Von POV

I opened my eyes and looked around, I was in the basement if I'm not mistaken, because I saw some of the old stuff around and some had dust.

"Raise and shine, baby boy." I looked at the person who spoke, Franco, and he smiled widely at me while watching me.

I also noticed strange devices around and some devices attached to my body and connecting to a machine, even a female doctor standing next to the devices and fixing something from there.

"What are you going to do with me?" I asked and looked at him, I saw Franco's strange smile on his lips as he looked at me.

"Will do? I won't do anything to you, Von." He said then laughed. "I'm going to get something from you." He said that's why I frowned. What will this man take from me?

"What else do you need?" I asked while looking at him. He looked suddenly at the devices on the side then looked back at me.

"I need your strength." He said that's why my forehead wrinkled because of what he said.

"What are you talking about? Let me go and let's fight fair!" I shouted causing him to laugh even more.

"The Vaughns really are hot-headed." He said then took a deep breath.

"I need you because you have the strength that the Ying wolf has in your body." He said so I was stunned and remembered what Van told me about the Ying yang wolf.

"Of the many people who can possess the strength of a wolf, you are the one chosen to get that strength." He said and suddenly his face became serious.

"I'm jealous to be honest." he added then came closer to me.

"You are already Lit's love, and then the Ying wolf's power went to you." He said that made me laugh.

"You're a vampire Franco, so why would you expect to have the power that I have?" I asked, he laughed then clapped.

"Exactly!" He shouted as he couldn't get rid of the playful smile on his lips.

"That's why my doctor friend is here to help me become a werewolf." He said causing my forehead to frown, he's going crazy, he's a pure vampire who wants to become a werewolf, with the help of his doctor friend? what is the guarantee that he will help him and that his plan will be successful?

"That ambition of yours is a great folly, Franco." I said so the smile on his lips gradually disappeared.

"You want to be a werewolf, but you're a vampire? What's the guarantee that your friend can help you?" I asked causing him to come to me and punch me hard causing me to moan in pain.

"You're really destructive, Von. Even when we were at vampire high you were really destructive." He said while looking at me evilly.

"I'm only telling the truth, because you might forget that nothing in the world can make you achieve your ambition, accept who you are and what you're capable of." I said causing him to laugh and shake his head.

"No Von, you made a mistake." He said as the playful smile began to form on his lips. And went to the side of the machine operated by his doctor friend.

"Because the one who will give way to my dream is by my side." He said then looked at the machine next to him.

"This is the one that will pave the way for the successful fulfillment of my dream Von." He said then smiled at me.

"When I have fulfilled my wish I can let you be with Lit." He said with a strange smile on his face.

"Just in the afterlife." He added, I stared at him evilly. "At least your family will be complete in the afterlife, Yezrah will be with you." He said that's why the anger flared up in my chest even more when he mentioned my daughter's name.

I remembered again how I had seen Yezrah dead, and how he had created a fake memory so that I could come here to Bermuda and fall into his trap.

He is indeed cunning, but it is his cunning that will put him in harm's way.

I grinned as I looked at him.

"The device you have in your body right now is the one that will allow you to pass your power to me, Von." He said then grabbed some devices that were next to him.

"And this is where the power you have will go to my body, until I get all your power and I will become the wolf," He added with a smile on his lips.

"When that happens, three minutes before the eclipse, I'm sure I'll transform into a wolf, just like what you and Van do." He says.

"You're crazy." I said so he laughed.

"I know, and it's been a long time Von." He answered then took a deep breath and came closer to me.

"You should thank me because of the method that I thought you and Lit together with Yezrah will be formed, isn't that what you want to happen? May your family be formed and live a peaceful and quiet life?" He asked crossing his arms.

"That's it Von, I'll give you the peace you and Lit want." He said that made me laugh.

"Whatever you do to yourself, Franco, you're a vampire priest who aspires to be a werewolf, are you that desperate to surpass me? That's why you want to have my strength as well?" I asked while grinning at him.

I saw that his forehead frowned quickly symbolizing that he was pissed off by what I said.

He is always very angry when he loses, so I don't think about why so many people don't like him.

"Say everything you want to say, Von, because soon I'm sure you'll lose all strength to speak." He said then looked at the doctor who was his friend and then gestured.

I looked at the clock hanging up high and saw that the eclipse would take place in ten minutes.

I turned my gaze back to Franco who was now starting to be fitted with body devices by his doctor friend.

If what Leona is telling me about the wolf is true, a few minutes from now I will probably transform.
