Chapter 38: Chapter 38
Chapter 38 It Was Really Big
Okay, she just accidentally met her teacher and now she was there again!
Dana was becoming more and more certain that this teacher, Mr. Herbert, was definitely a hypocrite with a personal face and a heart like that of a beast.
He no longer cared so much about the crashing sound of the glass on the table, that was smashed into pieces on the floor!
The next moment, there was a clanking sound. The loud noise made Walker quiet for a second. The next thing, there was a worried voice from the technical manager outside the door.
"Herbert. Is everything alright inside, sir? Do you need any help?"
With a great deal of experience, there should be nothing wrong with it. At best, it was too intense now to reply to the manager.
But after all, this was in their technical department and if either of them was injured, the whole technical department would not be able to catch it.
Walker suddenly lost interest when he made a scene like this. The man got up from Dana with a calm face and his eyes were so cold that he could freeze everything that he would look at.
Dana's face was so red when the man slowly sorted out the wrinkles of his shirt buttons and sleeves and spit out two words.
"Come here."
Dana, of course, would not let him overpower her again. She said, "I won't!"
"I said, come here!" The man snapped at her.
"I don't want to, sir! I really hope you won't do it again next time."
"Do you want them to see us like this?"
"Huh?"
Dana was in a daze and her face was in puzzlement. She plucked up the courage and looked at what Walker had meant. Only then did she know why he wanted to let her come near him.
'Damn!'
On his black straight unwrinkled suit pants, there was a small opening on it!
When Dana looked at him, his face turned red into a big apple!
Oh, God! How could she look at her teacher's bulging thing?
It was really big.
An idea flashed by through her mind and her face turned even redder! She was blushing red as if she were a volcano waiting to explode.
Walker looked at her face in that state that he did not have to guess what she was thinking.
"Come in."
He did not bother to pay any attention to her and let the manager who had been waiting for a long time at the door come in.
"Okay."
Dana did not react until she heard the manager's voice.
She immediately rose from the sofa where she was and leaned over obediently.
Subconsciously she was helping her teacher block his view.
"Mr. Herbert, this is the ID address we found. Please have a look at it." The manager said and handed over a document.
Walker took the file. He only looked at it and threw it back on the table.
"I see."
"By the way," The manager said, adding, "We didn't know that's what you were looking into when you closed the website this afternoon. I'm sorry I didn't check out your ID in advance."
"It doesn't matter."
A man in a straight suit did not change his expression. Dana, who was sitting next to him, heard this but was in a slight surprise.
In the afternoon? Closed the website? Walker closed the post-bar so as not to let the matter continue to spread? She did not expect him to be very sweet!
Thinking of this, Dana turned around respectfully and bowed her head to Walker.
"Thank you, Mr. Herbert!"
But she heard nothing from him.
It did not matter if he would not respond to her. As soon as he moved, the "little opening" vaguely fell before the manager's eyes!
When the technical manager saw this, he was so surprised that he almost gasped but immediately looked away.
At this time, Walker's handsome face went even more gloomy and darker than before. He clenched his fist and even his voice was extremely tight when he said, "You may go out, manager."
"Well, yes. I'm leaving!"
He could not wait to go out.
The CEO, who was in fact usually aloof and not close to any woman, had been embarrassed just now!
However, this meant that the attraction toward girls he was giving was high – really high! It was too dark!
At the Progress University.
When Dana learned who the person who posted it was, her first reaction was to go to the school to find that person.
He heard that this person was named Lambert. He was a top student in the Media Department. He was also quite handsome and had a lot of admirers in the whole Progress University.
But apart from that, she also knew that he usually played well with the circle of schoolgirls.
She went into one of the classrooms in the Media Building.
Dana wore a dark red dress and she was introverted with a bit of classical beauty. At this time, because of anger, there were two shades of blushes on her white little face.
The bell rang as it signified that it was already the end of class.
The whole class came out of the classroom one after another.
Dana stood at the door and recognized the legendary media department person at a glance.
"Hey, stop!"
When the girl gave an order, she was a little annoyed and a little abrupt. Several students looked in her direction and they glanced at her. After that, she saw a self-evident person patted the tallest boy in the middle on his shoulder.
"Lambert, what's wrong with having an affair? I'm blocking you at the door of the classroom this time!"
"Sure he is, man!"
"She is delicious this time!"
"She is even prettier than Emily. If you don't like her, just give her to me!"
Dana listened to the media playboys talking nonsense there and she felt even angrier.
"Lambert!"
She called him again and the boy, who was dressed in black casual clothes, walked past the crowd and came toward her.
"Do we know each other?"
