Mom immediately tried to close the door, avoiding the numbness of her hands in fear but a strong hand with sharp nails grabbed the door in a swift motion. The strange figure pushed mom inside the house with little force, then entered inside. He closed the door behind him.

The bright light of the drawing-room enlightened the features of the strange man. His sharp jaw and tan skin tone were quite charming but his eyes were burning like fireballs. I could see two sharp pangs, clearly visible. He was taking small steps towards mom with a devilish grin on her face. I could see the fear of mom all over her face and I exactly knew what sacred mom to her bone. It was the pair of huge grey wings of that man which were folded in both sides of her back like a bird. It was not at all a human feature and it was quite normal for a teen girl, react like that after seeing such a scary person in front of her.

After a little pause, the man talked for the first time in his hoarse heavy voice, "Are you scared, little human? Don't be. I am not here to harm you. If you will help me and will do as I say, I will spare your life." Mom was too scared to reply to him. She looked pale in fear. Seeing mom's expression, he continued again after chuckling a little, "I am assuming your silence as yes. So, you are the one who hid Ammendial that day. Right?" After a long silence, mom could only manage to nod her head in agreement. Though it was clear mom didn't know dad's name but she guessed it. "Great. There were two important things with him and we have received information that Ammenedial also doesn't know where are the heavenly dragger and soul gem. Tell me, have you seen those with him that day?" asked the man.

Mom mumbled in a slow nervous tone, "No. I don't know anything."

"Such a liar you are. Do you think u can lie in front of a demon?" shouted the demon in a mocking tone.

Then continued again while walking towards mom, "Just tell me where you have hidden those things. I will spare your life. Don't force me to kill you."

Mom mumbled, "I don't know what you are talking about. Please leave me alone." Tears started to run down from her eyes. But at that time, that demon's action was unpredictable and rude. He caught mom's cheek and started squeezing it with his strong fingers. Mom's fair skin started turning into crimson red. The demon asked again, "You are quite stubborn, stupid human. Don't you care about your life?" Mom's beautiful eyes were filled with water and she was not even in the stage of replying as the sharp nails of that demon started to dig inside her cheeks. Then loosening his grip little, he asked with anticipation, "Now I think you will tell me. Right?"

But mom's reply not only surprised the demon but also I was astonished. Mom replied quite calmly, "I don't know anything. If I know then also I will never tell you." At that moment, I realized how brave my mom was but the only thing I didn't understand was why she was trying to save Dad.

Maybe mom's sharp words angered the demon. He picked mom up, holding her cheeks, and then threw her on the ground like a doll. Mom immediately fell on the hard ground and her head collided with the ground immediately. Blood started to flow from her forehead. Squeezing her forehead with one hand, she started to crawl backward. But, the demon was extremely fast. Before mom could escape, he reached to her but the moment he was going to touch her, I heard a loud whoosh sound, and the demon was thrown outside the house. It was so fast that mom even startled. I saw dad again in a white shirt and his wings were so beautiful that even mom couldn't look away from him.

He entered like wind and threw the demon outside the house, growling in a grave voice, "How dare you attack a human?"

The demon laughed out loud and replied, "And the great Archangel hid inside the house of a human? Behind a little girl? What a shame!"

Taking two steps furiously towards the demon, dad growled, "Don't you want to live anymore, Armaros? If you will stay here for one more minute, I will kill you right now."

Armaros replied, "Sure I am not here to stay. I just want the soul gem and the dragger. I will leave after that. Those are Lucifer's property. How can you snatch? "

Dad replied, "First I don't have those things, I am still looking. You better go and tell Lucifer I am not going to return him those things. He is misusing heaven's power. Now leave."

Armaros replied, "Let me search the house of this girl. Don't interrupt hell's business Ammenadiel. I am afraid this time this little human will not be able to save you from me."

Dad didn't speak anymore. Closing his eyes, dad chanted something, then raising his both hands he made a fireball and threw it towards Armaros. The fireball hit his bare chest and instantly the demon flew away from them but before leaving he shouted angrily, "You will regret it."

Mom was silently watching both of them. I felt like she was trembling in fear and blood was oozing out from her forehead and clearly, it was a deep wound but she was not even noticing it. Her eyes were fixed on dad and the demon.

When Armaros left dad walked towards mom. Seeing her fear, Dad instantly hid his wings then assured in a gentle and polite voice, "Don't worry. I am not going to hurt you. Let me see your wound. Ok?"

Mom was extremely afraid but yet she nodded her head in agreement. Dad gently tilted her face, holding her chin then said in his grave yet attractive voice, "Close your eyes." Mom obediently closed her eyes and instantly Dad raised his other hand and covered the wound with his hand. I saw a golden light reflected from mom's forehead and when dad removed his hand there was no sign of blood or injury anymore. I was shocked by seeing dad's healing power.

Mom murmured nervously, looking at Dad, "Thanks."

With a charming smile Dad nodded his head then taking a few steps away from her, he replied, "Sorry for me, you are facing so many troubles. If you didn't save me that day then maybe today you would not have to face such a monster."

"Not at all. I am glad that I got the chance to meet a real angel," Mom replied quite excitedly. Dad chuckled softly seeing mom's excitement. Then, Dad replied, "Alright. I am leaving then. I don't think Armaros will again dare to bother you. So, don't worry."

Instantly dad turned around and was about to leave, when suddenly mom called him from behind, "Listen. Wait a minute."
