Chapter 13: Chapter 13

“Raymond, Mother told you already-” She tried to justify but I cut her off furiously.

“Don’t lie to me. Do you think I am stupid? If you were going for a visit you would have told me.” I hissed, infuriated at her useless words.

“Please…” She whispered, pleading with me to stop.

“Don’t you dare to speak another word.” I warned her strictly to not test my patience with her fatuous words.

Violet squeaked from my fast driving but didn't dare to speak. Good. She should know when to speak.

We reached home but before we could go out, I grabbed her firmly.

“If you dared to tell Celine anything, I will make you regret it.” I hissed, tightening my lips on her arm.

“Do I make myself clear?” Whispering dominantly, I noticed the expression of powerlessness in her eyes, nodding.

“Speak up.” I ordered angrily. Shutting her eyes, she whispered desperately.

“Yes, I won’t tell her anything.” She whimpered.

“Good.” Whispering, I let go of her arm, setting my posture as I rushed to Violet's side and opened her door and offered my hand coldly.

“Smile.” I ordered, she hesitantly took my hand as we went inside. Inhaling deeply, she tried to compose herself and not disobey me again.

Celine saw us and began to shouted in disbelief after seeing us together,

"RAYBRO!! YOU BRING SISTER HOME!!? CAN'T YOU WAIT? THERE ARE STILL 2 DAYS LEFT!!" Violet’s brows twitched, taken aback by her tone.

“Bear with it, that is her normal tone.” I whispered, taking her by surprise when Celine came, frowning at me.

"I know. Something has happened and she's gonna stay with us until marriage." I told her.

"What Happened?!" She asked.

"Nothing." I said as I took Violet hand to take her to her room but Celine interrupted,

"WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU ARE GOING BROTHER?! COME VIOLET. I'LL SHOW YOU YOUR ROOM!" Celine exclaimed as she was about to take her hand I said in a serious tone,

"You can take her to her room later. We need to talk about something first." Before Celine could interrupt I took her away.

I took Violet to my room. I locked the door as Violet gasped in fright by hearing the 'click' sound. I took a step towards her as she took a step back, swallowing hard, frightened by my pernicious presence.

"G-Get A-Away" She shuddered.

Before her back hit the wall I turned her and pushed her against the wall. My chest was firmly pressed against her back.

I moved to her ears and inhaled her sweet scent. Her Scent is so addictive. I bit her ears and whispered angrily,

"How dare you try to leave me..."

"Please... I am Sorry. I am here now, what more do you want?" She pleaded, anger blended with grief.

"Didn't I tell you that you can't escape me..." I told her huskily, turning my grip rigid on her, evoking a wince from her.

"Raymond.. please...stop" She begged me to stop, realizing she is enthralled in my domain with no escape and sealed her voice perfectly.

"Make me..." I whispered seductively in her ears.

"I am sorry. I will never disobey you again." She said almost panting.

"If you Disobey me ever again, there will be consequences worse than the last one. Got it?" I threatened strictly to ensure the fact the thought of leaving me never crosses her mind ever again.

“Yes…” She nodded weakly, shutting her eyes in defeat, unable to cope with my power. She could no longer speak a word against me, realizing she couldn't do anything in my presence.

And even if she dared to, where would she run? We are locked in my room, in my mansion. She has nowhere to run.

"That's a good girl." I said as I released my grip on her.

She turned to me as she was shivering with fear, she was about to leave but I held her wrist making her stop. And ordered her,

"Compose yourself . I don't want Celine to find you in that condition."

I told her heartlessly as I left her alone soon to be "Our Room".

Violet POV:-

I was laying on my bed. Loathing myself for not being able to do a single thing. Tomorrow is my Wedding. I felt so weak and pathetic.

Compared to his Dominating presence I feel like a wimp.

He made me feel weak, he gave me the sensation no one ever did. I have never felt powerless in my entire life.

Thanks to Celine she didn't let Raymond see my face, let alone to come near me. She is totally different from her brother.

Unlike him, who is cold, cruel, strict and dominating.

She is kind, clumsy, childish and down to Earth.

But the saddest part is that she's gonna leave after our marriage, leaving me alone with that Devil. She is his only tamer, without her presence, he’d be an uncontrollable beast.

Why can't I do a single damn thing? Whenever I am with him fear takes over me. His presence is enough to make me terrified. I just hate myself for not being able to do anything.

I took a deep breath. I can't be weak. After marriage, I'm gonna make him regret his decision.

‘I vow to myself to make his life Hell.’

I closed my eyes to escape from my current cruel world. The world is ruled by the strong, in which the weak have no choice but to obey. I smiled at my brief moment of lull as I drifted off to sleep.

But soon the dreadful day could no longer be delayed.

It came.

The point of my devastation.

I was pacing around the room. My hands were cold as ice due to nervousness. No matter what, it's my wedding day.

My heart was pacing abnormally. I feel like I am going to faint from anxiety. I am getting married to a guy who forced me to marry him.

My breath became heavy. My heart feels like it's gonna leap out of my chest.

The door opened as my mum entered. Her eyes teared up; seeing me in my wedding gown. She cried from sadness as well as happiness.

I can understand her dream is to see me in a wedding dress, to watch me marrying the person with whom I could spend my life lovingly but it seems far from the truth.

I smiled nervously at her, hoping to lessen the sorrow in her eyes. I don’t want her to be worried about me after I leave. Even if it's fake, I want to reassure her.

“He went a little overboard, don’t you think?” I asked, showing her my expensively lavishing dress, worthy worth more than my home.

Smiling, I showed her how exquisite I looked in my dress.

"Oh.. My child. Look at you. You're looking so pretty." My mother complimented.

My dress was selected by none other than my soon to be husband. Thank God he knew I don't like revealing dresses. He chose the dress according to my liking but truly eye-catching.

“You look like a doll.” She whispered, tears brimming in my eyes.

“I think so too.” I whispered.

My mother kissed my forehead and began to say in a croaked voice, "I am sorry, Love. I can't do anything for you but if he ever abuses you, don’t hesitate once to call the cops or even me." She told me.

“I know I can’t do anything but if there’s anything, don’t forget. I am here for you.” She whispered, wiping the tear in the corner of her eyes.

"Mum. You have done more than enough for me. Don’t worry, I will be fine." I tried not to cry as I hugged her.

After a while we released the hug and I said,

"Besides, I have to get married one day or another. So, why not now? And I won’t become a billionaire anyways. Why not reduce the zeroes of his net worth." I joked, trying to lighten the mood.

“Sure. Make his life hell.” She chuckled back, patting my back.

Like Hell. I would rather jump off a cliff than to be forced in a marriage. On second thought, why haven't I done it yet?

Because my father always told me to face problems, not to run away from them.

“Wow, V you look like a doll.” Kenneth complimented, scanning me.

“Thanks.” I whispered. Kenneth came and smiled sincerely, hugging me as we left.
