(Phone rings)
Alan: Hello
Brad: Hey Alan? So The terms are near. How’s the preparation?
Alan: Not quite well .Hey come over here. I need to ask you about these historical figures.
Brad: Ill come in the afternoon. I have been reading maths.
Alan: Well .I need some helping with the history. I hate the dates.
Brad: Ok I'll bring Dorothy with me.
Alan: No no not her(Brad hangs the phone).Oh god not her.

Brad and Dorothy enter Alan's home. Tabitha,Alan's sister opens the door.
Tabitha: Wow Brad. Haven't seen you for a while. Look you grown so big.(surprised).
Dorothy:Hi.So How long will you be here? Mom asked you to come remember?
Tabitha: Oh yeah.I ll see her. I will go tomorrow.
Brad: Ya.Utah .Wow it's hard to study there. My father works in Connecticut.Its so taxing when you go and come.....and come and go.
Tabitha: Well my semesters gonna end this year .Im gonna be an engineer at the start of the year. I will work here. I have already applied for an intern here.
Dorothy: That's great. Which one?
Tabitha: Oh its Electronics and Communication. You know the wireless and mobile stuff.
Dorothy: Wow that's nice.
Alan: Hey Stop boring my friends....well Brad ok.You can take her(looks at Dorothy)
Tabitha: Hey Alan.Be nice ok.
Brad: Wow it's like more than a year since I saw you Tabitha.
Tabitha: Yes I'm always off at the weekends during the vacations. And you are always here at the weekends. But you have grown taller.
Alan: Wow Brad I didn't see that. Hey you and me are the same height.
Dorothy: How tall are you Alan.
Alan: I don't know.5'10"1/2 something.
Brad: Ya I guess. I'm gonna be 14 two weeks later .
Tabitha: Wow you guys sure grow fast. I was like a little more than 4 feet when I was thirteen.
Alan: Well that's right shorty(mocks Tabitha)
Tabitha: (pulls Alan's ear)Who's strong now?
Alan: ow ow ok you are.(Dorothy laughs)
Tabitha: I will be staying at Dorothy's tonight Alan.I hope you can stay alone.
Dorothy: I heard Mr Timor got a job At Mississippi.
Alan: Yes 5 months ago. Well he doesn't like to stay here long since he separated with Cynthia.
Dorothy: I'm sorry about my father.
Tabitha: It's not your fault honey. Well fathers got a good paying job there.He earns like 500 a week there.
Dorothy: That's Like 2000 a month. wow
Tabitha: Hey I heard this Helena is rich. Alan sure likes her.
Brad:She's sweet.You should See her. Well I ll invite both of you at my birthday party.
Tabitha: That would be great. My studies at Utah has made miss fathers and Alan's birthday this year. I have got like 1 month to prepare my thesis.
Brad: Well it'll be a short party like 2-3 hours .You should come.
Tabitha: Ok sure.And hows Jane doing? Are you still fighting? Alan tells that you're like cat and dog still.
Brad:He's got that right.
Tabitha: I remember your birthday last year. That was the first time I met you. You were like 5'6".I saw your sister put all the sugar in your tea. Wow she hates you.
Brad: Yeah.I hear that often from all. But I envy Alan.
Tabitha: Hey I'll be back at the morning. You should stay here. I’ll cook pancakes tomorrow for you in the morning.
Dorothy: Ill go with you at home. Mom told she'll bring wine. I need to get drunk. History is killing me.
Alan:Well you got that right.
Brad: I remember my birthday last year(drinks coffee brought by Tabitha).Wow Alan you were so much taller than me. You just joined here in the school didn't you?
Alan: Ya I joined at October. We migrated here.
Dorothy: I remember when I migrated here with my mother.
Tabitha: You migrated because of me dear. I told your mother about the vacant apartment after Mr Cummins left the country. That was like 11 months ago.You moved here a month later in March didn't you.?
Dorothy:Yes.We did Wow Mom and you are like best friends.
Tabitha: Well your mother and my mother were best friends. I remember being at high school at Utah. I was just 16 years old when your mother was at there too. She recognized me by my resemblance to my mother. My mother had passed away when I was 11.Alan was at my arms that time when I heard the news(with tears).
Dorothy: I heard you stayed together with her for 2 years there.I was at hostel in Nevada.
Tabitha: Yes until your mother moved to Nevada.She missed you.And I was already 18.And already a big girl.
Alan: Hey how did mother and Dorothy's mother meet.I never asked?
Tabitha: Oh yeah.Well they were high school and college buddies at the year let me see(Pulls a photo album) at 1979.
5 years later during college year my mother married my father.
Dorothy: Wow she was young when she got married.
Tabitha: Yes she was my age .21.A year later I was born and 8 years later Alan was born. She died 3 years later after Alan was born.
Dorothy: You never saw your mother while you were aware(sad)Wow Alan.
Alan: Well.....I.......(sad)
Tabitha: Hey I got a video tape from Alan’s 1st birthday Which mother recorded. You want to see.
Tabitha plays the video. Brad and Dorothy are amazed to see the video. Alan is happy and embarrassed at the same time. Time lapse as they are seen eating toast breads and Tea.
Tabitha: Well it was good to see you Brad. I’ll have to go with Dorothy at her home. Ok you both don't make noises ok.
Alan: Ya ya whatever. I can't believe my sister was replacing my diapers at that video.(embarrassed)
Brad: Come-on you're just one. Even your sister was a kid then.(eats a bite of the bread)
Dorothy: Ok guys I'm gonna go and I'll take the tape (takes the tape and runs)
Alan: Oh no.(Brad laughs)
Brad: She will bring that back after she copies that(laughs)
Alan: Hey man (looks at the calendar which is still 2005.There is a mark on the the date dec 3)
Brad: What why it's still 2005 still there.
Alan: Well I forgot to switch it with a new one. But Look I remember I marked it when you came here with your father. Remember.
Brad:Yes that was the date when we first met. I remember. Your father invited us for a dinner. They had met at the gas station when my father’s Lorry was out of fuel.
Alan: Wow hey check it out(looks at his watch).
