I lost count of the number of glasses of martini I had, I felt tipsy but it felt so good to stop. Darren tried snatching the glass from me but I slapped his hand, "I don't want anybody to touch my glass or our friendship is over," I said drunkenly

"that's it, we're taking you home." I heard someone say, I didn't know who exactly it was. Things got blurred and I passed out.

I woke up to a massive headache and a strong urge to throw up, I turned to the side of the bed, emptied my guts on the floor and wiped my mouth with the sleeves of my shirt. "Fuck!" I heard Jade exclaimed, "why did you drink so much when you know that you and alcohol don't go well together"

"what happened? Oh God it feels like my head is splitting into half, '' I said resting my palm on my forehead.

"that's what you get for taking glass upon glass of martini," Jade said sitting on the bed and making me rest my head on his lap "And now you've messed up my floor," he added.

It was then that I realized that I was in his room, he took out his phone and dialled a number "Hannah could you please send someone to my room, UK must have thought my floor drinks regurgitated martini,"

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have drank much, I'm really sorry," I apologized

"it's okay, but please don't do this again. It's a good thing Darren, Ariel and Ling were close by, I wonder what would have happened to you if they weren't with you at that moment." Jade said kissing my forehead.

Sandra came and cleaned up the floor while I got up to go take a shower in my room. I wasn't wearing anything except for Jade's suit shirt. Outline of my nipples were visible, when I realized how I was dressed, I covered my body with Jade's bed sheets. "Come on, Sandra is gone and there's nothing I haven't seen before, why are you now feeling self-conscious?" Jade asked.

"Why I'm I wearing your shirt?" I asked

"because that was the closest thing to me at that moment and you look super sexy in it," he replied

"Why I'm I not wearing my panties" I asked

"so that I can easily do this," he said pushing two fingers in my vagina, I gasped and exhaled in a satisfied way.

"you like this?" he asked moving his fingers in and out

"mmm-hmmm" I replied moving my hips to increase his pace. He knew what I was doing but he didn't give me what I wanted, instead he pinched my clitoris so hard that I screamed. He covered my mouth with his, swallowing my screams.

"Shhhh don't make a peep or I will stop," he threatened

"no, no, no I promise I won't scream " I pleaded

With one hand, he unbuttoned the shirt and covered my nipple with his mouth, my body was dancing in ecstasy.

We were interrupted by someone knocking on the door, "mommy UK are you awake?"

"Juliet" Jade and I said in unison.

"yes pumpkin, mommy's awake" Jade answered as I hurried to button the shirt.

"you done?" Jade asked

"yep" I answered and he opened the door. Juliet ran inside and jumped on the bed hugging me

"how are you feeling Mommy?" Juliet asked. "Much better now that you're here," I replied.

"Hear that daddy, she feels much better because I'm here," Juliet said to Jade

"I'm not sure that's the only reason," he said and licked his fingers, my cheeks heated in embarrassment as I understood what he meant.

"Come on mommy, Hannah made her special soup for you, it helps daddy when he is sick," Juliet said tugging on my hand.

"Pumpkin, why don't you go, mommy will be right behind you," Jade said to her

"And leave poor Mommy UK with you? Not happening!" Juliet said

"What's wrong with leaving her with me?" Jade asked

"Don't ask me any questions, I'm not leaving until mommy UK comes with me," she said

"Make her leave," Jade said to me

"But I wanna go with her," I said

"Oh my words, you two are at it again? Juliet are you aware that you are stealing my girlfriend from me?" Jade asked hands at akimbo

"I want to be stolen by Juliet," I muttered

"See, she really want to be with me, daddy don't disturb us," Juliet told him

"I cannot believe this, where were you all night when she was asleep? You were on your bed hugging..." Jade was saying pacing the room

I turned to Juliet and whispered, "on three let's run to my room and hide. One…two…three," and we ran out.

"Hey! Come back here!" Jade said running after us but we were faster.

We got into my room, closed the door but didn't wait to lock because he was very close, and then we went in to hiding. Juliet went under the bed while I got into the wardrobe.

"Guys this is not a good time for hide and seek," Jade said as he got into my room. "come out come out wherever you are," he said in a sing song way.

"gotcha!" I heard him say and Juliet shrieked "now tell me where UK is or you'll never see your unicorn again," he told her

"I won't" she shouted

I squatted there, covering my self with clothes so that he won't easily find me when he opened the wardrobe.

