Chapter 1958: Chapter 1958
"It’s all done. How do you plan to execute our side of the plan? Do you have any ideas?"
The Abyss Demon asked the Stone Statue Demon. This time, the fellow had shown remarkable intelligence, and he wanted to see if the guy was truly smart, as he had always thought of him as just a stone.
The Stone Statue Demon nodded calmly and said, "Of course, but let’s first see how much we’ve spent this time."
Upon hearing this, the Abyss Demon also spoke up, "Those two fools from Hell don’t have much brain, so the cost was minimal. I just promised them three nine-tier worlds, and they agreed to help."
Indeed, the folks from Hell are some mindless idiots only knowing how to fight; far inferior to us Abyss Demons in this regard, which makes Hell’s control over its demons effortless.
We have partial contact with Hell. Initially, there were three nine-tier worlds that both sides had been vying for.
This time, we directly conceded to the opposite side, and they agreed. The loss was Abyss’s strength, not our own.
As for how to transfer, as long as we do some manipulations from behind, shifting those eight-tier and seven-tier demons will suffice. The Abyss will lose strength, but given its chaotic will, it won’t comprehend the situation at all.
The Abyss will ultimately only harbor hatred towards Hell’s will, and that’s all.
"What about those guys from the Chaos realms? Those Chaos Demons aren’t easy to deal with."
Chaos Demons are also called Devils by various worlds; they never use their true forms for invasion, always scheming behind the scenes. These creatures are the fastest and easiest type of demons to conquer other worlds.
Using the greed and ambition of some local world inhabitants, they corrupt and ruin them step by step, ultimately letting them wreck their own world before stepping in.
Though troublesome, they encounter the least resistance, and their success rate is the highest.
Among the three major Demon Worlds, their Chaos realms are the largest. These realms are akin to rising stars, having developed for far shorter a time than Hell and the Abyss.
"Yes, those guys aren’t easily fooled. To make them act, I promised five nine-tier worlds and a twofold share during the Earth invasion."
"That’s alright, not overly much." The Stone Statue Demon nodded lightly, though twofold was quite gutting. Updates are released by 𝘯𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘭•𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘦•𝘯𝘦𝘵
Fortunately, at their level, no benefits can further enhance their own strength; everything external won’t make them casually give away so much.
"And on your end, have you invited several peak strongmen to assist?"
The Stone Statue Demon didn’t stall, directly saying, "Two, one of whom you know is Blood Shadow, the other is Hunter." These are codenames, not real names.
Many wandering individuals use codes, seemingly disliking letting others know their names.
"Blood Shadow, eh? That guy seems more like a demon than us; a very ruthless one. I like him. What did you promise them?" the Abyss Demon continued to inquire.
"Blood Shadow demanded a lot, I promised him a tenth of the subsequent spoils."
Thus, thirty-percent of their spoils got allocated; understandable but a bit too much.
"With Blood Shadow’s greedy nature, asking for these resources is typical. What about Hunter? If I remember correctly, he should greatly despise us demons."
Hunter is from the benevolent, righteous faction, and has the Light Attribute. It’s surprising he doesn’t fight demons directly.
Unexpectedly, the Stone Statue Demon managed to hire him; it’s quite hard to believe.
"Such individuals always pursue their agendas. They’ve mostly collected the resources they need and are now planning to reclaim their world. But he’s insufficient alone; I promised to help him reclaim his world regardless of success this time, and he agreed."
As he spoke, the Stone Statue Demon suddenly recalled, "Right, I promised both of us would join in. You won’t escape; the contract is signed. If you refuse, the Abyss will punish us."
Abyss can’t directly do anything to them, but punishment can weaken the forces enhancing them within the Abyss, even suppress them. Without encountering danger, it won’t restore them.
In this way, their status in the Abyss may invisibly decline.
Although they’re the Abyss’s strongest now, after this incident they are certain the Abyss will try cultivating new nine-tier peaks, even at the cost of significant power loss.
They cannot bear being suppressed by newcomers; it frustrates demons.
"Alright, got it. Have you prepared the attack plan?"
"Already planned and ready to discuss with you. We’ve studied Du You’s character; emotionally driven like most humans. His family partially remains on Earth, so we can’t touch them; the others are here." Before them appeared a void map, with many bright points inside.
"This is near the former Dragon Clan World, far from Earth’s main territories. Earth can’t control it. We’ll directly imprison it; to protect his family, he mustn’t leave here. That way, he can’t escape."
"Excellent, as long as he doesn’t flee, he’s dead. Once he dies, we seize the opportunity to invade Earth before his revival, taking it down at once. With our numerous peak strongmen, even if Earth gets some peak aid, it’s inadequate."
Earth’s attack is indeed strong, but lacking peak protector strength; many attackers would easily deconstruct Earth. Destroying such a top-tier world offers considerable benefits.
Though it won’t advance them further, merely using it to craft revival materials prepares several sets.
Moreover, annihilating such a top-tier world is a tremendous allure to them. As demons, inherently destroyers, they can’t overcome this instinct despite their level.
The two demons exchanged glances, seeing excitement and readiness in each other’s eyes.
