"No way" i blurted out
"I have to go now" he said and turned to leave
"Wait" I said and he paused
"I want to meet her, we are going out too, why don't you guys join us" I added
"Yeah, that will be great" Dave smiled
"Am not sure, but she lives the beach soo.." He said
"That's awesome, we are going to the beach" I said
"OK, it wouldn't hurt" he said
I'm smart
"OK let's go" he said
"I'm driving" Dave said
"Aren't you underage" I asked
"Nope, I'm 18 plus" he smiled
Wow, he's older than me
"Wait a minute" I ran to my room
I applied some makeup, made my blonde hair fall, checked my dress, carried my purse and am ready to go.
I ran back to the leaving room and saw everyone staring at me awkwardly.
"What?" I asked
"Nothing" that said
We arrived at the place with Jake girlfriend behind us.
I was still shocked that it was her, I didn't remember the name at first but now I do.
She was my rival Melissa Brandon, such a drama Queen.
I was trying hard not to show my anger but Dave caught me red handed.
"You don't look happy" he said
"I am" I faked a smile
"You don't like Melissa, don't you?" He asked
"She my rival" I said
"You mean you and Alice rival" he said
"Yes, that" I said
"And she's also you're brothers girlfriend so you have to act cool" he advised
"Yeah, I know....does Alice look hot or what" I said staring at Alice
"Yeah she does but you look hotter" he said and I blushed
"Am the hottest when you blush" he said and I blushed again
"Excuse me, why do you say that" I said
"Well I emm..., we should go join the others" he shrugged off the question
I tried as much as I could to enjoy the day.
We were in a restaurant eating, I know we eat lunch two hours ago but we have been strolling down the beach
"Let's go back to the beach or I'll play a song" Melissa said
"Play the song" Jake said
"OK, go get my guitar" she commanded
"OK babe"he said.
Such a brat.
He brought back a cool guitar, its not an electrify one but it was cool.
She started singing one of her songs and I was surprised by the way everyone praised her as she sang.
I looked at Dave who was faced down.
"What's wrong?" I whispered
"Isn't she your rival" he asked
"Yea, she is bit why aren't you listening to her song" I asked
"Am listening but not looking" he said
"Why" I asked
"I don't want to make you angry" he said and I blushed
"You got something on your lips" he said
He gently and sluggishly cleaned my lower lip with his finger.
I didn't want him to stop.
"Thank you" I said and faced the others
But they all stared at us awkwardly.
I'm in trouble.
"Let's go for a swim" Nikki said and secretly winked at me
"I was lucky that Alice wasn't there to see that.
"That will be awesome" Jake said
Thank God, I brought my swim suit but I don't know how to swim.
"Mom and dad haven't called yet" I said worried
"They will, but for now let's go swimming" he said
"OK" I stood up
Alice quickly brought my sparkling orange juice. I drank it hastily and followed the others who were already in the water.
We girls went to the changing room, I pulled off my clothes and kept it close to Nikki and Alice own.
Me, Alice and Nikki walked hand in hand, I was kinda scared because me and Alice didn't know how to swim.
I was surprised when I saw Dave waiting for us, he could have just dive into the water but he waited.
"You look great" he said
"No matter how many times you say that am always gonna tell you thank you" I smiled
"You're welcome" he chuckled
"I can't swim" Alice cried
"Me neither" I said
"We can teach you" he said
"We?" Nikki asked
"Yea, Nikki will teach Ali..."
"Do you mind if you teach Alice and Nikki teaches me?"I asked innocently
" I was thinking that you and I...."
"That will be great" Alice cut in
Before I could speak Alice dragged Dave into the water.
I stared at them for some minutes how they intertwined there hands together it soo..
I'm just helping Alice to get Dave but why do I always feel this way....
"Earth the Jenny" Nikki said
"Come on,stop staring at my brother" she said and dragged me into the water.
We started our....emm...swimming lessons.
Dave POV
Why is Jean always acting that way and what is Alice doing.
"That's not what I told you" I said
I breathed in and took a glance at Jean, seems like she's having h teacher.
I wish I could just swap places with Nikki.
Alive is cool but I don't know, I kinda prefer Jean with her long blonde hair, blue eyes and her, wait, what am I saying, damn!!.
I turned back to Alice only to find her staring at me strangely.
"What?" I asked and she shrugged
We continued our lessons and it turns out that she just needs praises and a little push from me, after that she did great, I was impressed.
We walked back to the others and I didn't see jean but Nikki was already dressed.
"Where's Jean" I asked
"She's getting dressed" she said
"I better go too" Alice said and left
"Where's Ja..."
"Jake is still with you know who" she said
"You and Jean doesn't like her"I said
"She's just a show off" she said and I rolled my eyes
"Hmm, speaking of like and Jean" she said and I stared at her
"Do you like Jenny?" She asked
