"And you believed him? Don't tell me that he never lied to you." Tiara asked, cutting her in between, shutting Liara's mouth. Liara recalled how Theodore hid his injured hand from Sophia so that she wouldn't feel bad. Not just that, Theodore lied about raping her.

"He lied to you, Lee!! So that you won't feel bad for him because he didn't want to use your sympathy to make you take back your rejection." She paused before continuing, "Poor Rogue!! First, he loses me, and now, he will lose his life. I wish I could have been there to watch him die in front of my eyes, but you see, rejection caused me to be weak, and I couldn't be there."

Liara started, feeling guilty for listening to Theodore in anger. She shouldn't have believed him. She should have known how her sister was.

"Can you switch to video call? So that I can watch the full show." Tiara asked.

"Pup.. what happened to the pup?" Liara asked in a low tone.

"Near Moon Goddess. That mistake doesn't deserve to live. Guess what? Soon his or her father will also reach near Moon Goddess."

That was it.

Hearing this, Liara growled in anger, throwing her phone in anger. She wouldn't let this happen. She wouldn't.

She looked at the door angrily and used all her strength to break it. She was so done with hitting it with the hope that someone was going to open it from outside.

Eleanor held Steve's arm when he turned his head toward the Mansion.

'What?' She mind-linked him.

'Liara is going to interfere.' Steve replied and pulled his arms from her grips to stop Liara. She had already done a crime by hiding him, and now this.

Liara took a few steps back and was ready to hit the door one last time to break it. She ran toward it, and all of a sudden, the door was wide open, and she collapsed with Steve. He had to hold the well quickly before falling on the floor and Liara on top of him.

"St.. I.. umm.. sorry!!" Liara apologized when she sensed his anger. Among all kids of her generation, Caroline was the eldest, and Steve was in the second number. So, he was even older than Colton and Calvin. Liara was ready to leave when Steve grabbed her arms.

"Stay."

"I won't," Liara said, standing against him, even though she was scared of him. "I will kill myself if anything happens to him." She added, and a lone tear escaped from her eyes.

She tried to remove his grip from her arms, but he was powerful, "Pl...please! Pleaseee, brother!!" Liara kept trying until Steve loosened his grip. She didn't stop there to thank him and ran outside.

'People are ready to kill and to be killed for a mate, and my mother is the one who married a person who killed her fated mate.' Steve thought and wondered what he should do next.

He knew as a king, he should kill Theodore, but at the same time, as a present king, he had to make sure about the future. He was among those people who knew that Liara's firstborn would be the next King. If Liara would kill herself, then what would be the future of the werewolves?

"Leave him!!!" Liara screamed, running toward Theodore, but her path was blocked by her own guards. It was obvious to block her way, not to hurt her. Her heart jumped in her chest when Calvin's wolf, Keanu, clamped down on Theodore's hand. There was blood everywhere, his blood, to be exact. Colton slashed Theodore's back with his sword, making him fall to the ground. They were torturing him instead of killing him immediately. She closed her eyes, unable to see this. Though she had a habit of watching blood but watching Theodore bleeding was too much for her. She couldn't stand to see this happen to him.

Call her a fool, but she loved him. She loved him even though he had hurt her numerous times.

"CALVIN!!" She shouted. He again didn't acknowledge her cry. "COLTON" She screamed louder. "Stop it. Please! Please! He is my mate. I love him; please, stop it!! Please, I love him; please don't hurt him." She kept requesting and begging, but neither of them was ready to listen to her. Theodore looked in her direction and had a small smile of his smile.

'I love him.'

These three words were music to his ear. He smiled, listening to how Liara was repeating it again and again and again. He didn't give a damn about the pain that he was feeling at that moment. He so much wished to hold her in his arms and kiss her passionately when she finally confessed her love for him, but she had to admit something else too.

"He lied about forcing me. The truth is that I asked him to make love to you." She finally confessed. She was positive that her brother would ignore her again but was expecting Theodore to start defending himself at least, but it looked like she had confessed these too late because he didn't look like he was in a state to protect himself now.

A/N: Thank you for reading:) Sorry!! Mumma is sick again, and this time because of her carelessness. She couldn't sleep the whole night because of a high fever, and I was running to and fro behind her because she was extremely weak to the extent that I had to take her to the washroom, holding her arms.
