Emily’s pov’s

I stare at the screen in shock as everything displayed.

Dad eyes was fixed on the screen like he had just seen a ghost in front of him.

His body was stiff and his eyes were filled with tears and u must say he regretted his actions.

Mom who was beside him shakes her head in disappointment without saying a word as tears rolled down her eyes.

Who would do such a thing to him, why does he have to be disgrace publicly.

A lady cat walked to my direction with a smirk on my face before using her shoulders to hit me lightly making me moved backwards.

“You know for a duagther of s killer” I don’t think you deserve Evans” she said and wlk out.

“Hey who are you” I yelled at her but she ignored me and kept walking away.

“Who the hell is that lady and what does she know about Evans” I thought.

“Everybody out” I yelled as the guest began to leave slowly.

** Three days later**

It been three days after Eva birthday and after the incident of the leaked video which made dad a suspect.

The police had arrested him and investigated more on the matter which came out to be true.

Dad was really the killer if Mr and Mrs Ryan, who was murder by him because if his greed for wealth.

Sometimes I wish the investigation comes out negative without any lead pointing at him but unfortunately it anyways the same possible response.

Yes dad is really responsible for the death if his best friend and his wife.

How could he think of Killing someone just for money.

Rodger has stopped taking to him or saying anything that has to do with dad.

He was always in the hospital with Jason waiting and hoping that one day he will be out from coma.

Whereas mom, is planning on leaving the country soon enough.

She couldn’t bear to take the shame from the people and thinking about being the wife of ma who was involved in killing his best friend for money is so saddened.

Something people begin to point accusing fingers on her that she was part of him.

My phone rang jolting me out of my thoughts and surprising it was from the attorney from Dad case.

~Heloo sir , any good news I asked immediately.

~ Nothing miss Emily, it ad news he said sadly.

~ What is it, speak to me I said in fright.

~ Your father has been sentence to death he said making the phone fell from my hands.

“Death”.

“Noo, dad why!!” I said in sad tone.

I was at the Ice cream store after receiving the sad news from Dad’s lawyer.

“Is dad really going to die?” I asked myself when I felt a figure seat close the in the ice cream store.

“Who are you” I asked the figure who wore a glass with I e cream in his hands.

Slowly the person removed his glass and my eyes landed on Evans.

“Evans” I exclaimed standing up as h did the same too.

“Where have you been” I asked looking at him from head to tie.

“I missed you so much” he said to me while I quickly hugged him as tears rolled down my eyes.

“You left me all alone” I said sadly on his back as he patted my hair slowly.

“Am so sorry I just need to sort some things out” he said looking deep into my eyes.

“Hope everything is sorted now?” I asked him and he nodded his head in agreement.

He brought his face closer and kissed me passionately as we both pulled out to catch our breath making me smile.

“How is my little angel doing” he asked referring to Eva and I smiled.

“Okay there Is someone I would like you to meet” he said to me and I looked at him confused.

“Who is that?” I asked looking at the direction as the man he pointed walked up to us and I looked at him closely when a song of realization hit me and I remembered who it was.

“Charles” I called as I stumbled backwards in fright.

My face became pale and I stared at him in shocked causing my eyes to popped out from it socket.

“What is he doing here?” I asked him in anger.

“Emily James meet my brother Charles Ryan” Evans introduced.

“Whattt” I screamed.

I was in the sitting room with Evans as they explained Everything to me.

How my dad tried to kill them, how George request for Evans death and so many Occurance I wasn’t informed about.

“Please Emily am not asking for anything much all I need from you is too give me a chance in the life of my daughter Eva” he requested making me sighed.

***Three months later**

I was in my room as the makeup artist did their magic on my face.

“Yes today is the day I tie the knot with the man of my dreams,my prince charming, Evans Ryan”

The day I marry him officially and I must confess I feel so nervous.

“It done ma, you can take a look at yourself” the make-up artist said jolting me out of my thoughts.

I opened my eyes and stare at myself from the mirror and I looked shocked at what I saw.

“Wow” escaped my lips as I turn my face around and continue to stare at myself.

“Is this really me?” I asked no one in particular.

“Oh my God, you look extremely georgous” I heard mom exclaimed making me blush hard.

“Stop it mom” I said to her.

“What did I do” she asked furrowing her eyebrows at me.

“I know Evans would not be able to take his eyes off you” she said clasping her hands together.

“It time” she said and I smiled.

I walked down the alise with Rodgers beside me as I held until my flowers.

“All the best sis” he muttered before heading me over to Evans.

“You look so amazing” Evans mouthed making me smile.

Immediately the priest began the ceremony and pronounced us husband and wife.

It was time for Evans to kiss me when we heard a gunshot.

“Emily” a voice said from afar before I blacked out.
