Victoria pov ...

When the guards have left ,I quickly rushed up to the little child that was lying almost lifeless of the ground .

' You are okay "

She started coughing violently ,and then she murmured a few words .

" I need water "

I turned to see if I could ask the skinny lady for water , But I couldn't found her in the cell ,

" That's strange she was Right here with me few minutes ago, Where have she gone too "

" There is no water , And I can't get out of here to get you water "

I Was confused on what to do ,I have never been in this kind of situation before where I have to help a dying person , Suddenly an idea popped up in my head. And I quickly rushed to the entrance of the cell and started hitting it .

" Hello please I need help ,Is any one here please I need help ...hello "

I didn't get any response from anyone , But I could here some of the slaves whispering among themselves .

" It's seems she doesn't know that she's in a slave establishment , She thinks she's still in here father's house wait until sir Vincent gets to hear of this "

I ignored their words and continued to bang on the cell iron , Just then two guards walked in .

" Don't you realise you are disturbing the peace of everyone else that's here woman "

" Sorry to disturb you but please I think this person needs water "

They kept staring at me like as if there have seen a funny play .

" What did you just say "

" I said this little girl here needs water please can you get her water to drink "

The other guards whispered something into the ears of the guard standing in front of the cell, Suddenly the smile on his face fell .

" How did she get in here without her passing through the normal check routine"

" I don't know , Maybe you should ask James about this one "

" I have told you people so many times , You should be careful if sir Vincent founds out that she doesn't have the slave mark , Your head would have been separated from your neck "

" So what are we going to do now "

" Do right thing of course "

I listened to every of their conversation , And I was trying so hard to process everything they just said , So conclusion they are saying that , They are going to give me the slave mark , I began panicking .

" Oh my God please save me from this mess please "

Suddenly the cell was opened and the other guard came into the cell and grabbed my hand then pulled me out of the cell .

While the other guard who was standing at the entrance was fast enough to catch me .

" You are a beautiful girl '

He turned to touch my face , But I quickly pulled his hand away "

' Let go of my face "

His smiled at me again , But this time he showed me his teeth ,I couldn't look at his face because he was so ugly and his teeth were all brown in color.I quickly looked away from his face .

" What's the matter beautiful you haven't seen some one as handsome has I am before "

" In your dreams "

When I said does words to him ,He dragged my hair backwards and pulled me to the ground ,I yell out loud in pain.

" Let go of my hair "

" Shut up you bitch ..you are forgetting so soon that you are nothing but a slave "

He dragged me out , And took me to a dark room ,,He forcefully knelt me down and took a hot iron and pierced to my skin ,I screamed out loud in pain , Tears kept flowing down my ears .

I had peace ,I had everything I wanted in my life a man who loved and family who adore me but everything changed in one Night .

When Alice came to my house and begged me to follow her that she wanted to deliver some potatoes ,I should have rejected her offer , My mother told me to stay back at home that it was late ,Due to the recent killings happening in the nearest village by night creatures ,I tried my best to reject her offer , But I couldn't because she was like a sister to me .

Now look where I found myself , What would happen to my parents now ,I wonder how they will feel when they find out that I have gotten missing .

The both guards picked me up and dragged me back the cell ,I had no power to protest ,or fight with them the injury on my back was hurting me so badly that I couldn't move a muscle .

They opened the cell and throw me in , Then locked it up again .I used the last strength in me to sit up , Suddenly I had the skinny woman's voice .

" You are very stubborn you know ,if you had stayed in a place you wouldn't have gotten the slave mark now see what you caused yourself "

" Where did you go too , You just disappeared into thin air "

' I was here ,it's just that no one else can see me expect you "

" What do you mean no one else can see me expect me "

" Do you believe in ghost Victoria ..."

" What are trying to say "

' It's simply ,I don't need to tell you everything , Am dead "

I raised my hand to slap my cheek but I stopped half way because of the pain I felt on my back "

" So , Why Is it that I can see you ,I mean I guess maybe you just wanted to appear to me alone"

" No , Am surprised myself that you can see me ,I have been here for over two decades now no one had been able to see me expect you "

I looked around but couldn't find ,the little girl they bought her .So I decided to ask the skinny lady about it .

" Where is the little girl that was brought here "

" She's dead "

" It's seems everything around me stood still ,I kept staring into spaces ..tears was flowing down my eyes .
