Angela Perez

I met my dad and Daniel’s dad at the door well dressed in the same color suit waiting to walk me to the altar.

“You look so gorgeous baby” They both said at the same time making me chuckle.

“You old men are so funny” Daniel’s mum said to them and we all giggle at their attitude.

“We are very happy to see our children getting married today, isn’t that right Philip?” Daniel’s dad asked my dad.

“Of course, Collins” Dad replied, laughing.

“Okay everyone, the wedding is about to start let not waste anymore time” Mum said and walked inside the church with Daniel’s mom.

“Let go honey, your groom is waiting to for you” Dad said.

“Okay, dad” I replied and lock hands with him on my right and Daniel’s dad on the left while Ellen and Rosie are at our back with flowers in a basket.

The door of the church opened and a slow music was playing at the background. Many guests were all sited and flashes of camera everywhere.

We walked inside the church taking slow steps due my condition.

I saw Daniel giving me his cutest smile, which made me blush. Am sure he has been eager to see me.

We proceed to the front and met both my mum’s smiling at me. We finally got to where Daniel was and both my dad's handed me over to him and went to take their sit while Daniel and I walked to the altar.

Daniel Collins

I was already impatient to see Angela, I can’t wait for us to take our wedding vows and become legal couple.

Jack was my best man and was standing beside me. “Chill Daniel, your bride is not going anywhere” He said, laughing at me.

“How can I relax when she hasn’t showed up, I just can’t wait to make her mine already” I said desperately, staring at the door for the tenth time.

“She’s yours man so don’t get all worked up" He said, laughing again. I glared hard at him and he kept quite instantly.

I focus my attention to the door again and saw my mum and Angela’s mum walked in smiling at each other before going to take their sits. They have become so close with one another that they can’t do without seeing each other every single day likewise both my dad and Angela's dad.

A slow music started playing at the background signifying the bride entry. I stared at the door as it was opening gradually revealing the most beautiful woman in the universe walking with both fathers side by side and Ellen and Rosie at their back throwing rose petals everywhere.

The wedding dress looksso magnificent in her with the bump; I kept drooling at her giving her my best smile ever. I saw her blush through the lace covering her face; I felt like removing it to see her beautiful face with a warm smile plastered at the corner of her lips and take her here and there.

Both my dad and her dad approach me with my beautiful bride in the middle and placed her hands on mine before walking away. We lock hands before walking down the altar to take our wedding vows.

After reading our wedding vows, the priest continued;

“Angela Perez, do you take Daniel Collins as your lawfully wedded husband to love and hold, in sickness and in health, till death do you part.” He asked Angela.

She stared at me grinning without saying a thing for a second. “Yes, I do” She replied, smililng at me. I thought she was gonna say ‘no’ but she just did that to taunt me. I’m so gonna taunt her also tonight.

“Daniel Collins, do you take Angela Perez as your lawfully wedded wife to love and to hold, in sickness and in health, till death do you part.” He asked me.

“Yes, I do” I responded sharply making everyone chuckle.

“You may exchange rings now” He said and Jack brought forth the ring. I brought it out and slide it into her ring finger.

Ellen brought forth Angela's ring and handed it to her before she slide it in my finger.

“Now, you may kiss..." He was not done saying the words when I toss her lace and claim her lips

The priest was still saying "You may kiss the bride" when Daniel pulled up my lace and claimed my lips shocking me with his attitude and making everyone giggle including the priest. He is so impatient.

I kissed him back placing my hands around his neck deepening the kiss with our mouth both dancing in ecstasy.

“You both stillhave enough time for that” Ellen yelled and everyone burst out laughing. We pulled away and stare intoeach other eyes with love.

“Shall we go Mrs. Collins?” Daniel said taunting me. I blush taking his hands before moving down the altar to greet our family and friends.

We talked to my parent and Daniel’s parent alsotaking their blessings before going to greet some guests.

We’re already at the reception of our wedding, after dancing Daniel and I continued greeting the guest and well wishers.

After greeting few guests, Daniel left to greet some other guests who are his business clients alone since I said I was tired because of the heaviness of my bump.

Ellen and Rosie approached me smiling. “Happy married life bestie” Rosie said hugging me.

“Thanks Rosy” I answered smiling.

“Happy married life sister-in-law” Ellen said, smirking.

“Thanks Ellen, umm…” I said wanting to tease her “…when are you gonna get married to Jack?” I asked with one eye brow raised. Her face turn pink staring at Jack who was talking to some people.

“Awwn! She’s so much in love” Rosie tease her also and we both giggling.

“He is gonna pop up the question very soon” She replied battling her lashes.

“Whoa!” I exclaimed.

“Guys, look over there” Rosie said looking at Jack’s direction. He was staring at Ellen like he wanna devour her right now.

We turned our eyes and saw them giving each other eye contract. “Excuse you babes” She said and rushed out and Jack followed. We all know where that he gonna lead to.

After they left, I turned my graze back to Rosie. “How is your boss doing?” I said, smirking.

“Umm… he is fine why are you asking?” She replied feeling uncomfortable with the question.

“You know am just asking after your encounter with your boss” I stated taunting her the more. She mistakenly had a one night stand with her boss so since then she has been avoiding him like a flea and the dude has fallen for her, he even asked her out but this lazy head hasn’t said a thing.

“Ehmm… well you know, I’m just scared maybe he’s just said that to have sex with me again” She said.

“It’s not like that babe, I can see through his eyes how much he loves you and if you also feel the same way for him why hiding it” I explained.

“I love him too and I’ve missed been around him. Thanks for having a wonderful person like you” She said, smiling and hugging me.

“It okay dear” I said. We pull away and were talking about random stuff when Daniel approached us, smiling at me.

“Sorry to spoil your fun but Mrs. Collins we are going for our honeymoon now” He said.

“Okay” I said getting from up.

We were about leaving for our honeymoon when someone dressed in black covering his face with a hood and stood in our way pointing a gun at us.

Bodyguards and police rushed towards us telling the person to drop the gun.

“Nobody moves or am gonna blow the bride’s head” The person said pointing the gun at me. Immediately I heard the voice, I knew it was Jennifer but how did she manage to pass all that securities. I cling tightly to Daniel.

She removed the hood showing her face, and everyone exclaimed. “You’re gonna die in my hands today” She said hatred in her voice and she pulled the trigger.

When she pull the trigger I was expect to fall down but I didn’t instead someone took the shot for me.
