I, the Ruthless Villain, Strangled My Fiancée at the Beginning and Left the Protagonists Terrified Chapter 100
Shen Wuxiao didn’t deny it. “Yes. You were never the one I intended to torture. So, I’ll grant you a quick death.”
As he spoke, he called out, “Scorpion, bring her things.”
“Yes, Young Master!” Scorpion responded promptly.
A sense of unease washed over Suzaku.
When Scorpion walked in, she saw what he was holding—a cellphone.
At once, she understood what Shen Wuxiao intended.
“You shameless bastard!” Suzaku snapped. “You’re going to impersonate me to trick the boss into revealing his location? Dream on!”
Shen Wuxiao paused in amusement, then burst out laughing. “Not at all. The man I want to find couldn’t escape from me even if he tried. I don’t need tricks that childish.”
“I just want to have a little chat with Mr. Ye.”
The wallpaper was a photo of Suzaku and Ye Qingfeng together.
“Oh? Such a romantic girl. You really do like him.” Shen Wuxiao grinned. “Too bad it seems like he doesn’t care that much about you. All that loyalty and love… wasted. Bootlickers never meet a good end.”
His mocking laughter echoed in the room.
Suzaku clenched her teeth. Her fury surged.
Shen Wuxiao opened the chat app, pressed the voice message button, and sent a casual message.
“Mr. Ye, are you free? Let’s have a video chat.”
He added, “Suzaku is doing well. I figured you wouldn’t believe me, so I thought a video would ease your mind.”
After sending it, he took a selfie with Suzaku, flashing a peace sign. He sent the photo and then handed the phone to Scorpion.
Scorpion connected it to a large display screen.
Then, Shen Wuxiao strapped Suzaku to a tiger bench and gagged her. He sat beside her, silently waiting.
Moments later, the video call connected.
Scorpion answered and stepped aside.
The screen lit up—Ye Qingfeng appeared. He was covered in bandages, badly wounded.
Shen Wuxiao waved casually. “Good evening, Mr. Ye. Have you eaten?”
Ye Qingfeng’s bloodshot eyes stared daggers into the screen. If rage could kill, Shen Wuxiao would be ashes.
Suzaku shook her head desperately, signaling him not to react.
“Shen Wuxiao,” Ye Qingfeng said, forcing himself to remain calm, “what will it take for you to let her go?”
Shen Wuxiao sat comfortably, legs crossed. “No conditions. Just take her away after today.”
Ye Qingfeng narrowed his eyes. That didn’t sound right.
But Shen Wuxiao changed the subject.
“By the way, Mr. Ye… that background behind you—it looks like a hospital bathroom, doesn’t it?”
He smiled. “Just a guess, of course. I had no idea you were in a hospital. I definitely didn’t know you and your daughter were in the same building. Don’t overthink it.”
Ye Qingfeng’s body tensed.
Shen Wuxiao knew everything. Was he being watched this entire time?
So much for hiding in plain sight…
“Relax, Mr. Ye,” Shen Wuxiao chuckled. “If you’re afraid, you can run. I won’t chase you. You can run… just not far.”
Ye Qingfeng shuddered again.
He had faced death countless times and rarely felt fear—but Shen Wuxiao? Shen Wuxiao was different. There was something about him that chilled him to the core.
“What do you want?” Ye Qingfeng growled, fists clenched tight out of sight.
Shen Wuxiao pointed to Suzaku. “Simple. I’m asking if you still want her alive.”
Ye Qingfeng already knew what was coming. Shen Wuxiao was going to make outrageous demands. But what choice did he have?
“Say it,” Ye Qingfeng replied.
Shen Wuxiao thought for a moment. “Alright then, cut off a finger. Show me how much she means to you.”
Ye Qingfeng froze.
Suzaku shook her head wildly, tears spilling from her eyes.
“If you’re unwilling,” Shen Wuxiao said, standing as if preparing to act, “I’ll just dismember her instead.”
“Wait!” Ye Qingfeng gritted his teeth, drew a blade, and without hesitation, sliced off one of his fingers.

Shen Wuxiao clapped his hands and grinned. “Magnificent! Truly a man.”
He turned to Suzaku, who was weeping.
“You chose well. He’s worth it. I take back what I said—you’re not a bootlicker.”
But Suzaku didn’t hear him. She was consumed by sorrow.
Shen Wuxiao turned back to the screen.
“Mr. Ye, I admire you—not mock you. I really do. But unfortunately, we were never meant to be allies.”
“Even if what happened hadn’t happened, we would still be enemies. There are things involved that you’ll never see. Interests, powers, agendas.”
He smiled gently. “I’m a man of my word. Take her back when this is over. You can even choose the cemetery.”
Ye Qingfeng knew it was a trap, but he had no way to resist. He could only watch helplessly as Suzaku was humiliated.
“Shen Wuxiao, you bastard!” Ye Qingfeng bellowed, shaking with fury.
Shen Wuxiao gave him a soft smile, one that almost looked… polite.
Then he stood and extended his hand.
Scorpion placed a sharp dagger in it.
Shen Wuxiao held the blade against Suzaku’s cheek, dragging it slowly toward her neck.
He leaned in behind her, whispering into her ear.
“My beautiful Suzaku… I admire you. So loyal, so elegant. I truly wish you were mine.”
“But your heart belongs to him. You’d kill me if you could.”
“And everyone who tried to kill me… aside from one woman named Liu Ruyan… is already dead.”
“So it’s time to say goodbye.”
“Shen Wuxiao, you beast! I’ll never forgive you!” Ye Qingfeng screamed.
Shen Wuxiao ignored the screen. His dagger turned. The blade was now vertical.
“Don’t worry,” he whispered. “It’ll be fast. You won’t feel pain. I’ll make sure you die with dignity.”
Suzaku closed her eyes. Tears streamed down her cheeks.
Ye Qingfeng howled on the other side of the screen, fists pounding the wall.
“No! No! Shen Wuxiao, I swear I’ll kill you!”
Shen Wuxiao smiled softly. “Rest in peace.”
Slash…
The dagger cut through skin. His arm paused midway. The sound was quiet—almost delicate.
Blood spurted.
Suzaku’s body went stiff, eyes wide in shock. For a brief moment, the world stood still.
Ye Qingfeng stared blankly.
The dagger slipped from Shen Wuxiao’s hand, clattering onto the ground.

Shen Wuxiao gave a slow, mournful shake of his head. With feigned sadness, he brushed Suzaku’s hair gently.
“I didn’t want to kill you. I had no choice… Do you believe me? Hahaha!”
“You madman! Shen Wuxiao, you lunatic!” Ye Qingfeng shouted, broken.
Shen Wuxiao waved toward the screen.
“Mr. Ye, the fun has just begun. If you’ve got any cards left, better use them. You won’t get another chance.”
“Oh—and have a good night. Sleep well.”
He ended the call with a smile.
Turning to Suzaku, he gently closed her eyes.
“Get a few women. Clean her up. Dress her nicely,” Shen Wuxiao ordered.
“I promised her dignity—I’ll keep that promise.”
“Yes, Young Master,” Scorpion responded and hurried to carry out the order.
Shen Wuxiao stepped out of the room.
He had planned to return home.
But after some thought…
He changed direction.
It was time to visit Liu Ruyan.
They had some things to talk about.
