●Daniel's P.O.V.●

"What the h---" She couldn't even finish her sentence And started coughing even more.

"Omo! Drink it!" I passed the glass of water again to her as I patted her head lightly.

Finally, she stopped coughing and threw me a death glare. "Are you crazy?"

"Why? What did I do to be called crazy?" I raised an eyebrow.

"Why did you say that I am your girlfriend?" Nuri narrowed her big brown eyes at me.

"Firstly, I don't like cringe."

Secondly, You are not Korean. She can't confirm if I am your Boyfriend or not.

And lastly, Why not? You should help me out when I am in this kind of problems."

I gave a bright smile as I finished my word. Nuri stared at me with her annoyed face.

"Why do you need my help?" Nuti put down her fork.

"You could have said no to her! You are not interested. Why did you involve me ?" She raised an eyebrow at me.

Her question made me think about my thoughts. She was right! Why did I do that? Usually, I rejected people rudely. But this time, It was different.

I wanted to feel that she was someone to me and not just a random girl. But this pabo(Idiot) wasn't going to understand me.

"Look, Nuri, don't you think sometimes you should return the favor?" I smirked.

"I know you have done so much for me. But what kind of favour is this?" Nuri crossed her arms, being suspicious.

"You can play my girlfriend in front of some people, so I don't have to deal with them.

Is it too much to ask from you ?" I raised an eyebrow.

Nuri glared at me for more than a few seconds as if she was judging my sentence. But Finally, she sighed.

"Fine! I can act !" Nuri agreed and started eating her food again.

But again, she glanced at me and asked, "How would I know, in front of whom I have to act?"

"This girl had some brain, I guess. Now, what am I going to reply to her?" I crossed my arms and started thinking about an excuse.

"You can give me some hints so I can understand. Like a signal, a hand sign, a specific word.

So I can understand, I have to act." Nuri suggested as she stuffed food inside her mouth.

I sighed, "She took it too seriously. Okay, let's just make something to shut her up about this topic."

"I will call you girlfriend whenever I feel like I need your help. Okay ?" I said casually.

"That's fine! But cringe.

I hope you don't overdo it. Cause I can lose my mind sometimes. " Nuri gave a fake smile.

Was that a warning for me? I coughed.

"Mhm.Okay."

"Have you planned your trip? Or Should we make a plan now?" I asked as I started eating my food.

After hearing my question, Nuri's eyes got back their sparkle.

"I have everything planned."

"You just need to guide me to all the places," Nuri answered excitedly.

"That's great !" I said, smiling.

"Then where are we going tomorrow?" I asked.

Nuri put down her fork as she clasped her hands in excitement.

"First, I wanna go to the Gyeongbokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village."

Nuri wanted to visit the palaces.

Hence, I started planning everything about when and how to visit there as we talked about the places.

As we arrived home, I took a shower and changed into my night outfit. After that, Nuri also took a shower, and she changed into a night clothes. It was a cute blue t-shirt and shorts.

How could she look cute even in a nightdress? I admired her cuteness as she applied her night cream. Then she turned back at me.

"What ?" She asked.

I came back to reality. I cleared my throat, trying to cover up with an excuse. I just couldn't say I was staring at you because you looked cute. Could I?

"I wanted to say that you should get up early tomorrow because we need to arrive there at 9:30 am." I said, glancing at anything except Nuri's eyes.

"Oh, fine. I will just set my alarm. Don't worry." Nuri replied as she smiled.

"Okay," I said.

She narrowed her eyes then. I asked, "What ?"

"Are you planning to sleep there? In the doorway ?" Nuri pointed a finger towards the doorway.

"What? No !" I frowned.

"Then why are you standing there like a statue ?" She chuckled.

I was standing in the doorway for quite a time by leaning against the door. I stood straight as I cleared my throat.

"I am going to sleep on the couch." I declared.

Nuri giggled.

"Of course! Good Night. " Nuri said as she kept giggling.

"Good Night." I greeted her and closed the door behind me as I exited the bedroom.

I stood outside of the bedroom for a few seconds as a smile appeared on my lips. This girl was driving me crazy.

I hoped I could be cured soon. I kept smiling like a stupid as I made my way downstairs.

●Nuri's P.O.V.●

Daniel closed the door as he left the bedroom. A tiny smile approached my lips.

He behaved kind of weird sometimes. He was weird, or else no normal person was going to let a total stranger stay into their house without any profit.

Well, He did want something in return. He wanted me to play with his girlfriend in front of some people. But that was not worth it in exchange for what he was doing for me.

He gave his bedroom to me, and He was sleeping on the couch. How good could a person be, I could have never known if I hadn't met Daniel.

Even he cooked breakfast for me today.

I sat on the bed as I remembered the previous incidents which happened after coming to South Korea.

So many things happened in those three days. But Daniel saved the day all the time. He was really a hero to me.

I laid down on the bed as I kept smiling, thinking about the incidents. I switched off the lights, and the room glowed by the moonlight coming from the window.

Pip..pip... pip.... Pip...pip.....pip...

I stopped my alarm with my eyes closed. After staying like that for some more minutes, finally, I woke up and sat on the bed with a blurry vision.

I was planning to sleep again when I heard a knock on the bedroom door. And my heart got a mini attack.

I shook my head only to realise I was in Daniel's bedroom and he must be knocking on the door. I yawned and went to the bedroom door and opened it.

As soon as I opened the door, I saw Daniel was standing there while scratching his head and yawning.

Omo! He was looking so cute that I wanted to squeeze his puffy cheeks. But anyhow, I controlled my hands and patted his head.

Daniel glanced at me, and then he shifted his gaze at my hand. He narrowed his eyes. Then he caught my hand and said, "Am I a kid? Stop doing this.." Daniel said in a sleepy voice.

Woah! Rude! I pouted and said, "What should I do then ?"

Daniel scratched his head again. Then he leaned against the door and closed his eyes.

"I want to be saved. The Monster is chasing me." Daniel said in a sleepy voice mixed with fear.

I became confused, "What is he talking about? Is he half asleep?"

"Save me !" He mumbled in his faint, sleepy voice.

"From whom?" I asked, watching him so afraid in his sleep.

"Save me !" Again, I heard a faint voice.

I gave him a little jerk. Daniel shook his head and glanced at me with a little shocked expression. Then he looked behind. Then again at me.

"I am sorry." Daniel apologised as he rubbed his face with his right hand.

"Do you sleepwalk too?" I asked as I saw his sad face.

"No! I think I had a nightmare. " He stopped midway, then said, "I never do these things. Sorry if I have startled you."

"No, No, you didn't. " I assured Daniel, "Are you fine?"

"I am- I am Fine," Daniel said with a faint voice.

Then he came inside, arranged his clothes, and went inside the washroom. I sat on the bed, thinking about what just happened.

Why did he say to save him from a monster?

Was it only a usual dream? But his face looked so relieved when he realised it was a dream.
