Chapter 14: Chapter 14

Marriage was discussed after she graduated from high school. While Theon and she were both listening to their family conversation, the wedding in the Philippines was grand according to the plan of the two sides.

The plan is for her to continue studying wherever she wants after her marriage. It does not imply that she is married and goes by the surname Willoughby; rather, she is at home and will be her wife. She is still free to do whatever she wants. All they wanted was to unite the Legrand and Willoughby families.

Trinity and her went back to Australia and resumed their studies as if nothing had happened. She's too good to bother with things that should no longer bother her.

"Ooops!"

When she collided with the man standing on the side near the waiting shed, she backed up. She might not have collided with it if her whale friend hadn't pushed her.

He apologized, "I'm sorry." It was only then that she realized this was the man she had always seen looking at her during math class.

"It's fine." He scratched his head and had no idea where to look.

Did he make a blush? She wanted to laugh but couldn't. This was most likely the first time she had seen a man blush.

"My name is Amara," she smiled as she raised her hand. She considers him to be both kind and shy. When it happens, she will be able to reconcile.

"Berkham." He extended her hand, but her friend, quickly withdrew the man's hand.

"Hello, Berkham! Stay away from Amara because she is getting married. Shoo! Shoo!

"Trinidad!" she exclaimed, astounded by what Trinity had done. She sneakily grabbed the woman's side.

The man just smiled. "All right, Amara, bye. See you around, it was nice meeting you." It politely said goodbye and walked away.

Her attention is drawn to the man. She happened upon Trinity through her great kindness. Berkham was embarrassed, and she believed his intentions against her were pure.

"Amara, shit!"

She looked at what happened next, and they both stared. Shit! What is the bitchy girl doing here in Australian?!

It didn't notice them, but they appear to be the only ones at the University. If she's always so lucky, here she is, with a broken face. She was thrown into the wind, but she was also stunned. Is it possible? No way! She dismissed it as impossible and ignored it.

"Does that look like your brother, Amara?"

He was taken aback. Just as she predicted! Fear engulfed her, and she became agitated. What exactly does this mean? Is this all a coincidence? She quickly drew her enormous friend away before it could make a sound, and she felt close to her older brother. But before they were completely gone, she turned around and saw Azael kissing the woman on the forehead. She averted her gaze quickly.

AMARA is fine because the university they are attending is big, and she hasn't seen the witch's face in a long time, and hopefully they won't meet and she can fight it on the ground, or worse, on the cement.

But the opportunity did not seem to hear her when, one night, while drinking tea on her condo's terrace, she looked at the adjacent building.

She was astounded by what she witnessed. her eyes must have deceived her. She blinked several times to confirm what she saw. Even mentioning the name of a topless man is difficult. He was sipping wine and staring into the distance. She took a step back and hid to one side. Is it still a coincidence? Not any longer.

She decided to go inside and force herself to sleep, but her eyes had a mind of their own and kept returning to what he saw. Behind Azael, she noticed the woman's tender embrace. Azael laughed, turned to face the woman, and kissed her softly on the lips. She looked around and went inside without saying anything. She dashed straight to her bed. She didn't see anything. It wasn't Azael she saw, and it certainly wasn't in Australia!

THIS is the same setup Amara sees every night. So she no longer hangs out on the balcony, and she's not sure whether she'll be grateful because her older brother hasn't taken any action or is even more concerned. She had no idea what it was trying to say. She has no time for its folly.

She and Theon should marry soon to put an end to this craze. Couldn't she have been the one who followed it? There is a chance because its beauty is half foreigner and half catfish. Has Azael forgotten about her? She's hoping...

"That bitch is lucky! Imagine having your brother as her boyfriend, Amara! It's as if she's fished too big in the universe!" exclaimed Trinity as they devoured the canteen once more that day. Therapy appears to consist of the two of them eating food; stress eating.

"Don't be so loud, woman, their looking at you," she warned.

