Chapter 86: Chapter 86

Hayfah pushed forward Mysha in her moses basket as she closed the door to their house; which was situated in Divan road in Sultanahmet district, in the city of Istanbul. The city of love.

She smiled at Mysha and pushed her towards the car, where Adyan was patiently waiting for them, tapping his fingers slightly on the steering wheel.

"Rania, we don't have to take that, there's her baby seater in the car." Adyan pointed out and looked at Hayfah that was wearing a long light blue gown that hugged from her chest and flowed downwards. She looked all beautiful and takeaway; he wished they could just sit back and cuddle while watching tv. But this is a date he had been planning for the whole one month they stayed in Istanbul!

She put the moses basket in the trunk and firmly fixed Mysha in the car seater before she opened the passenger's seat and sat down. "Hayatee this girl is getting chubbier than I've ever thought. Carrying her around with me make me fell all dizzy and my arms gets weak. It's better I push her with the basket." She informed and fluttered her eyelashes at Adyan that seemed to be carried away by fixing his eyes on her.

"It's my turn today, all Rania have to do is seat, enjoy, and fall in love all over again!" He planted a smooch on her left cheeks, and Hayfah surprisingly looked away to hide a blush from creeping out of her cheeks.

Adyan shrieked and lifted his hand triumphantly! "Finally, Rania, I'm able to bring back the blushes and I could see the goosebumps under the fabric of your gown!" And he planted another peck on her forehead, she smiled. She could tell he's hell bent on making her fall in love again today.

"Hayatee let's leave please, stop acting like a teenager struck in love." She laughed and smacked his arm as he ignited on the car; silently driving out of the street.

Out of the blue moon, Adyan looked at her and smiled. This woman sitting beside him with a fully etched smile on her face as she enjoyed the sight of the new world he brings her in; taught him alot in life. He learnt lessons from her life that he bet even if a teacher was to make him sit in a classroom, he wouldn't have intently be attentive.

He looked as she slide down the window and off the Ac. "Rania, we love the Ac more!" He retorted, he just want to be hearing her speak. Whenever she's silent, he wished he was some sort of a genie so he could roam through her veins and find out about her thoughts.

"You said it's the city of love right? Then love is even more sweeter if the wind is to caress my body; to make me shudder and birth some goosebumps beneath the layers of my skin. Let's enjoy the warmth, Hayatee." She leaned forward and kissed him, right at the tip of his lips_and Adyan felt as his hands slowly ungripped the steering wheel.

"Rania, allow me to focus!" He shrieked, and she laughed wholly at that. What a payback!

"Oh Hayatee, I'm doing my job in making you fall in love over again. This time around, even you yourself couldn't find the way to stir around from the lane of my love! You would walk blindly and wholeheartedly! Nothing to see, only Rania!" And he laughed, the kind of laughter that nearly made Hayfah shuddered.

She looked back at their daughter and found her joyously playing with her toy. Making gurgles with her lips and shrieking out at the same time.

"She looks just like you. The heart, the cuteness, and everything!" Adyan jolted her out of her trance; the world she fell into_where only thoughts of her daughter pour down from the sky of her heart.

"Hayatee, this girl is bipolar; she sometimes looks like me_but today; she's exactly Adyan Aliyu Ardo!"

"Rania, firstly; my daughter isn't bipolar. She always looks like the queen of hearts, and today; she looks completely like Hayfah Talhah Muhammad!"

"Hayatee, she looks like you. The handsomeness, the eyes, lips, everything!" Hayfah argued back and kept looking between Mysha and Adyan, making comparison.

Adyan found a spot beside the road and parked; Hayfah wanted to ask him why but she shut her mouth; all she has in mind was to convince Adyan that Mysha looks like him.

He turned his attention fully on Mysha, and both parents were now facing the happy child that was looking at them with a smile adorning her cute face.

"Mysha Habibtee, who do you look like? Your Hibbah or Abbi?" Adyan asked, and Hayfah bursted into a laughter she've almost forgot the last time she did.

"How do you expect her to answer that, Hayatee?" She was still laughing, looking between the father and his daughter as they converse through their eyes.

"Just wait and see. Mysha, who do you look like?" He asked again, not sparing Hayfah a glance.

Hayfah sobered up and gave in. She looked at Mysha and made a sound that caught the girl's attention. "Mysha, you look much like Abbi than you do of Hibbah right?" She asked, and Mysha did all but giggle.

"Rania that's cheating, I don't trust the sound you make!" Adyan protested and placed his finger in Mysha's hand; which she caught using all her fingers. He felt warm.

"I don't trust this too, how would you place your finger in her hand so she could go with you? Mysha, let go of his hand; you love me more right?" Hayfah asked and cupped the little girl's face; grinning widely.

Adyan looked at her and chuckled. He tapped her shoulder and she looked at him. "Rania just forget about this, Mysha loves me more, and you know it."

"Hayatee let's not start. Mysha loves me, she sleeps with me by her side!"

"And she doesn't let you feed her unless I'm around!" He defended, and they eyes ran back to a giggling Mysha, as if enjoying the sight before her.

Adyan smiled and turned Hayfah's face towards him. "This argument is baseless, Rania. She loves you, you love her; and I love you all more!" Hayfah opened her mouth to answer him back when he slowly took her lower lip into a deeply passionate kiss.

