Chapter 365: Chapter 365

The plane landed at Nanhua City Airport.

"Phew!" Zhang Xiaohao exhaled heavily.

He gave Zhou Yating, who was next to him, an annoyed look, having been tormented by her throughout the journey.

From the moment the plane took off, she was like a little machine gun, firing question after question, relentlessly badgering Zhang Xiaohao without any repetition.

It left Zhang Xiaohao with a headache, deeply regretting his decision.

If he had known it would be , he wouldn’t have agreed to bring her along.

But who could have imagined that Zhou Yating, seemingly calm and sensible on the outside,

was actually like a little witch behind the scenes, full of so many questions?

Shaking his head, Zhang Xiaohao tried not to think about it any further.

Now that they were on board the thief-ship, it was impossible to return the goods.

"Let’s go!" Zhang Xiaohao said irritably.

"Yay! Finally free," Zhou Yating cheered.

Zhang Xiaohao acted as if he didn’t know her, walking ahead on his own.

"Hey! Zhang Xiaohao, wait for me!" Zhou Yating called out.

Clutching her small bag, she quickly caught up.

"Handsome, beautiful, need a ride?" a middle-aged woman asked with a smile.

Her eyes shifted subtly across Zhou Yating’s body.

"Take us to Heaven on Earth!" Zhang Xiaohao said.

He opened the door of the taxi and got in.

"Alright!" the middle-aged woman said with a sinister smile.

She started the car and drove off.

"Zhang Xiaohao, this place is so weird! Why are the roads in the city so narrow?" Zhou Yating asked, puzzled.

"The more remote the place, the narrower the roads. Right, sister?" Zhang Xiaohao said playfully.

"This young man is right! I’m taking a shortcut, which will save us a lot of money. Just sit tight," the middle-aged woman said.

"Okay," Zhou Yating replied indifferently, saying no more.

The taxi stopped at an abandoned warehouse in the suburbs.

"Heaven on Earth is here, time to get off!" the middle-aged woman said with a cold laugh.

"This is where you live? It’s way too shabby!" Zhou Yating said, frowning. Thɪs chapter is updatᴇd by 𝔫𝔬𝔳𝔢𝔩·𝔣𝔦𝔯𝔢·𝔫𝔢𝔱

Outside, an abandoned warehouse.

The area was overgrown with weeds and scattered with various types of long-abandoned trash.

"Of course not!" Zhang Xiaohao shrugged and said.

He opened the car door and got out.

The middle-aged woman arrogantly got out of the car, her gaze unabashedly intense as she stared at Zhou Yating.

"What are you staring at? Are you sick in the head?" Zhou Yating said.

"Yes, I am sick in the head! Because you’re about to be sold into the mountains. Tsk tsk! With your figure and this radiant skin, you’ll surely fetch a good price!" the middle-aged woman said with a menacing expression.

"Are you a human trafficker?" Zhou Yating asked coldly.

"Haha! Only realizing it now? It’s already too late," the middle-aged woman said with a cold laugh.

She took out a walkie-talkie and shouted into it.

"Come quick! I’ve brought back a top-notch piece of merchandise!" the middle-aged woman said.

After speaking, she hung the walkie-talkie on her waist, hands on her hips, proudly looking at Zhang Xiaohao and Zhou Yating.

"Huh! Why aren’t you scared?" the middle-aged woman asked, puzzled.

"What’s there to be scared of? It’s just a human trafficker, not a monster that eats people without spitting out the bones!" Zhou Yating said with a pout.

"Hmph! I’ll make you cry soon enough," the middle-aged woman said coldly.

Another van drove in.

The van door opened, and a group of burly men, one holding a baby and another pulling a young woman’s hair, roughly dragged her out of the van.

"I beg you, please let my child go! If you want to kill, come at me! I promise I won’t resist," the young mother cried out pleadingly.

"Damn it! You’ve been crying all the way, and I’m sick of it," the leader bellowed angrily.

He raised his hand and struck towards the young mother’s face.

Zhang Xiaohao’s eyes turned cold, and with a step forward, he was in front of him.

Grabbing his hand, he said, "Hitting a woman isn’t right!"

"Damn! Who the hell are you to meddle in my business? Die!" the leader cursed loudly.

He lifted his foot and aimed a kick at Zhang Xiaohao’s groin.

"Oh!" A sound of an egg cracking echoed, and the agonizing scream of the leader followed, sweat beads the size of beans dripping swiftly to the ground from his forehead.

"Ah! Brother Hu, are you alright?"

"Damn! You little shit, how dare you hit Brother Hu? I’m going to kill you!"

The five lackeys around them roared angrily, rubbing their fists and rushing up with murderous intent.

They threw punches and kicks aiming at Zhang Xiaohao’s vital parts.

"A bunch of scum daring to stir trouble right under my nose, you’re just asking to die!" Zhang Xiaohao said disdainfully.

With one hand, he summoned a surge of strength and threw Brother Hu’s body sideways.

The five lackeys who rushed up were immediately knocked to the ground.

Zhang Xiaohao took a step forward and was already beside the six of them.

His right foot turned into a whirlwind, swiftly stomping on the knees of all six.

A series of over ten knee-shattering sounds erupted.

"Ah..." Their legs disabled, they screamed miserably like slaughtered pigs.

"Your turn," Zhang Xiaohao said indifferently.

He walked towards Huang Mao, who was holding a baby.

"Ah! Don’t come any closer! If you do, I won’t be nice to him," Huang Mao said viciously.

Holding the baby in his hands, he was about to violently smash it towards the ground.

Seeing this, the young mother screamed and cried out.

In a flash, Zhang Xiaohao moved and stopped again. The baby that was in Huang Mao’s hands was now safely in his arms.

"Children are the future flowers of our nation. I hate those who bully infants the most! Therefore, you must die!" Zhang Xiaohao declared menacingly.

As Huang Mao’s voice just fell, a punch came flying in, shattering his skull, with flesh and pieces scattering all around.

However, none splashed on the baby; all were shielded by the True Qi surrounding Zhang Xiaohao.

"What a cute little guy!" Zhang Xiaohao smiled.

"Here, beautiful lady!"

As he spoke, Zhang Xiaohao handed the baby over to the young mother.

The young mother took her child and, overwhelmed with emotion, knelt on the ground, saying,

"Thank you, big brother! Thank you so much...!"

"Get up! It was the right thing to do," Zhang Xiaohao said.

He helped the young mother up from the ground.

"Big Brother, while their people haven’t come out yet, you should run! If you’re slow, with the ruthless nature of these traffickers, they won’t let you go!" the young mother urged hurriedly.

"Hmpf! Think you can kill our people and just walk away? I’ll stop you!" roared a middle-aged woman.

Holding a steel rod as thick as a baby’s arm, she bellowed as she rushed from behind.

"Die, you little brat!"