"Please?" it snarled. "I'm so sweet to pay attention to them. Anyway, I discovered that your older brother's girlfriend is a model and the niece of this university's vice president." Then she held a magazine up to her face and pointed to the woman's face. “See? That's her, her rising star, and tourism, of course. That's why she looks familiar, but can you imagine Amara and I going to the same university? Is this my fate?! Maybe this is where you two will keep tinkering? God! I'm looking forward to that day. "Like I can't wait to yell."

How many times has she wondered how and why they became friends with this visitor? The commotion, eh? she was hungry, so all she did was stand up and carry the tray of meat. She will make the first move. When she had finished eating, they would talk.

"My God!"

Amara was taken aback by the audible scream. Only then did she realize her food had been discarded. Isn't it a small world? In terms of the number of people she can feed, even her older brother's girlfriend. Unfortunately, not in its face. Is it possible for her to take two and just bathe her the food she's carrying?

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean it," she apologized, knowing it was her fault. She took her handkerchief from her bag and wiped her clothes with it, but it slapped her hand hard and pushed her away.

"You?" it asked, surprised to see her in that location. "What a fortunate day. We can only see you being ungrateful here!" And she wasn't expecting it to surprise her.

Trinity's wish was granted, and her tongue appeared to be endowed with a magical spell. Shit! She also wrestled, and she will not lose in part two. It's too caterpillary, and who thinks it's lovely? Maybe she doesn't realize she and Azael are siblings, so she acts this way? She, on the other hand, is unconcerned. She will teach it how to get along with people even if they have low achievement in life, that not everyone is wealthy, and so it acts as if the world belongs to them.

"You're so ungrateful!"

"And you? A big question is why you were born into the world; I'll make you bald!" she retorted with a tweak.

She was no longer able to react to what it did, and she quickly hugged her body as her large chest was exposed to the crowd. For heaven's sake! They were in the middle of the canteen, and many students were present, but no one wanted to plead with them, until she felt someone pull her and quickly hugged her.

"Penelope, stop!"

"Stop interfering, Berkham!" It insisted on approaching her and tinkering with her.

Berkham quickly put on her leather jacket and they walked away silently, while the woman screams angrily and threatens that they will settle accounts, and she will wait for that day, while she shaves it.

"Thank you," she said as the man dressed her wounds from Pennywise's sharp claws. Every touch of cotton with alcohol on her skin hurts.

"Don't bring it up," he said, taking a deep breath.

She just nodded and let it heal her wounds; she was still wearing her jacket and calming herself because every time she saw that woman's face, she shivered and her blood boiled. Just don't make the mistake of showing up to her again because she doesn't care if she still owns what she's doing.

"She's a spoiled brat, and as his cousin, every fight involving that woman gives me a headache," Berkham said without hesitation after nursing her wound.

She was surprised when he said that word, and it turns out that the man is also of Filipino. Wait, cousin? She grinned. Really, are they cousins? Too not obvious.

"Are you feeling better?"

"Yeah, I'm fine, Berkham; you have another subject," she nodded.

"Don't worry about it."It just laughed and scratched. I won't be able to come in. If you want, I'll take you home," he said graciously.

She accepted the offer to take her to her condo because she had already missed the next subject. She requires rest.

Amara looked at her scratches slowly as she faced the large mirror in her condo's bathroom. She was defeated because her claws were too short. But she was aware that pulling the woman's hair, which she intended to shave, was painful.

When she came out, she was taken aback to see Trinity and Azael sitting on the sofa. They speak as if they've known each other for years. What on earth is the man doing inside her condo?! she wanted to drive it away, but Trinity beat her to it.

"Hello Amara, I was on my way to your unit when I noticed your older brother, so I brought her here because she's your older brother as well and wanted to talk to you. I like your brother; he's very nice! I wish I could have a brother like him.”

That's right, the woman has no idea who is mediating between them. How tall a barrier stood between their two siblings.

She gave a wry smile. "What would you like to drink? Coffee and tea—"

"Don't bother," Azael said flatly.

She turned away and went to the kitchen. She couldn't bear looking at its face, and she didn't want them to be anywhere. Its face was nauseating, and even though Trinity was in front of them, she might not be able to stop slapping it.

"Amara, gaga, I have to go! My mother had called." The woman cried out loudly from the living room.

