“Hmm, the food is delicious,” Liara said and immediately corrected herself when Theodore narrowed his eyes. “But not compare to the food cooked by you.” She added.

“I can smell lie, Liar.” Theodore hissed, but at the same time, he didn’t mind accepting the truth that the food was actually delicious. Liara didn’t know cooking at all, and Theodore knew cooking but wasn’t great in this field. Long story short, he didn’t mind keeping Dotty in the home.

‘I can smell your jealousy, Odo. I love you, remember?’ Liara mind linked to him, on which he rolled his eyes. ‘By the way, something happened today in the hospital.’

‘Okay. But why are we talking like this?’ Theodore asked through the mind linked.

‘She is a robot, and for now, we don’t know what all her feature is. So, One of the reasons to talk like this is privacy.’ Liara explained, to which Theodore looked at the robot suspiciously. ‘I know Colton won’t think of spying on us, but I won’t be surprised if she can record things, you know.’ She added.

‘Ah. He has left all the details related to her in the library. We can check it later.’ Theodore responded before asking, ‘So, what exactly happened in the hospital?’

‘I found Rose’s mother.’

‘The same tiny brown hair little pup with blue eyes who talks a lot, plays a lot, eats a lot, and irritates a lot.’ Theodore said, recalling everything about Roselet when he had seen her when she was two years old. Liara pressed her lips from snapping at him. She knew that he had no knowledge of dealing with the pups. She hoped his behavior would change soon.

‘Yes! The same.’ Liara admitted that her other niece, Arline was opposite to Roselet.

‘Finally, your brother will have the name of the woman who is the mother of his pup.’ Theodore said with a chuckle. ‘I hope you aren’t planning to visit his pack to tell him this news. In all these years, he never tried to contact you.’ He complained.

‘I don’t have any complaints about the last part, Odo. Because we all were busy in our lives in the past two and half years. And I believe raising a pup alone is one of the most challenging things in life. When Kennedy will be here, we both will be there for her. Just imagine, If I will give you the responsibility of our pup to handle her alone, that too when you don’t know ABCD in this field, then how will you manage her?’

‘Why did you have to give an example by involving me?’

‘Fine!! I will do a practical one day. After Kennedy’s birth, I will take twelve hours' leave to enjoy myself, and then I will see how you manage her.’

‘Hah! That won’t be that tough.’ Theodore said, shrugging his shoulder. ‘And it’s a boy. Mark my words.’

‘There can a chance that we can have both? A boy and a girl?’ Liara suggested.

‘I doubt that because Griffin can hear and understand me. So, he is a Lycan, and a Lycan never born to share anything with anyone, not even her mother’s womb. Well, we will wait for the ultrasound report though.’ Theodore pointed out, on which Liara pouted because he was right about that part.

‘Wow! You have intelligence, huh?’

‘Well, I will give credit to my mate’s library.’ Theodore winked at her.