When he finally opened the wardrobe, he stood there for a while and then said, "she's not in here, I'll go check somewhere else," I was excited that he couldn't find me, I counted 30 seconds and then got out, "there you are!" Jade said and I shrieked.

"I knew you were in there, I just made you think I have left the room so that you can come out," he said. I looked at Juliet and nodded and we took off again but then the door was locked

"where do you two think you are running off to again? I can't fall for your tricks the second time," he said.

"fine, you win open the door, I want to go eat, I'm hungry," I said to him

"what will you do in return?" he asked

"you want to know what I will do?" I asked walking close to him "yeah" he answered

"you really wanna know what I'm gonna do?" I asked again and he nodded. I stood behind him, touching his head and shoulders and arms and then back to his head. I yanked a strand of hair on his head "ouch! what did you do that for?" he asked

"I will place an infertility curse on you right now if you don't open that door," I said in a deep voice and he ran an opened the door.

Juliet and I went out laughing

"daddy you got tricked again," Juliet said and he frowned in realization of what happened.The soup Hannah made had gone cold, she had to heat it up again before I could eat. It was really delicious, I ate up everything on my plate. After eating, I went to my room and freshened up, I heard a vibrating sound, at first I thought that Jade must have kept a vibrator in my room as a prank but when I followed the sound, I realized that it was my phone ringing in my purse.

"Hello Ariel, how are you doing?" I said

"Hi UK, I'm great, how about you, are you feeling better now?" She asked

"Yes I am, thank you so much for last night, even if I don't remember what happened. Thanks for bringing me back safely," I told her

"You don't need to thank me, all I did was hold your purse, Darren and Ling did all the work," she said

"Well thanks anyway and I'm sorry for ruining the party for you guys," I said

"No silly, you didn't ruin the party, we did go back after dropping you. Oh one more thing, you don't have to worry, we didn't tell Jade about the whole Trent issue," she said

"Thank you so much, I'm really relieved to hear that, I was getting nervous if he asked me about Trent. Tell me something Ariel, during my drunken state, did I do or say anything bad or embarrassing?" I asked

"No, apart from threatening to cut off our hands for pepper soup if we touched your drink, you didn't do anything stupid," she replied.

"Ariel you don't have to cover up for me, I just don't want a situation whereby I'll go to school with my head held high, but everyone is watching a video or seeing a picture of me embarrassing myself in my drunken state," I told her

"you don't have to worry, nothing out of the ordinary happened, but if you don't mind me asking, what kind of relationship do you have with Trent and his sister and why would you allow him to make you drink to stupor?" she asked

"I only met Trent's sister yesterday at the party and there is absolutely nothing going on between Trent and I. I only knew him from the airport where he assisted me with my luggage, we were supposed to sit together on the plane from Lagos State to New York City but then something came up and I didn't join him on the plane. We used different aircrafts down here, since when we parted ways at the airport, we never saw each other again until yesterday at the party.

"It was when I left you and Ling to have a drink, that was when he walked up to me and we talked for a minute or so. I left to stay with Darren when his sister showed up, remember Jade actually made me promise him that I won't talk with ant guy except Darren. I was with Darren when Trent and his sister came to me, talking about how bad I was, flirting with Trent and then going to another guy. I am pretty sure she went to Darren and he turned her down, that's why she was so furious to see me with him. What they said was so annoying, I just needed to clear my head and so I got a glass of Martini, but then I was enjoying it and didn't want to stop, not until I passed out." I explained

"Well it's a good thing we were there," Ariel said.

"and I'm so grateful, once again thank you. see you later okay,"

"bye UK," Ariel said and ended the call.

I dropped my phone on the night stand, my eyes fell on my family's photo on the night stand and I took it, looking at each person's face, I really missed my family. "Ma, I hope you would be proud of the woman I've become, I hope when you see me on TV or on your favorite magazines, you'd be proud to tell people that I'm your daughter" I said and hugged the picture.

"I'm sure she would be so proud of you," I heard Jade say. "How long have you been standing there?" I asked without turning to him. "long enough to know why my girlfriend came home drunk," he said and hugged me from behind "I'm not upset with you, don't worry,"

Daddy, Daddy, Daddy" Juliet screamed, she stopped abruptly when she saw us "why are you guys always hugging?" "Because I like UK" Jade said and my heart missed a beat.

"ok, anyway aunt Tiff is here," she said

"Tiffany?"

"Did I hear someone call me?" a female version of Jade asked stepping into the room.