Their drive to Erhan restaurant was a lively one. Hayfah played a song in the car and their sang all their way to the restaurant. They would smile when their eyes meet, laugh when someone missed a line in the song, as the wind of fresh air was slowly caressing their skin.

They ate a delicious meal; called Mom, Mama and Amna in the restaurant before they left for Maçka park; which was situated at Sancaktepe in the city of Istanbul. Hayfah gushed over the appearance of the exquisite park before her, it was beautiful!

She hugged Adyan and kissed his cheeks. "Hayatee, this is soo beautiful! Here; take Mysha, I need to enjoy to the fully today. I'm willing to fall in love in the city of love!" She handed him Mysha and ran over to the man that sells out a cotton candy.

Seeing a grown up woman before him smiling widely as she pointed out at the one she wants, he smiled and handed it to her_to which she left without offering to pay. The man wanted to talk when Adyan came and payed him with a sly smile on his face.

"Hayatee I want to ride that bike!" She screamed from where she stood feets away from them, Adyan laughed and lifted his hand on the air, emanating she could.

She ran towards the man standing before the machine and payed, for she couldn't wait for Adyan to come. The Merry-Go-Round started moving in a higher speed that Hayfah started screaming at the pitch of her voice, looking at Adyan who was laughing while taking a video of her.

She got down and slumped on the bare floor, "Hayatee I'm feeling dizzy." She spoke, but before he could reply her, she saw kids playing on spring rockers, and she squealed, walking towards it.

"Hayatee let's play on that together, someone should hold Mysha for us please." She pleaded and took his hand as they moved towards it.

They met a woman almost Hayfah's age, whom was looking at her husband and son as they play on the spring rockers.

Hayfah went over to her and smiled, taking her hand in a shake. "Good day, Sister. My name is Hayfah, and this is my husband; Adyan. Please would you mind holding our daughter as we play as well? Pleaseeee." Hayfah drawled and pouted her lips, looking at the woman.

"Hey, Hayfah. My name is Zehra, and this is my husband Ömer, and our son. Of course I wouldn't mind, come here baby, what's her name?" Zehra smiled widely as she took Mysha from Adyan's hands.

They converse a little and hopped onto the spring rockers, playing as Hayfah kept laughing at the pitch of her voice. She's surely falling in love all over again. She's having time of her life, the kind of life she didn't have when she was a child.

They walked to the carousels together with Ömer and Zehra. Hayfah and Adyan watched as Ömer and Zehra played on the carousels; while holding the babies. And Ömer and Zehra watched them did the same. They had a lovely time in Maçka park.

They exchanged contact with them and left. All this while; Hayfah had ben smiling widely as though she was gifted with a ticket to perform her hajj.

They were roaming around the streets of Istanbul when Hayfah sighted a billboard that says 'Ses Gerekli' which means 'Voices Needed' as she read the substitle below. And just like that she felt, today her voice might be of use.

"Hayatee! Can I try that?" She asked, pointing towards the billboard of pinned there by TRT World (Turkish Radio and Television Corporation) and they need an English speaker.

He slowed down a bit and read the billboard before he looked at Hayfah again, "Why do you want to try it?" He asked, for once; he has never wanted her to feel that she has a voice that really sounded abnormal from the voice girls were known to have.

She smiled. She knew he doesn't want her to feel bad about her voice. But she grew up used to being humiliated because of it, she wants to try today, if this voice of hers would birth her something great.

"You know I grew up being humiliated and ridiculed because of my voice, and my only reply was 'I was created like this, and I believe it's a blessing in disguise.' I want to try putting my words into action today, Hayatee."

He smiled, willing to give her his utmost support pertaining this. "Let's hit the address, read it out let's search for it on the google map." She did and they drove to the Tv station, conversing as Hayfah's heart filled with anxiety; what if they wouldn't accept her?

They arrived at the Tv station and Hayfah huffed out a breath before she hopped out of the car. Adyan opened the back door and scooped Mysha into his arms before they entered the humungous building.

They asked around and were being directed towards the manager's office and Hayfah took Adyan's hands as they entered the office.

The man named Yener shook hands with Adyan before they sat down, and he told them what they brought them their. Yener got thrilled, they had been looking for a voice that could match the program they were to start hosting.

They made arrangements and he asked them to come back after a week. Hayfah went back home thrilled and called all her relatives and told them about her new found job. He wasn't happy because of the sake of working, but she was happy because today her voice would take her to a place she knew she never imagined.

She got herself clad in a yellow kimono with a camisole adjoined. There were silver embroidery beautifying the kimono, and she rolled her head with an orange veil that matched with the flicker end of the silver embroidery. She had a light makeup on, but still; Adyan looked at her as though she was a Queen ready to make a mien in her palace. She was his Queen.

She kept blabbering about how today was so important today. She's having a program with the prime minister of Netherlands, and she couldn't live in peace! Everybody wants to host a program with the lady with the extraordinary voice. And she became proud, her voice became a blessing in disguise!

Adyan looked at her before she entered her car, Mysha was taken to a kindergarten. He turned her and she looked at him with a fully ebbed smile.

"Say Alhamdulillah," he spoke softly and pinched her cheeks.

She giggled like a five year old and hugged him so tight he thought she would break his bones. "Alhamdulillah! Alhamdulillah for having a life, for having you in my life, for having Mysha, Mama, Mom, and everyone. Alhamdulillah for having this voice that became my blessing in disguise. Alhamdulillah!"