It was out before she could say 'don't leave her alone.' she was overcome with nervousness and fear. She, on the other hand, will not be overcome by fear.

She chose to calm herself and return to the living room where Azael was, but she couldn't do so any longer. It was already in the opening of the kitchen door, and she was given a cold look.

"I saw you and Penelope's video—"

"Get lost," she interrupted herself and went to the refrigerator. She took a drink from the pitcher without hesitation. She despises him. She was too stubborn to get rid of it.

Azael did not respond, but she was surprised when he grabbed her arm. It was tense, and the way it was handled was excruciating. "So you agreed to our parents' request?"

She wasn't stupid enough to not understand what it meant. It alludes to her wedding to Theon. She grinned and bravely faced it, despite the fact that the way she held it in her arm hurt her.

"Yes, there's nothing wrong with that; I love Theon, and he loves me, so we'll get married—" She screamed in shock as she pushed her to one side and slammed into the concrete wall.

She saw only anger on its face, and she smiled. That's all it takes to wake him up to mania and let her go; she doesn't care how it feels.

"I'm not going to let that happen; you're mine."

"You don't own me, and I will never be with you!" she slapped it hard and pushed it away from her with all her might.

When he spoke, she stood tall.

"Then I'll mark you as MINE once more."

She struggled as he grabbed her arm and kissed her passionately without saying a word. She wanted to shout and get lost, but she leaned her to one side again and used force to keep from getting lost. Azael was tall and big, and whatever she tried to get away from was futile. The way he kissed her was painful, and she could taste the blood from her lips.

She wanted to scream for help, but doing so would just give Azael an excuse to take over her. She burst into tears, but her tears were useless as it began to caress her neck up to her chest.

It's so demonic! Has it been said that it has a different purpose in Australia? she wept more as his lip dropped to her neck and marked her.

"You're mine, Mara," he said before walking away.

Her knees trembled as she sat on the floor, her tears falling, and she became even more angry with the young man. Even if it dies, she will not forgive it! Just be patient, and she will marry Theon soon. her brother was angry and had to stop being angry at her.

She entered as if nothing had happened; she was too beautiful to ruin her day, and... She stopped walking down the corridor when someone caught her eye, and she quickly averted her gaze when she saw Azael deliver the bronze-looking Penelope.

She slowly prayed that her senior year would be over and that she would be able to escape this place. She thought, it can't follow her or know where she is, but she seems to have underestimated its ability too much. The hiding she did was not enough to escape Azael.

"Amara!" At which point Trinity burst into tears.

"Miracle, and you don't have any food with you?" she frowned.

She laughed just as they walked into their first subject that day.

"Yeah, maybe later; have you heard the news?" It was a weak question, and she stared at her for a few moments.

"Did someone get the wrong guy with you?" she asked, suddenly serious. "Are you pregnant? Have a boyfriend? Something twisted?" she covered her mouth.

"Sir, that's not it; what I mean is, Penelope is said to have gotten engaged last night, and do you know who proposed... God, Amara! Your older brother!"

Trinity's words did not immediately register in her brain, as if a bomb had been detonated, and she was suddenly loading. Wow! she exclaimed, unsure whether to celebrate or not.

"What happened to your neck, by the way?"

She quickly covered her neck with a scarf and continued walking. Well, one thing she is certain of, and that is that she doesn't care even if Azael invites all women in the Philippines to get married. She didn't know what game it wanted to happen, but she was prepared. She doubled the lock on her unit and installed a security camera.

"Wait, aren't you in the scene? Like you'll let your handsome brother go?" the woman yelled.

"Leave him alone; we're not even close."

It looked at her, as if she wanted to say something, but instead chose to remain silent and follow in her footsteps.

What would she think if she discovered the true distance between her and Azael? Is it as repulsive as the disgust she felt?

Some of the students were distracted and murmured when they saw her, but she doesn't care. She is instantly famous now because of the chaos that occurred the other day, and others avoid her as if she were contagious. She is not affected or trained, so she has no friends in her previous job.

"What are you looking at? I'm going to pierce your eyes, eh?" Trinity's eyes shone brightly.

She just laughed, knowing that every student they passed didn't get it.
