Doctor Josh moved slowly, holding Stella in his arms, causing Stella's soft moans and sobs, which were going into Josh's ears and driving his mind crazy. Stella put both her arms on Josh's shoulders, and her face was pressed on Josh's neck, and her soft lips were near Josh's ears. Whenever Josh moved, Stella's soft lips touched Josh's cheeks, which made Josh even more excited, as well as Stella's body curves were utterly connected to Josh's body. Even though Josh was a doctor, he also had a perfect body. Many times some female patients used to come to Josh even after being cured so that they could have a physical relationship with Josh. But Josh was not interested in any of them. Even when he was away from his wife, he never thought of cheating on his wife.
However, their relationship was so complicated that both of them could not even say anything about it to each other.
Stella's father, Mr. Derek, was the younger son of the Davis family, but he was a very promiscuous person; his wife Sandra had given birth to Kiara Pareek, and despite Sandra being there, he had many affairs. One of his mistresses had given birth to Stella. Stella's mother, Monica, did not love her daughter at all, due to which Stella had to struggle since childhood. She herself had completed her studies through scholarship, and her family had never helped her, but whenever Davis family needed her, they would make her do all the work which she did not want to do, so Stella used to stay away from both that family and her mother, but her mother would always persuade her to do something or the other for the Davis family.
Approx four years ago, Stella's mother, Monica, came to her doorstep with her son Jade crying and said that the Davis family wanted to declare Jade as their family's heir, but for this, they had put a condition that Stella had to marry the person of their choice. Stella was heartbroken that day because her mother had never loved her but always used her and forced her to marry some stranger in order to make her son join the Davis family, whom neither she had nor her mother had ever seen. Since childhood, Stella's life was controlled like a puppet, so Stella finally agreed to an arranged marriage decided by the Davis family. When Stella went to Davis's mansion with her mother wearing a wedding gown, she came to know that no matter how wealthy the Davis family was, but every member of that family was mean; in fact, Kiara was getting married to Eric Varghese. Kiara did something with Eric Varghese's daughter, because of which Eric Varghese left the wedding with his one-year-old daughter. The Varghese family made Josh sit in the pavilion to save his honor. Kiara, who was crazy about Eric, did not want to marry Josh at all, so she forced Stella to do this marriage through her mother, Sandra.
Both Josh and Stella were puppets of their families, both had to get married, and after a month, Daniel Varghese asked them to separate from each other. Neither did Josh go up against Danielle Varghese, and neither did Stella. Both of them separated from each other without any grudge.
Daniel Varghese also asked her to get a divorce. But both did not want to divorce each other, so they remained separate. And today, both of them had met, but they had not revealed the feelings that were there between them.
Because both of them felt that they were not capable of each other, but in reality, they were both the same. Daniel Varghese killed the man Josh's mother loved and married, after which Josh's mother went into depression. After Josh's birth, she could not take care of Josh, so Eric Varghese kept his nephew Josh with him. Because of Daniel Varghese, Josh could not get the love of both his mother and his father. Everything for him was his uncle Eric and Ryle. Also, he had feelings for Stella, so he never wanted to lose her. Josh was expressing his love for Stella today by kissing every part of her body. Stella was very shy, so Josh thought that he would take Stella to a nice place again and spend time with her, so after doing three rounds for now, Josh decided to leave Stella to rest.
By now, Stella was exhausted, and she was not able to resist Josh's energy. When Josh realized that Stella was exhausted, he picked her up and took her to the bathroom, and let her rest for a while by laying her down in the bathtub. After some time, someone knocked on the door of that room. According to Josh's instructions, Josh's assistant, Sophie, brought the dress for Stella.
Josh told Sophie to come inside, and when Sophie saw the condition of the bed, she realized what happened there last night. Sophie didn't know Josh was married, so she thought Josh came to the party last night and got intimate with a slutty girl. Sophie felt very jealous seeing this because she became Josh's assistant because she liked Josh then she saw that Josh took the gown from her hand and put that on the bed, suddenly Josh got a call, and when Josh picked up the phone call he was told by Alex that Ryle was missing. Josh was shocked to hear that Ryle was missing and he left Sophie to help Stella in the hotel room and he went with his coat and gave Sophie a lot of money as he left so that she should give it to Stella because when Stella mentioned the job to him at night, he felt that Stella might need money, but he did not know how his money given to Stella would affect Stella.
Sophie had a cunning smile on her face when she saw the money in her hand, while Alex, on the other hand, was very upset because Eric hadn't come home since last night. So, in the end, Alex called Josh, and Josh quickly reached the Varghese mansion with his car and met Alex. Alex told Josh that he had sent some of his special men to find Ryle, but they could not find Ryle. Then Josh got an idea and said to Alex, "Uncle, there was a CCTV camera outside the hotel. We can see footage that can tell everything. Have you seen that?"
