MariGold Cruz was a young -poor- adult, living with an abusive aunt, after her mother mysteriously disappeared. She one day went out to pick bottles, and saw a very expensive phone in a trash can. Not wanting to leave it there, she took it and began looking for the owner. Wilbur Sanders, the owner of the phone, is a well-known actor and model.