There was some arrogance in his eyes but on the surface, he still maintained a polite attitude toward beautiful and "attractive" women.
"Did you post this?" Dana straightforwardly asked while taking out a stack of information and throwing it in front of him.
Lambert was very tall, with a height of 185 cm and less than 165 cm. Now, he was being confronted with Dana and there was still a bit of a cute height difference. However, the atmosphere between them was not very good.
The boy caught it. He glanced at the material and said disapprovingly, "Oh, it's you up here."
"Oh yeah?! You bet!"
Lambert took the information with a wind-light clouded ruffian laugh, he said, "It seems that in real person, you are more beautiful."
Those photos were taken by Emily and then asked someone to send them to him. After that, someone asked him to post them in the school sticker bar.
Of course, Emily did not send out Dana's good-looking photos so when she sent them, Lambert did not bother looking at them carefully.
When she saw him like this, Dana was even angrier.
"What did you say?"
The girl's eyes stared at him in the blink of an eye.
"Pretty? Do you know that you are infringing on my reputation and I can sue you, do you understand?"
Lambert just laughed carelessly when he heard this.
"It's just a few photos. They're all adults. What's wrong with entertainment? And now it's said that the school post-bar has been attacked and was closed afterward. I think you were the one behind it."
"I'm in hot pursuit?"
Dana could not help but raise her tone. She really did not think there would be anyone in this world who would hurt others so much and would take the situation for granted.
She subconsciously stretched out her hand to pull this media prodigal's son with problems in her three values to make a good argument with him about what is meant by human rights. But before she reached out her hand, she already heard a familiar voice at the entrance of the corridor.
"Dana Roosevelt?"
As soon as she heard the voice, Dana felt like she was stabbed by a knife.
She did not know when Lily came again. She took Tim Petty's arm, stood where she was for a second, and walked up to her in a swaying and sophisticated posture.
"What are you doing here?"
Lily and Tim were both students of the Media Department. In a sense, they were Lambert's sister-in-law and younger brother, respectively. And Dana was a student majoring in finance so it was a bit abrupt to meet at the door of the media classroom.
Tim dealt with Lambert for a couple of seconds and said his "Hello" to Lambert when he saw him.
"You! Why didn't you look for us to straighten things up?" Lily said while her eyes fell thoughtfully on the two of them.
"Is she the one that was posted on the bar just this morning? Dana Roosevelt, I recognize you. It's you!"
"Shut up."
Dana was angry now. In the face of this demon queen, she really could not extend any of her patience now.
Originally, she wanted to make a theory but now, she just looked at those three annoying people and knew that she could not say anything.
Dana grabbed the information from Lambert's hand and lifted her foot because she was about to leave. But before she stepped to go out, her hand was held.
This hand was bony yet warm and powerful. It was not that Dana had not been led before. Tim looked at her mercilessly. His thin lips spit out a word, "Apologies."
"Let me go!"
"I asked you to apologize!"
Tim was a bit of a male chauvinist. Now that Dana had told his girlfriend to shut up in public, he would definitely not let her go that easily.
As soon as Dana shook off his hand, she turned and looked at the three of them coldly.
"Tim and Lily," She sneered, like a rose with thorns, and said her words, as if warning them, "It's already pitiful to see you be disgusting. You don't want the whole world to know that you're disgusting, right?"
"Dana!"
"And," Obviously, Dana did not want to talk to this couple anymore so she turned around and looked at Lambert, who was watching the show on the side.
"Lambert." She looked at him and smiled provocatively at the corners of her lips.
"Berton is now in detention in order to pursue some kind of shit to attack me. You have encountered countless girls and you, chasing women, stooped down at his level, haven't you?"
With that, Dana flipped her hair arrogantly.
She looked at them and smiled sarcastically, "What a bunch of pathetic people."
With that, she straightened her back and turned around. Without looking back, she left the building.
When Dana came out of the building and felt the warm sunshine, her whole mood suddenly brightened. She still remembered that on that day, when she stood in front of the finance class, those two people also came to her to show off. At that time, she went back with her head held up but as soon as they left, she burst into tears.
But now, she did not feel sad anymore. She just felt dull.
Dana looked at a brown watch on her wrist.
It was a birthday present from Tim. It was worth a thousand dollars. He saved half a month of his living expenses just to buy it for her.
Even after they broke up, Dana never took off that watch.
When she confronted them just now, she hid it desperately behind her for the fear of being discovered.
But now, all that was left with her was peace of mind.
She understood that today, the relationship between her and Tim was really coming to an end. And she almost accepted the fate that had happened to them.
The vibration of her cell phone brought Dana back to her senses. She put away the watch and held the phone to her ear.
"Hello?"
