"Thank you, uncle, but this is also because Alex is very helpful at the company." Said Robert

"That child, I don't know, it seems like he isn't good enough. He just came here and introduced Precious as his future wife, do you know anything? " said Mr. Adepoju

"I just found out today from Alex too, but it seems like you don't need to worry. Alex seems to be very happy anyway and we also know that Alex has never liked another woman besides Precious. " Said Robert

"Yes, I just don't want to see him disappointed again. We also know that Alex is a very gentle person. I just don't want his kindness to be used. Please watch over him, Alex is very bad at judging people. " Said Mr. Adepoju

"All right, I'll be watching Alex." Said Robert

"Thank you, you are indeed reliable." Said Mr. Adepoju, gently patting Robert's shoulder

Meanwhile Alex brings Precious to his apartment to put the baby clothes they previously bought. After opening the trunk of the car and carrying a shopping bag, Alex also invited Precious to enter his apartment.

Precious was amazed to see Alex's apartment which was clean and neatly arranged even though he lived alone.

She looked around and she saw a picture of the two of them in high school neatly displayed on every table and every corner of the room. The photo that really caught her attention was a photo of the two of them winning the Math Olympiad. Precious holds the photo and looks at him closely then she glances at Alex who is putting baby clothes into his cupboard.

"Do you still have these photos?" Precious asked

Alex then approached Precious and looked at the photo held by his future wife. Alex then smiled and nodded his head while staring at Precious with his shining eyes. Enthusiastically Alex ran and took the photo album that he kept in his desk drawer.

Alex then sat on his bed and patted the bed as a sign to ask Precious to sit next to him. Then when Precious sat next to him, Alex opened the old album that he kept and showed each photo one full of their memories.

"Do you remember this? This is the photo we took on our first day of high school. At that time you forced me to take a picture with you. We take lots of photos together and go through high school together, at every important moment we will take photos as a memento. " Said Alex while remembering their memories together

Precious also looked at their photos and recalled all the good memories they shared. Precious then glanced at the smiling Alex while staring at the old photo of the two of them. He might not realize it but he looks very handsome when he smiles especially for Precious who is very lucky to get his love.

"We always go through high school together. There are no moments that we miss except for the most important day ... "said Precious, staring at Alex's graduation photo who was standing alone holding his graduation certificate

"Graduation day, why didn't you come? That day I gathered all my courage to say that I like you. Why didn't you come and disappear? " said Alex, staring into Precious's eyes

Precious bowed her head for a moment then she looked at Alex with her sad eyes. There was clearly doubt in Precious's eyes and she looked heavy in answering Alex's question. She sighed heavily and tears began to bathe her eyelids.

Alex immediately hugged Precious tightly as if he could feel the sadness that Precious felt. Strangely, Alex's hug feels very warm and can soothe Precious's heart which previously felt tight and painful when she remembered the bad and painful memories that still left an imprint on her heart.

"It's okay, there's no need to tell me. Forget everything and we start our new life together. " Said Alex

Precious hugged Alex tightly and held back her tears to flow. Precious was slowly feeling more relieved and calmer in the arms of Alex. As Alex said, Precious chose to bury and forget all the painful memories she had experienced. Now her new life with Alex will soon begin.
