Chapter 17: Chapter 17
For the next 30days Bishop did not leave my side. I had to have someone help me to even get out of the bed. The babies grew fast. I could feel his fear. The longer I was pregnant the more I felt the vampire urges.
Today I am 31 days pregnant which is overdue for hybrids. Maggie has decided to be on the safe side to inject me with vampire venom to ensure I complete the hybrid transformation. I am scared but I have Bishop with me.
Maggie is certain the babies are healthy and that is the most important thing to us. We want a beautiful family.
Bishop helps me sit on the side of the bed. “This is going to hurt. I am not going to lie to you,” she says.
I brace myself for the injection. She sticks the needle into my neck. The venom races through my body. I am both and cold.
“Lay down,” Maggie says.
“Wait something is happening,” I say.
“Everything is okay,” Maggie says.
“No I feel something pushes from my inside.” I scream.
Maggie raises up my gown. “The babies are coming,” she says.
Over the next 18 hours I tried to deliver our babies. It was very difficult. I was in a lot of pain. On the 19th hour my mother came to help. She brushed my hair and sang wolf songs to me to help me relax.
“You can do this my child,” she says.
Bishop is laying beside me in the bed. I have no idea how is standing it. I am both hot and cold. I am sweating.
He kisses my forehead. “You are doing wonderful. I love you little wolf,” he says.
“I am so tired. I cannot do this anymore,” I tell him.
I close my eyes and drift away in to a Deep slumber. The pain has stopped for a brief moment.
“Make the pain stop,” I scream.
“Its time,” my mother says.
“You have to push,” Maggie says.
“I just cant,” I tell them both.
“Yes you can my love,” Bishop says.
I bear down and push stop push stop push stop push stop. I hear crying.
“Baby one is a boy” I hear Maggie say, “He is a hybrid,”
“Keep pushing,” My mother says.
Push stop scream push push push push scream. The baby is out. I do not hear anything.
“Baby two is a hybrid and a girl,” Maggie says.
“Why isn’t she crying,” I ask.
“She doesn’t seem to be as dramatic as her brother. She is just looking around,” she says.
“I feel something else,” I say.
“Its nothing just bear down I will help you. It’s the placenta. Wait. Miya I need you to push for me again,” Maggie says.
“What?” I ask.
“Push for me really hard,” she says.
I push with everything I have. I hear crying again.
“Baby Three Boy,” She says.
“Hybrid,” I ask.
“No.Vampire,” she says.
Bishop kisses me again. “Three babies. How on earth did we do that?” he says.
“I need to rest,” I say.
“Yes, you rest. We will take care of the babies,” Bishop says.
I drift off to sleep. My heart is full. I have my big family.
