him, his kidnapping is his work? Just that?

" Do you think that if I had kidnapped you, I would have taken the trouble to come and free you and let you go like that at the risk of running serious repercussions?"

Chad seemed to think about it a bit while Greg was already sick of the boy's stupid thinking. Honestly, how could Sophia go out with such a dumb kid?

Greg huffed. He doesn't have time to dither with this kid.

" Think what you want. I'm a busy man and playing tricks on a kid like you isn't a hobby."

Greg moved forward as Chad scowled.

" And Sophia, what is she doing here? You know it's dangerous and you put her in this situation?"

"Sophia is my mate, I know better than you what can threaten her physical integrity or not. When I go home, I'll take care of my wife."

Greg insisted on the last words of his sentence as a warning as Chad grew angry. He already hates this man in front of him. It is a fact.

" I'll stay so that I'm reassured that Sophia is fine."

Greg sighed, this kid, there's no point in arguing with him, it would even be childish of him. He's not going to prevent a man from being in love with his Sophia, she's exceptional, that's understandable. Even if it still royally pisses him off.

The two entered the unknown lair as they hoped they hadn't wasted too much time on pointless arguments while Sophia was alone with such a dangerous and crazy guy.
