Chapter 14: Chapter 14

I was awaken by the lavender scent and soft smooth fabric against my back. It felt so good in my skin. I love the scent against my nose but when I come into my senses I realized everything was wrong. I supposed to be in an interview right now. Then I recall everything, I was in the office but when I saw that man I suddenly felt a pang of pain in my head. That man must be my boss.

When I opened my eyes an unfamiliar room greeted me. The room is filled with class and sophistication. I quickly got up and went out of bed. I freaked out when a negative thought cross my mind. What if I got kidnapped, what if that man is not my boss at all. Maybe he's a mafia and brought me here just like what I saw in a movie where a woman was abducted by a mafia leader. I scream as loud as I could.

"Help! Please help me!" I was about to run on the door but it suddenly opened and I bumped in to the man who entered. I got out of balance but he was quick to catch me. He held me in his arms and felt so good. I love his scent. I wonder, what's his perfume? I bet it's very expensive.

"What's the problem?" He asked which make me look up at him. I need to look up as he is very tall. Then there I saw the man very familiar in my eyes. I felt that headache again.

"I'm glad you're awake now, Miss. I need to ask you some questions so we could know where to start for the tests that I need to give to you." My attention was diverted to another man who is behind the man who's now holding me. I did not notice him but just like the familiar man he is also tall and good looking.

My forehead creased. What was he talking about?

"I'm sorry but I don't understand." I said as I simply let go from the man's arms.

I stand straight and do my best I could to bring back my composure.

"You faint earlier in my office. I assumed you felt a severe headache because you are holding your head before you lost consciousness." The man who catch me explained.

"Yeah so we need to find out because your boss right here is a very good and kind employer. He is always concern with the welfare of his workers. But first I need to know your beautiful name. You are single right." The other man said while he winked at me.

I find him a bit weird. I just noticed he has tattoos on his neck and arms. He is wearing a black shirt with a print that says I have a big and long c*ck. I unconsciously covered my right hand on my mouth out of shock. What kind of shirt is that?

"What the hell David? It's none of your business if she's single or not. She's your patient. It has nothing to do with you as her doctor." My attention was diverted to the man who's scolding the one with tattoos who happens to be my what? My doctor?

"Relax dude. You are such a possessive boyfriend I mean boss. It's none of your business if I ask her status as well". Said the doctor with a playful smile plastered on his face.

The man on tux was about to speak maybe to scold him again but I interrupt by confirming if he really is a doctor.

"You are a doctor?" I asked.

They both turned at me and the doctor nodded.

"Yes. I am Doctor David but you can call me baby" he said while stretching his right hand to me as a sign of offering a handshake.

I saw the other guy frown and to my surprise he pushed the doctor's hand away whose name is David. The latter laugh because of what the former guy did instead of being offended.

"Stop fooling around, this is a serious matter we need to know what's wrong with her." My boss said.

The door opened and Aunt Roberta came in. I was so happy to see her.

"Aunt Roberta!" I exclaimed.

"Oh my dear Emily. Are you okay now child?" Aunt Roberta said while hugging me.

At last I knew someone inside this house it made me feel at peace and comfortable. Being with these two huge and handsome men makes me feel uneasy.

"I'm okay Auntie." I said to calm her down because she was now crying.

"Mama!" Said a little a voice behind Aunt Roberta.

There goes the little child who awaken some emotions inside me. Same as the first time I saw him a few hours ago, I still feel that weird feeling of longingness and the desire to hug him.

"No son. She is not your Mama, she is your new nanny." Said Mr. Altagracia who is now carrying his child.

The son is reaching out his small arms to me he is wiggling his body to get out from his father's arms. I was worried that he might fall though I know his father can handle it still, I was hesitant so without asking permission I got the nerve to take the child in my arms away from his father.

Having him in my arms felt so great. I can see in his innocent eyes that he feels the same because the way it sparkle when he looks at me and his smile is just so sweet. I smiled back at him and caress his chubby cheeks.

"Mama." He said again before giving me a very tight embrace.

I can't help myself to reciprocate his embrace. When I look around I saw Aunt Roberta wiping her tears and the two men froze with their lips slightly parted.

My boss quickly got back to his senses. He then walk towards me and the child.

"Baby, I told you-" He said while reaching out his hands to the child trying to get him from me.

"Stop Fede. Let them be." He was interrupted by Aunt Roberta.

While David did not say anything but he agrees with Aunt Roberta because he stopped him by holding his other arm keeping from coming to us.

"Fine. But let's not make him believe that she is his mother." My boss said protesting.

"Of course son we will. But not today look at him I never seen my little Rick this happy." Aunt Roberta said.

She called my boss son so it means she really is that much close to him. I remember she mentioned she was the one who babysits him before.

Suddenly I hear a snore coming from the little boy. I did not noticed he fell asleep in my arms.

"He fell asleep where his room is or can I just lay him here in the bed?" I asked.

"Follow me Emily, I will lead you to his room." Said Aunt Roberta.

"Auntie, please train her and give her an orientation on what to do as Rick's babysitter." Mr. Altagracia reminded.

"I am hired Sir?" I asked.
