Chapter 88: Chapter 88
Steven's POV:
"A few months before this incident in Ivory's room, she came to talk to me, she told me that she loves me and blah, blah, I told her that I don't feel anything towards her. It was late, so I told another friend of mine to drop her. In a few days, they were already hanging out, and before I could really talk to our guy, Ivory came to me. A few days ago, she told me that she was pregnant and she wants to keep the baby, but if her mother comes to know about it, she'll make sure Ivory aborts the baby." I lifted my face and witnessed Dina's jaw dropped. "She also told me that she has some news regarding Giselle and Lauren," I mumbled and sighed. Talking about Elle was the best feeling, I can talk about her all day, every night.
"What news?" Dina asked the disgust was no longer on her face.
"To discuss all that, she asked me to visit her house, her room," I mumbled and inhaled, but it was important if I hadn't visited her, Giselle's nudes would still be in their hands.
FlashBack:
I climbed her window, which was no hard task, and saw her standing at the window for me.
"Did you bring food?" she looked extremely paranoid, the bags under her eyes were telling me that she hasn't been getting any sleep. She wasn't feeling safe in the same room as her own mother.
"Yeah!" I replied and handed her the food, which she took like a hungry beast, and began shoving it in her mouth.
In the meanwhile, I had a complete glance at her room. A tornado must have hit her room as everything looked misplaced, the cushion and pillows were torn apart, everything on the floor.
"What happened here?" I asked, looking around, did I mention that she looked paranoid? She was acting weird.
"Lauren!" she whispered, wiping her face clean from the residue of the food.
"Your mother?" I inquired, she regained her posture and stood straight in front of me.
"She is a witch, not my mother." tears appeared in her eyes, I felt bad for her, but it didn't stop me from thinking about Elle, I wonder how she felt when she lived here. If Lauren can scare her daughter like this and, I wonder what she has done with Elle during her stay here.
"She searched for something?" I looked around again and questioned.
"I did, I searched for hidden cameras," she mentioned and my heart skipped a beat.
"What?" I gasped, narrowing my eyes in fear of what I was going to hear next. "How can she do that to her daughter?" I was not sure what this crazy lady Lauren was up to, what exactly was her problem was not sure.
"She is drugging her own son, so why not her daughter?" she tilted her face and smiled weakly.
"Who do you mean by that?" everything she said was giving me chills down my spine, the hair on my skin would stand up every time she would utter a word.
"I used to see her spilling some medicines in Giselle's glass of milk, and then I saw her doing the same for Tucker." there was a fear in her eyes and honestly speaking, my heart sank in my chest. What did she give Giselle?
"What was it?" I hesitated to ask it, "Ivory tell me." My heart was beating faster than ever.
"She hesitated Giselle would get pregnant," I understood what she meant, it was clear what medicine she was giving her, but what about Tucker? "But for Tucker, she is using some strange medicine, he will get mad very soon." she was speaking in a way that I wanted to say she was also gone mad, her eyes kept wandering around. It was this moment that we heard Lauren and Tucker fights over Elle's pictures, I was roaming to and fro in her room, trying to calm myself.
"Wait!" Just when I decided to rush out in anger, Ivory stopped me, "you will never be able to get your hands on those pictures like that." She whispered she was nervous as well.
"I can't just stand here and do nothing," I muttered, gasping for air. My heart was beating louder; anger was rushing through my veins.
"I will get you the pictures, but you have to do one thing for me," she stated determinedly, her eyes watching me sharply.
"What?" I narrowed my eyes and stared at her face.
"Wait first!" she growled when Tucker and Lauren went louder, she rushed out of the room to yell at them. I sighed and scratched my neck, I was ready to smash some faces for Elle, some? I can do this to the whole world for her.
"Steven!" she came back in terror, "hide!" she uttered in fear, she was nervously shaking, looking for a place to hide me.
"What?" I frowned, I have no idea what was happening. She turned around to the door and veered back at me, quickly locking her lips with mine and pushing me along as the door to her room opened, she had already pushed me inside the bathroom and locked the door after me.
I heard her yelling at Tucker, cleaning my lips with the back of my hand quickly, I felt like a bas***. The first thought that appeared to me was of Giselle, if she heard this, she will hate me.
"Dammit!" I groaned, slapping my own head in anger. She opened the door and found me growling and puffing air out of my nostrils in anger.
"What the heck was that?" I growled and she quickly placed her palms together, begging me to keep my voice down.
"I have to hide you, if I had hidden you just like that, he would have suspected something was wrong, but I have to make it look like we were doing something," she stated in hesitation, "Look I will give you the pictures, I also know mother had somehow got the information that you guys are having a stay over on Sunday." She confused me even more.
"Did Tucker tell her?" I was furious at Tucker; how can he not see what his mother was doing?
