Lord Xander pov ..

Raphael and I walked out of my mansion,we decided to take my carriage instead of going with his .

When we arrived at the slave market ,the place was a bit crowded on like different .

" What happening here Raphael "

" The slave establishment are on a display for does interested to buy slaves from them "

" Interesting ,I would love to see things for myself "

" Come on Xander we have important things to do "

" I know but I will love to see things for myself "

I left Raphael and walked into the trading center when I arrived their ,I saw the slaves displayed in front of the stage ,but one particular slave caught my attention ,she was beautiful beyond words couldn't describe ,I couldn't take my eyes off her for one second ,at that moment I knew there was something special about here ,my body was already longing for her , everything in me wanted to make her mind that instant .

I waited patiently until it got to her turn when the bidding started ,I waited to see who's going to give the highest bidding but of course ,this old fool don't fail me ,I increased the price but when he saw he couldn't continue he decided to give it up .

I finally paid and took her of the stage ,we arrived at my carriage ,and then we sat inside of it ,I was patiently waiting for Raphael to finish his business .

When Raphael was done with what he came here for he entered the carriage and sat opposite me ,he was shocked to see a third party.

" Welcome back ,it took you so long "

" So sorry but I had to quickly check some of the equipment he brought I don't want any mistakes ,I will have Keir deliver them to king Edward a day after tomorrow "

" Speaking of Keir ,why did you bring him back with you "

" He requested to follow me ,and you know I couldn't reject that beautiful soul "

" Raphael ,I don't want him around for now can you do that for me "

" I can ,I just need to write a letter to king Edward telling him to tied Keir down with work ,I don't want him creating a nuisance In the castle "

" Even when his 300 years old his still asking like a child ,so please let him stay away for a while "

Suddenly Raphael turned his head to look at the young lady sitting beside me .

"I see you got yourself a slave "

" She's No slave Raphael you know how much I hate that word ,she's going to work in the castle as a maid ,so just address her as a maid that will be okay by me "

I turned to look at the young lady sitting beside me ,she kept her head down all through the ride back home without saying a word .

" Finally Raphael came down and left ,it was just the both of us that was remaining. Still she didn't say a word so I decided to ask.

"What's your name "

" Victoria Moore"

" Victoria ...hmm...How did you end up in a slave establishment "

" Mr Stanford bought me There "

" I see ...."

I knocked on the carriage down and the carriage came to a hunt then Dexter came down and walked up to me .

" My lord is there any problem "

" Dexter take us to madam Amelia shop ,she can't go back to the mansion with me in this rages .

When we finally arrived at Amelia shop and came down and walked in leaving Victoria behind .

" Good evening my lord ,what a pleasure surprise I see you came with my friend to do some shopping

" Am sorry my lord if I spoke out of tongues but I was just asking ,anyways what bought you here "

' I came here with someone ,I just need her to change into something similar not something classic she's just a maid "

" You don't tell me my lord that you were recruiting new maids ,I would have asked my darling sister to apply it's been her dream to serve you my lord "

" Keep your thoughts to yourself lady Amelia ,I don't want to get poisoned for no reason "

I walked out of the shop and then came back with Victoria .

" Fix her into something new "

Lady Amelia quickly guarded her ,into the dressing room and in less than few minutes she was looking different except for the few dirt on her face and body .

' I turned to leave but she stopped me .

" My lord ,I will if you wouldn't mind ,I would love to ask ,who is she to you "

I Snapped my red eyes at her and I took few steps closer to her but she immediately retrieved her steps.

" If I were you lady Amelia ,I will watch the things I say ,I wouldn't want to end it dead ,don't you think so or perhaps missing without a trace "

" Am..am..sorry my lord please forgive me ,I speak out of tongues "

" Be a good lady and stop poking your nose in things that doesn't concern you , because you won't like the outcome of it all "

I walked out of the shop and Victoria and I got into the carriage ,then we started to ride back home .

When we arrived at the mansion ,butler Sebastian was already waiting for me at the entrance .

" Welcome home my lord ,how was your day "

" Splendid Sebastian "

Suddenly he noticed a young lady trailing behind me .

" Who is she my lord "

" Oh I forgot to make an introduction, Sebastian this is Victoria from today she's going to working here as a maid .

" Yes my lord "

" Please show her to the maids quarters so she can freshen up "

" Yes your majesty "

I stood up to leave ,but Sebastian called out to me again.

"My lord I forget one tiny little detail"

" What could that be "

" Your fiance is here to see you ,she's waiting for you in your room '.
