Ava's POV

It was just as delightful as before and memorable too. I will never be able to be in another man's arms except his.

I watched him sleep with his hair tousled on his face. It felt just like it was yesterday I married him.

I ran my fingers along his firm jawlines. He was beautiful. An embodiment of grace and handsomeness. His piercing hazelnut eyes was worth to die for. His straight nose drawn closely to small soft lips,tempting me to steal just one more kiss before I leave to attend to the children.

Unable to resist the urge,I carried out the thought in my mind. I feathered a kiss on his lips.

I lifted my head to see a smile tugging at the corners of his lips. His eyes slowly opened.

"What a great way to start a day." He said and I chuckled.

"Good morning my love." I said my fingers trailing his chest.

"Another pleasant way to start a day." He said and lowered my head to his,entangling my lips in an intense and passionate kiss.

Then,he teased my lips. Nibbling slowly on the lower one. I giggled like an highschool teenager. He chuckled as he placed his hand on my waist.

I pulled away. "I have to attend to the children now Skye." I said still smiling.

"Ria can do that." He said pulling me towards him again.

"You're been selfish Skye. You want me all to yourself." I said slapping his chest.

"Ouch, that hurt a little but I must confess, I do want you all to myself and if that makes me selfish,then indeed I am selfish." He said with a smirk.

I placed a kiss on his lips. "We'll have the whole day to ourselves once I'm done with the children." I said to him.

"Is that a promise?" He asked me and I nodded with a smile. "It is a promise." I said.

"Alright." He said with a smile and closed his eyes languidly.

I walked into the children's room and they were not there. I decided to check them downstairs and found them in the dining area,faced buried in bowls of oat cereal.

Along side with them was Luna.

"Someone's up early." I said and Dahviel looked up with a hearty smile. "Mum." He said in thrills.

I kissed his hair and Davina's. I placed a kiss on Luna's head too. "Good morning mum." She said with a bright smile.

"I see you're already having breakfast." I said and they nodded.

"Ria had it set for us." Luna said.

"Okay. Where's Lucas?" I asked.

"He headed out this morning to crescent woods." She said.

"Okay. If y'all need anything, I'll be inside." I said and they nodded.

I brushed my hair and packed them up in a ponytail. Skye had come up with how to spend the evening together and he had left this late afternoon and was awaiting me.

I was dressed in a blue flay dress with a knee length boot.

I walked down the stairs and saw Camila with Robin emerging from his room and I smiled. "The lovebirds." I said.

Camila blushed. "Off to meet Skye I see, queen." Robin said and I smiled nodding.

"Well,I'll be having my own loving moments too." Robin said holding Camila and she blushed the more.

"You both deserve it Robin. Be fair to her." I said and he smiled.

"I will." He said and I smiled back and walked away.

"This way my queen." One of the pack members said and I followed him towards a path filled with flowers and a red carpet.

I saw Skye standing in the middle of the clear opening with the lake five kilometers away from where he stood. By his side was a blanket set out with baskets of food and champagnes in a bucket. Did he set a picnic at four pm? Weird man but I loved him that way.

From what I could see,he looked handsome in his fallen hair,turtlenecked cashmere and a jacket over it.

He finally turned to my direction with a smile. A killer smile and he looked roguishly handsome than I had presumed. His hair fallen down to his neck and a bit of strands tousled at the side of his face. Yes,he was a magnet and he was pulling me closer to him.

He wrapped his arms around me as soon as I reached him. "I never thought I find you in a dress more often." He said and I chuckled. Neither did I believe I could like dresses now. I must have changed a lot.

"Neither did I figure out you'd organize a picnic at four o'clock." I said to him and he smiled smugly.

"For you," he said placing a flower in my hair. I smiled at his sweet,suave and romantic nature.

He pulled away the band I used to hold my hair and my hair tumbled down my back. "Skye!' I gasped and he chuckled.

"Now better." He said placing a kiss on my forehead. I giggled.

"Come now my love," he said advancing towards the outspread. "Let's merry together." He said as his hand enclosed mine.

Sitting in front of him and gazing at him,his talks,I knew that I'd never be able to leave a single moment of my life without him again.

Dahviel's POV

I turned away from coloring in my book and walked down the stairs. No one seemed to be in the house. "Where did everybody go?" I asked myself.

Then I saw Davina walking out of the kitchen.

"Davina,where's mum and dad?" I asked her.

She had a smile on her face and her hands were behind her back.

"They went on a fun day." She said.

"And aunt Camila, aunt Anna? Luna,Lucas?" I asked her.

"All gone out Davie," she said calling me the sweet name I liked being called by her. "We're the only one here." She said smiling and I felt discomfort by the way she smiled. It frightened me. I've never been frightened by my sister. Why was I now?

She walked closer to me. "Want to play Davie?" She asked,her hands still behind her.

I walked backwards. "Uh,I guess I could." I said.

"Then let's play." She said,her voice bigger than before and her eyes were red. Big color red.

I shrieked in fear and fell to the ground. I saw her raise her hand up and in her hand was a big sharp knife. I screamed.

Ava's POV

The scream was deafening and only one person could scream like that. Dahviel. I scrambled to my feet.

"Who is that?" Skye asked as he stood up too.

"Dahviel. His screams can be heard from a mile away." I said.

"How's that possible?" He asked.

"I think it's a special ability. He screams when he's in trouble. I have to get to him." I said panicking already running towards the pack house with Skye behind me.

Dahviel's POV

I managed to move away from her before she could stick the knife in me. I ran up the stairs and stood there trembling. "Mother." I called for mum in fear.

Davina moved her head one sided still smiling. Her eyes still very red,like I've never seen before. "Do you still wanna play Davie?" She called out sweetly and I shook my head.

"I don't want to play anymore." I said crying.

"Come play with me Davie," she said climbing up the stairs to me with the knife still held in her hand. "Come play with me!" She yelled in that big voice that does not belong to her as she rushed towards me.

"No!" I screamed and ran towards the bedroom shutting the door tight behind me and hiding under the covers of my bed,trembling and crying in fear. "Mum." I kept muttering.

The room door opened and I kept shaking. "Please don't kill me." I kept saying.

"Dahviel."

I heard mum's voice as she took the covers off me and hugged me tight. "Are you okay?" She asked.

I shook my head. "Mum,mum. Davina. Something is..she's..." I couldn't speak as she stood there with horror in her face.

"What did I do brother? I wanted us to play." She said.

"Relax love," mum said soothing me. Father took me from mum and stroked me. "What happened?" He asked me.

"Davina.. Davina chased me with a..a knife." I started crying again.

Ava's POV

I looked at Davina in shock and puzzlement.

"I did not." She said denying his allegations. "Davie has been having wild dreams lately. He perhaps had one again." She said.

Skye placed him on the bed. "It's okay champ. Your sister would never do that to you." He said.

He sniffed. And I patted his hand.

Dahviel's POV

"Don't leave me dad." I said to dad. He rubbed my hair. "I'm here son." He said. Davina smiled and those big red eyes of hers came again and I shook in fear.
