I immediately went to Dev's house because of what Aga said. I don't know, but I'm really feeling nervous now. Why was Aga's tone like that? Like somethingjust happened.

If so, then did something happen to Dev? It has to be. And now that I think about it, it just made me feel even more nervous.

When I got to Dev's house, I saw the gate and also the door of my twin's house hang open so I entered, I closed it as well.

When I entered, I saw that it was...okay. Everything is fine. I went to the living room and I was surprised by what I saw.

Lots of scattered glass, from the glass table as well as the vase was on the floor. The sofa's also fell down. This time, everything's a mess!

I saw Dev lying on the floor, she's looking out of nowhere while crying as if thinking about something painful.

I immediately approached her and hugged her.

“A-Are you okay, Dem?” I asked her. Though I know she's not okay. She looked at me with tears in her eyes. Her eyes were already swollen, so I know she had cried a lot.

She nodded at me in response but didn't speak.

I looked at Agatha with a questioning look. “What happened here Aga?” I ask her.

I can see the hesitation in her eyes, whether if she'll tell me or not, but sooner she also spoke.

“W-When I got here earlier, I saw those scattered glass and Xy....” she took a deep breath, before continue speaking a tear escaped in her eyes.

My heart start pounding like crazy.

“... nearly pierced her neck...trying to end...” she swallowed the lump on her throat. “trying to end her l-life” she added.

What she said echoed in my ears.

“... nearly pierced her neck...trying to end...her life”

Unbeknownst to me, my tears were already streaming down my tears.

I am to blame for all this! I should be the one suffering and not Dev! I AM! Not her...

I once again hugged Dev while sobbing. “I-I'm sorry, Dev. I-I am to blame for all of this. Y-You shouldn't be the one suffering, Dev. I-I should, I should be the one who's suffering!”

But she did not speak. She was still looking out of nowhere as of she's at the depths of her own thinking. Her eyes were hollow, she's crying but there no emotion you can see on her eyes.

And it brings chills down my spine. It is unusual to see Dev like this. To see her...this miserable. To see her...in despair and agony.

Another set of tears streamed down my face again.

‘And it's all because of me’

I looked again at Aga who was now sweeping away the cluttered glass. But I know she's still sobbing...silently. This is too much for her. She just got home and this scene is what she'll see right in front of her eyes.

“Where's Dwyne? Isn't he Dev's boyfriend? Why isn't he h-here?” I asked. She was stunned but immediately recovered and looked at me.

She pursed her lips and sighed. “W-Well, Xy and Dwyne broke up...just now”

“What?!” I screamed. I looked at Dev again. And her head was already bent. Looks like she heard what Aga just said. Looks like she's still paying attention to us.

I looked at Dev with pity and also with sympathy. But I feel much guilty. It's because of me. If only that issue didn't fly out, Xy didn't need to do that sacrifice for me. Then she and Dwyne won't break up.

Around you hear the bell- ~

I answered the call. It's from Hilary.

“Hello?”

[At last, you answered, Era! You already know what happened, right?! Are you okay? What about Naddy? I called her before but she didn't answer, so I just called you]

“Just come here. Dev needs us now, bring Freya with you” I said.

[Okay, okay. I'll just call Freya to go straight to Naddy's house]

“All right” I turned off my call.

"Dev, let's go to the sofa so that you'll get comfortable” I said. She nodded and smiled at me even though there were still tears in her eyes.

I help her stand up and go onto the sofa because she seems to can't stand up on her own because her body was weakened due to overwhelming feeling she felt. And she also seems to be fainting.

“-Thank you, X-Xiera” she stammered. I just smiled at her.

Later on, someone knocked on the door, so I went there to open it. I'm sure it's one of them Freya or Hilary.

I opened the door.
