Chapter 324: Chapter 324
"What are you planning to do after killing me? By smelling you, he will know that we had a lot of fun and after that, he won't accept you back. After all, no one is interested in used wo...." He didn’t get a chance to complete his sentence when Liara slipped her hand inside his body, holding his pumping heart.
‘I will be back, Moon Goddess, and this time a lot more powerful than before.' His last words rang in her mind because of the bond they shared. In the next second, she crushed it, ending his chapter then and there.
But instead of watching the pain on his face, there was a wide grin that was adding fuel to Liara’s anger. She wanted to wipe his sick grin. At the same time, she went through the pain of losing her mate, not that she was sad about that part.
She was overwhelmed with many emotions that she couldn’t control the power that was oozing out of her body. She felt guilty for becoming the reason behind Theodore’s pain that he might have felt because of rejection. She was worried about the thought that what if Theodore wouldn't want her back?
[Calm down, Liara] Luna’s voice rang in her mind.
[I can’t.]
The next thing she knew that she ended up blowing up the whole mansion, killing all the vampires that were still inside.

Liara removed her hand from Theodore’s hand, to wipe her tears. Theodore, too, wiped her tears which rolled off her eyes just a moment after she wiped her tears.
"It took me a couple of days to realize what exactly had happened when I was sleeping," Liara muttered, to which Theodore nodded his head because he had observed Liara spending a lot of time in meditation.
"You okay?"
"I will be." Liara paused before continuing, "after getting rid of this thing."
Theodore didn’t say anything about that, but he didn’t like the part about what she had decided about that thing. He didn’t know what the exact word to use for a pup like that was.
Liara sighed and rolled her messy white hair into a bun. She walked towards her lab to grab the medicine that would help her in this situation.
Theodore didn’t follow her because he wanted her to make her own decision. As much as he knew his mate, she wasn’t into killing but saving. After all, her favorite dialogue was 'Hate the crime, not the criminal.’
'When are we going to mark our mate again?' Inigo asked
‘Give her some time. She is dealing with a lot of things. We will mark her again when she is ready. And this time, in front of everyone, in a way that she can cherish that moment instead of having a nightmare.’
‘Okay!’
'Because of you, I assumed stupid things.' Theodore blamed him.
'Because of you, I didn’t ask her what exactly happened.' Inigo retorted. 'For now, I hope she will soon recover from that incident.'
‘Same here.’ Theodore spoke and thought about Liara’s decision to get rid of that thing. He knew that she didn’t want to give birth to a devil, but didn’t she say once in his case that ‘pups are like wet cement; whatever falls on them makes an impression?
A moment later, she returned to their bedroom with a frown on her face.
"So, you got rid of that thing?" Theodore asked, knowing that she couldn’t do that.
"No. I will get rid of it by giving it to someone. I’m not a murderer." She muttered and slammed the door of the washroom.
'And there goes her pregnancy mood swings again.'
