PROLOGUE

Angela Perez, a 23 years old pretty, kind and a psycho lady. After betrayed by the people who mean so much to her moved to Texas to forget the past and start afresh.

Little did she know what’s in store for her when she met Daniel Collins?

Daniel Collins, a 28 years old handsome, arrogant and a cold-hearted multi-billionaire. He was played by his ex; now all he does is satisfy his sexual argue with ladies and nothing more until Angela came into the picture and everything changed.

CHAPTER 1

The rays of sun reflection shining through the window woke me up making me groan and rumble off the bed. I forgot to close the window last night when searching for a job online.

I checked my alarm clock which was 9:45 am. Oh! My God! Am gonna be late for the interview at DC Company by 10 pm.

I rushed to the bathroom, took a quick shower and came out. I dried my body, applied lotion and held to my closet.

I settled for a decent black female suit and a heel to match. After putting it on, I did a little makeup taking my bag and file looking at my reflection once again before heading out of my apartment.

A little introduction about me.

My name is Angela Perez; I am 23 years old, kind, pretty and a psycho. Yeah! It had been two months since I left Dallas to Texas. The two most important people in my life after the death of my parents betrayed me.

Two weeks before my wedding, I caught both my fiancé and best friend having sex at his apartment, and that very day I beat them to a pulp. That’s how crazy I am.

After the incident, the news went viral and their relationship continued. I then decided to move to Texas to start afresh and forget ever knowing them.

Since I came to Texas have been looking for a job but to no avail until yesterday, I saw a job vacancy online for the post of a personal assistant – P.A at DC Company, a famous company so I applied and the interview is today. I think that all you all should know about me.

I hailed a taxi going to the company, about 20 minutes, the taxi halt in front of the big company - DC Company.

I paid the taxi driver and entered the company. I walked towards the reception and met a woman there.

“Good morning. I’m here for the interview.” I said.

“Good morning, take the elevator to the 15th floor.” She replied, smiling.

“Thanks” I said, returning the smile.

I held to the elevator going to the 15th floor. After some seconds, the elevator opened and I met some people waiting in front of an office, I walked to join them patiently waiting to be called.
