Author’s POV…

The day calista left, AIDEN’S life means nothing to him. He was barbaric on everyone, he has lost his senses. Now the only motive is to find his love at any cost. He will go to hell just to have his kitten in his muscular and protective arms.

AIDEN’S POV….

When I entered the hospital room and found it empty, I lost it. What happened to her? Who kidnapped her? Different questions arising in my mind.

So I checked the CCTV footage of the hospital and found my kitten running away from the room and then jumped from the window.

How can she leave me like that, knowing that she is pregnant, and she needs a lot of care? How could she?

I broke the laptops attached to the CCTV and moved out of the security room, the next second I was running from the hospital like a man on fire.

I tried to find her around the hospital, but couldn't catch a glimpse of her. How can she elope so quickly and why she did it in the first place? If I found that someone has pushed her to do so, then I will torture them to death.

Entering the mansion like a dead man, I rushed to my room and fell on my knees. I have never felt so lonely in my whole life, the way I am feeling right now.

A lone tear escaped my traitor eye, thinking about never seeing he4 and our babies. Wiping the tear from my eye, I took a champagne bottle and gulp down the bitter liquid.

It burns my throat, but the burning pain in my heart is stronger than that. Gulping the entire amount, he was feeling drowsy while thinking about her soft giggles and moans.

Gulping down the full bottle, he became unconscious. Only chanting calista name.

The next morning, he screamed as the pain shot up to his head. He was not in his right senses.

Doing nothing, I went out of the mansion to my car. I speed up my car to an unknown destination, I have no destination in mind. Just thinking about calista left me saddened, that she is not here with me.

Taking out my phone, I called my secret team members…

“I will send her picture, but no one gets to know about it” I ordered

Hanging up the call, I turn towards my office. Everyone greets me but I like a real bastard ignored them like always and entered my cabin. The next second, my secretary was there standing with my schedule.

“ The client rearrange the meeting” she whispered meekly

“Cancel the deal, I don't want to deal with those losers” I ordered.

She was cut off by AIDEN’S shout…

“ Get the hell out, or you are fired”… Screamed Aiden at her face.

Scarily she was out of the cabin the next second.

After three weeks…

It was still the same, shouting of Aiden and firing of employees. Nowadays, his employees are scared to do a single small mistake, so they are prudent about their work.

If they did a single mistake, then they are fired. Trevor and Leo are also worried sick about him and his anger. They know the reason behind his insanity. They also tried to find her, but Olivia warned them not to and to hive her some space.

Furthermore, they were hesitant but agreed. Now everyone is bearing the consequences.

CALISTA’S POV…

Today I am going to a park, I was craving some roadside ice cream and some spicy food.

I don't understand why, but I want to get ready just for this walk.

I took a light blue floral dress and matched it with brown sandals. Not only that, but I twirl around in front of the mirror, I am so happy to spend some time with my babies.

Heading downstairs, I kiss the granny cheeks and took an apple. She was smiling at me because she was happy for me that I am happy.

I bought an ice cream from the stall and sat on the bench of the park. Kids were playing here and there. Some toddlers were with their parents, making them laugh with their cute antics.

While some couples were enjoying themselves. Staring at them, a sudden desire of AIDEN’S arms around me gripped my heart. I blinked my wet lashes and kept my gaze on my bump. Suddenly I was happy licking my ice cream, enjoying kids hide and seek.

I was engrossed in their beautiful laughter sound that I didn't notice something rubbing my chin.

Looking up I noticed a man standing in front of me, but his face was not clear as he was wearing a mask.

Removing the mask, it was that man from the hospital… Yeah, it's him, I thought.

Oh, yes… Edger, he is Edger.

I exclaimed in my mind.

Edger… Right? I asked, forwarding my hand…

“Oh I am grateful, my lady, that you still remembered me.” he dramatically took my hand and placed a kiss on my knuckles.

“What are you doing here?” I asked, surprised.

“ Ah yes, yes I am here with my friend and his daughter. When we came I saw you smiling and licking the ice cream, enjoying yourself, so I thought to join you, but I didn't mean to scare you like that. Sorry, "he spoke politely.

“ No…no ok I am not disturbed" I replied.

So let's take a walk if you don't mind… Edger asked hopefully.

Finishing my ice cream, I stood up with him ready for air walk.

CONVERSATION…

Calista : are you living alone or with family?

Edger: I have no one except my friend, but I have many enemies.

Calista :oh, I am sorry, I didn't mean to upset you. And oh enemies, what do you do? If you don't mind me asking…

Edger: I am not upset and about my working, I have a store a bakery store. So, sometimes people came there just to buy my place to build a building for their business. After rejecting them, they start to threaten me, so that's why I said enemies.

“What happened?” I asked.

“Where were you?” he questioned back

“Out with a friend”. I replied.

“Which friend?” he asked again in a rude tone.

“ I am tired ok, I want to take some rest” I tried to be polite.

I think he got the clue that I don't wanna talk to him about this anymore. So, he just nodded and I moved inside the house towards my room, but granny made me sit with her.

“So how was your day? My child” she asked lovingly.

“ I enjoyed myself granny, I also made a new friend, and he is such a sweetheart” I replied gushingly.

Talking to granny for sometimes, she asked me to take some rest. Without changing, I just laid down on the bed and sleep welcomed me.
