Diya was standing in the witness box looking at the floor. Her whole face was drained out like she had seen a ghost. The sweat beads on her forehead were indicating that something was wrong with her.

In another witness box, Rudra was standing and his hands were still handcuffed. He was staring at Diya with scrutinizing eyes and smirking at her.

The lawyer from Rudra's side asked Diya, "Ms Roy, Did you see Mr Rudra Pratap Singh shooting Virat Khanna?"

Diya was silent. She tried to say something but nothing came out of her mouth. Her face was showing helplessness.

The lawyer again asked her the same question.  This time she opened her mouth and everyone from the victim's side became shocked after hearing her.

She replied with a hurtful voice," No, I haven't seen anything. I don't even know Rudra Pratap properly."

Rudra and all the people from his side smirked at the victim's people. Abhishek was shocked the most.

He yelled at Diya," Why are you lying to the court, Diya? Tell everything about how that asshole Rudra killed Virat!"

Diya was silent. She kept standing like a statue. The judge warned Abhishek to control himself.

The lawyer from Rudra's side announced," So it's proven that Rudra Pratap isn't the murderer. Someone trapped him."

This time the lawyer from the victim's side said," Ms Diya didn't see anything that doesn't mean that Rudra Pratap is innocent. We have a video clip where Rudra Pratap was killing Virat Khanna. I want permission to play the video."

The judge gave the permission and a constable played the video. Seeing the video Abhishek's jaw dropped on the floor. Not only he, but the whole court was also shocked.

In the video, Abhishek was taking money from one of Rudra's rival group's leader and that man said Abhishek to trap Rudra.

Abhishek remembered the scene. He wasn't taking money. He was taking a file from them. They had a land business and Abhishek wanted to buy land from them.

Abhishek screamed at the top of his lungs," This is fake. I didn't take money from anyone. This is all planned. Uday Pratap did all this."

Hearing him Uday Pratap looked at Abhishek and smirked.

The judge again warned Abhishek and also said that they will take action against Abhishek because he has trapped someone for a selfish reason though he was a policeman.

Even those two-person who were ordered to demolish Virat's body are now missing. They escaped Police custody. So, there is no evidence available against Rudra right now.

The lawyer from Rudra's side said," So. Your honour,  it's proven that my client Rudra Pratap is innocent and he is trapped by someone else. And ACP Abhishek is also involved in that chaos. I request the court to free my client Rudra Pratap Singh and take action against ACP Abhishek Roy and find the main culprit as soon as possible."

The victim's lawyer requested more time to check on the case. But the court didn't agree and decided to declare the result.

"So, it's proven that Rudra Pratap is innocent and someone trapped him. So, this court finds Rudra Pratap not guilty and this court is freeing Rudra Pratap. And about ACP Abhishek, we will take strict action against him. The court is adjourned now," announcing the result the judge left.

Rudra's gang members and all the people from his side were literally dancing. Their joy knew no bounds. Out of excitement, they started sharing hugs.

Uday Pratap rushed towards Rudra and hugged him. Akhil and Jay started distributing sweets to everyone.

On the other hand, Virat's family was crying. Virat's mother was angry with Diya. She was blaming Diya that she was the reason that Virat couldn't get justice.

Abhishek was standing like a statue. He was way too shocked to react.

Suddenly Abhishek turned to Diya and grabbed her hand. He dragged her outside the court.

Reaching an empty place he asked Diya angrily," Why did you lie? You also wanted to punish Rudra then why did you lie?

Bursting into tears she hugged her brother and said hiccuping," I am sorry, bhai. I couldn't give justice to Virat bhai. It was all planned by Rudra and his father."

Flashback

Diya and her bhabi were pacing here and there in the living room having worried faces because it was almost 7 p.m and there was no trace of Arav.

He went to play with his friend and didn't come back yet. Diya tried to call Abhishek but he didn't receive the call because he was too busy with his work.

Diya and her bhabi searched everywhere but there was no trace of Aarav. Suddenly, Diya's phone beeped indicating she has gotten a text. When she looked at her phone screen the text was in her WhatsApp account.

She immediately checked and found a text from an unknown number. That number sent a photo where Aarav was tied up with ropes. That person even wrote in the text that Diya should come to meet him. And if she tried to contact the police. Then, they will kill aarav.

Diya's mind went blank seeing Arav in such conditions. Without thinking about the consequences she went to the place where she was told to present.

As expected there she met Uday Pratap. He threatened her that if she doesn't lie at the court about Rudra than he will kill Aarav. And also said that they will release Aarav only after Rudra's release.

Flashback ended

Diya narrated everything while crying non-stop. Abhishek was numb to hear all this. His son was kidnapped and he didn't even know. Because last night he didn't go to his house.

His conscience mocked him that he is so useless that he couldn't even protect his family.

" Arav is fine now, bhai. They returned him to our home," Diya said looking at her brother's pale face.

Both brother and sister were worried and stressed. They were guilty and confused. They weren't understanding how the video clip got changed and how those two criminals escaped jail. Because Abhishek checked everything yesterday. Everything was fine then how everything got changed in the court.

"How was the surprise? I told you that I will be freed and you can't prove me wrong in court," A deep male voice caught their attention.

Diya & Abhishek turned their heads and see Rudra. He was smirking at them.

Then he said having a devilish grin," Now the games begin. It is going to be fun."
