Bianca slipped out of the room when she couldn't watch the scene of two adults moaning and panting in her presence.

The reality of her findings should have gladdened her but she wasn't happy. Kate might be from the slumps, she didn't seem like a golddigger. There was nothing she could do to help.

Gathering all Alvin's employees she inquired about Kate and Alvin's relationship and found out shocking details about them like how he visits once a year and how he brings Melody: the slut she hated to rile Kate.

She didn't understand Alvin, if he didn't want the poor girl then he can send her packing. Divorce her without alimony though she would love to have grandchildren from her it was alright if Alvin divorced her. She just thinks Alvin was hurt by what he found out. So she decided to investigate it.

She was determined to know what happened two years ago in Venice during his honeymoon. She noticed Alvin indeed has changed after his marriage but blamed it on Kate but it seems the poor girl was innocent. She maltreated her for nothing.

Feeling guilty she called her private detective to look into the matter perhaps kidnapped Colton to make him spill that will be easier she smiled thinking of thousands of ways to do it.

The next thing she saw was Alvin dressed in his Gucci suit climbing down from the escalator arranging his suit jacket. She smiled hugging him as soon he stepped down looking in his direction.

" Where's Kate?

" In her room probably sleeping. She needs it " he blurted out walking out on her.

Bianca ignored him climbing the stairs then stopped at Kate's doorstep .sighed then knocked.

She didn't hear her voice so she pushed the door open behold her room was a mess with clothes scattered here and there and whatnot. The pungent smell of sex filled the room as she twitched her nose opening the window then increased the voltage of the air condition looking around one last time wondering if two elephants fighting.

She spots Kate lying down on the bed weeping. She didn't know how to approach her then proceeded to rearrange the room. Picking up books and raising shelves then sat beside her.

" Kate? She called as she stiffened thinking she was there to steer trouble again. She was going to disappoint her by snapping her neck if possible.

" You have to bathe. Warm baths help. I guess he got his wildness from his father. " She spoke softly. Kate frowned sitting up wondering why she was talking about her husband

" I'll prepare a hot bath for you" she suggested standing up to do it. Kate blinked watching as she set her bath adding whatever it was that she added and helped her to the bathroom to have a bath.

" You don't have a tear, do you? She asked shyly as Kate mouthed a no letting the warm water enter her pores.

" Miss Kang, you don't have to do this. I'll be fine thanks" Kate spoke feeling uncomfortable with her around did Alvin send her to watch her? She thought thanking her stars she has taken the pills already.

Bianca noticed it and left her to it sending for the maids while she waited for her to come out. Lisa was suspicious at first but gave it a rest perhaps it's for her own good. Bianca might persuade Alvin to divorce her.

Kate returned changed to a different attire sitting on the couch operating her laptop while Bianca sat beside her looking for a good way to start damn she can't have a proper conversation with her daughter-in-law because of her wickedness.

' Kate, what happened two years ago in Venice? She asked as Kate furrowed her brow staring into her soul. Well, she did help her a few minutes ago so she replied.

" We had our honeymoon there and you know what happens at honeymoons" she shrugged her shoulder still typing on her PC

' and how was he? You know was he rough like today or did something tragic occur? She asked as Kate paused recalling the day like it was yesterday

" Nothing much" she squealed not ready to talk about it but Bianca persuaded

' tell me everything, Kate. I know I've been horrible to you believe me I want to know" she said nicely.

Bianca wasn't the type that fakes a smile or love. She's a straightforward person. She tells you she hates you to your face. So Kate didn't read meaning to it since nothing unusual happened just Alvin abandoning her at the hospital while Lisa took care of her. The pure tragedy she was certain Bianca loved such news.

" Everything? She repeated as Bianca nods

" Everything. Tell me about it. He's my son, so you don't have to worry " she cooed as Kate sighed, stopped typing, put the laptop aside, and removed her legs from the other looking at the wedding frame on the wall

" Well, after we left the reception area, we stopped at his penthouse to board the private jet taking Lisa along too. He was all lovey-dovey with his wandering hands. He just couldn't keep his hands to himself" Bianca giggled urging her to continue

" We arrived late. So we were told to lounge in another hotel before everything else so we did. He was up all night telling me stories of his childhood skip we eventually had the mind-blowing steaming sex and... Well he wasn't rough, he was perfect promising me heaven and earth for keeping my virginity till twenty-five.' she paused and looked at Bianca she had the look of admiration in her eyes holding her hands.

" Then he received a mail. Someone posted a mail to us in Venice. I lied about my asthma. The stupid thing chose that day to happen and I didn't take my inhaler. You should have seen the look on his face when he saw me wheezing. He freaked out running a hand through his hair debating whether to save me or not. I should have known then, I should have he was interested in me cos I was a virgin at twenty-five. It wasn't something I was proud of I just didn't find the right one and I guess I never looked. Anyway, Lisa strolled by and called for an ambulance while Alvin carried me to his car before they arrived. He handed me to the nurses and I never saw him till the day I came home to find him sitting on the couch drinking with no worries. That's it " she finished wiping tears from her eyes biting her lips

' do you want to divorce him? Bianca asked as Kate's eyes lit up in ecstasy nodding

" Yes. I want to. I don't care about alimony anything to get away from him " she pleaded as Bianca smiled

" You don't want to know who sent that mail? Someone might have framed you you know. Maybe expect him to hurt you, divorce you, or whatever. They must have been disappointed he did none " she stated but Kate didn't care. She just wanted to get away from him. She used to think all she wanted was intimacy well now that she had it, she felt used. She regrets pushing Melody away from him. She just wants to get away from him.

" I just want this to end. I want him out of my life. I don't want to see him ever again. I don't need him " she pleaded as Bianca sighed acknowledging her plea

" I'll see what I can do. I'll convince my son to divorce you if that's what you want" she added hoping she'll change her mind but she was beaming with joy thanking her.

' I'm grateful" she appreciated thinking all hope is not lost. She'll be free soon perhaps start a normal relationship with Dante perhaps she can go on those dates with him without guilt.

Bianca left her room to return home, she needed to get to the bottom of it. Who dares to disrupt her son's affection manipulating him to maltreat someone he once loved and cherished not on her watch.

Meanwhile, Alvin kept staring at the screen of his laptop with furrowed brow muttering' lying bitch' he snapped the laptop shot wondering what his mom was thinking trying to help her. Divorce her? Fuck. She better gives up the idea. He sneered yelling at the chauffeur to drive faster.

Agitated, the poor man stepped on the gear increasing his speed to escape his fury.
