"Hey, Samantha slow down." Aunt Feliciana complained.
"Samantha?" I asked in the air but Uncle Rico heard me.
"Yes, that is the savage lesbian. Surprise, I'm sure you did not recognize her." Uncle Rico said.
"For real, Uncle?" I unbelievably look at him.
"Real, legit, true, no buff, not a prank and you lose." He said while laughing.
"What?" I asked confused about what losing he is talking about?
"Alfred told me you had a bet with him. I was about to tell you that I joined. My plan was to tell you once my wife leave the room. You know she hates when I joined bet games." He explained.
I forgot that the two are also best buddies. Uncle Rico treats his employees as a family so Uncle Alfred is more like a brother to him and they both love doing bets that is why they get along compared to other workers of Uncle Rico.
"No, it's just between me and Uncle Alfred."
"No, you lose and you need to pay two handsome gorgeous men for your defeat." He said.
"No way!" I protested.
"Let's continue our discussion later. Come on we need to see what is happening, it seemed like it's an emergency because Samantha never panicked. My wife will kill me if I get there too long." He said.
"Okay Uncle," I said and we both ran downstairs.
We ran towards the garden where the birthday party of my godson was and there I saw another tragic moment for my best friend. Again, there he is but different this time because unlike the previous one where he was furious when he caught his girlfriend red-handed now I saw worst. My best friend who is like a brother to me, the one who always protects me since I am weak and a coward, is now kneeling in front of a woman looking so helpless, vulnerable, and weak. He is crying so hard and begging her. I just can't believe what I saw.
"That is not true, you are lying. I know there is something stopping you. Tell me what is it?" He said.
"I am not lying. Just accept the truth, I never loved you and I will never marry you. I never loved that child. I just used him to get your money even if showing you both loves makes me sick. I am sick of taking care of your son, I hate kids, I hate convincing him to eat as a matter of fact I want to put poison on his food. But now I have a greater opportunity so I don't have to endure all of you and act like an angel." Emily said.
There is no emotion that can be seen in her. She has this poker face expression.
"No baby, I can see it I can feel it. What you showed to our son and me is not fake. I can see it in your eyes. You can deny all you want but it shows in your eyes that you are telling otherwise baby." He said while looking up at her and holding her hand but she pushed his hands away.
"You are getting on my nerves. Why can't you just accept the fact that you are a loser no woman would ever love you. I find a man richer than you in Spain so I will choose him over you. I am not that stupid to choose you!" She angrily said.
Is this the real Emily? Is this her true color? I think I saw a demon with horns and tails. This is not the Emily that I know. So the history is repeating itself again? My friend does not deserve this, he is a good man and he never hurt any woman or play with them like me. If there is one man that deserves all this kind of betrayal it should be me. I could not take it anymore. This is too much she just taunt and insult my friend. I angrily walk towards them and pull Federico up to help him stand up.
"Stand up you idiot!" I said and the poor man just keep on crying. He pushed me and kneeled again.
"No, I need to beg her. I need to make her realize that she is doing the wrong thing." He said.
"What are you doing man?" I said.
"That's enough you two. Son stand up, Emily what is this?" Aunt Feliciana said while crying.
But Emily did not even say a word.
"So this is the real you, huh," I said taunting her. Again she did not speak as if she is not hearing anything.
"Bro, stay out of this," Federico said.
Everyone was just silent looking at the scene even Emily's family was so shocked that they can't even move or talk. Her mother is silently crying. Maybe this b*t*h deceive her family and they thought she is an angel but now she just showed them who she really is. Her pregnant friend is now gasping for air while holding her tummy, her husband panicked and was trying to take her away.
I'm really sorry but I think I need to bring my wife to the hospital." He said but her wife resisted.
"No, I need to be with Emily. Something is up with her. Don't you dare insult my friend you jerk, you don't know her?" She said while sharply staring at me and pointing her fingers at me at the same time but I just ignore her.
"Honey, you will put our baby in danger. Please I'm begging you." Her husband said.
"Emily stop this, whatever your problem is this is not the solution. She is lying, Federico don't you ever believe her, I know when she is telling the truth or not. Don't give up on her please." She said before she went away with her husband. He take her to their car and drove off.
Yeah right. Who are they fooling? That friend of hers must be a good actress as well and her mother is a certified drama queen. I don't know Emily she is right, so why would I trust her? Why should I let myself believe that she is a good woman? She is just like those other women. I will never let my friend be humiliated like this in front of many people. He always protects me when we were kids now it's time for me to do the same thing and pay back. My fury increases when I look at Rick who is also crying.
