Chapter 408: Chapter 408

The continuous fusion of the two is True Qi, which circulates throughout the body along the meridians, nurturing all organs and cellular tissues.

When Monk Yunlong finished explaining the principles of the "Daoist Practice for Health and Longevity" to Wang Longhu, it was as if a nuclear bomb exploded in Wang Longhu's mind.

Suddenly enlightened, a moment of epiphany.

For the Daoist School, it turns out they've long been aware of the energy produced by cells.

And their purpose for Daoist practice is to manipulate this energy to influence oneself.

The essence of cultivating Dao is to seek the true self, discarding the false and retaining the true.

It emphasizes 'transforming essence with movement, refining essence into Qi, refining Qi into spirit, refining spirit to return to void, returning void to merge with Dao, and finally manifesting as a true immortal'.

From the very beginning of their practice, their purpose is utterly clear: everything is for cell energy!

Unlike Martial Arts that split from Daoist alchemical practices, which have stage-specific goals.

First, the physical body strengthens to achieve Ming Jin, then Dark Force spreads throughout the body into Huajin, progressing through the lower, middle, and upper Dantian to Condense Pill and seek Pill Force and Gang Qi.

But once the Three Elixirs are successfully Condensed, there's no next goal.

This is the drawback of Martial Arts splitting from Daoist alchemical practices; the path of Martial Arts is incomplete. One must supplement it with Daoist alchemical texts to make up for the deficiencies, and then rediscover the next destination.

Undoubtedly, at Wang Longhu's current level of strength, his destination aligns with those of the Daoist practitioners as their paths converge on the main road.

That is the mastery of cellular energy's power, transforming the acquired to innate, thereby comprehending 'True Qi'.

Otherwise, seeing gods and remaining unscathed and possessing Sixth Sense is the ultimate human potential for Wang Longhu as a Martial Artist in this lifetime.

"So that's it, True Qi is cellular energy, and cellular energy maintains cell vitality, keeping the body young and ensuring longer life,

the energy produced by cells is innate Qi, but there is too little innate Qi, without practice it cannot be utilized,

at this point, Daoist special breathing techniques are needed to absorb some unseen energy from the universe to fortify the body, which is acquired Qi,

using acquired Qi to stimulate innate Qi, when the day comes that the body can begin to produce large amounts of innate Qi,

though immortality can't be achieved, extending life and maintaining youth is completely feasible, and even using the fusion of innate and acquired Qi as 'True Qi' offers a more effective attack method than Gang Qi,

Thus, the essence of Daoist practice is this principle, uncovering the mythic facade reveals that practitioners are still human, but their lifespan and strength far surpass ordinary people,

If a practitioner desires, they could easily rule a nation without modern weaponry, so for practitioners, ordinary people are truly mundane,

and for ordinary people, the means and abilities of practitioners are indeed godlike, all differing in the degree of development of the body and self,

Like my current state of divine insight, I can activate cells through acupoints, releasing abundant cellular energy to keep my body eternally youthful, extending life by at least one or two hundred years,

this is the attainment of the Innate Realm in the doctrines of Daoist cultivation, if I further complement with Fasting, Avoiding Leakage, and Sleep-Free to complete the four abstinences,

Immortality, sleeplessness, foodlessness, excretion-free, breathlessness.

By then, who could distinguish between Wang Longhu and an immortal."

Looking at his palm, Monk Yunlong follows the pure path of the Dan Ding Sect, years of cultivation solely for cell energy.

Therefore, when his practice is perfected, utilizing True Qi is exceedingly easy for him.

Whereas Wang Longhu, being a Martial Artist, follows a completely different path from Monk Yunlong, so if he wishes to master the means of harming with True Qi,

he still needs to spend a substantial amount of time studying privately.

After all, he has no predecessors as a reference, no successors for comparison, entirely pioneering a path never explored, waiting for Wang Longhu to proceed as the first trailblazer.

This difficulty is naturally extremely high.
