In the morning, Lily got up early since she had to visit the hospital today. She took shower and put on light pink polka dot short sleeve top tucked inside above knee length dark blue skirt and pink stiletto heels.

She let her hairs down and sprayed her favourite perfume then took her purse and applied some lip balm.

She went downstairs and told her grandfather that she had to go out for something important and left.

By sharp 8:30 in the morning, Lily reached the hospital for her appointment that was on 8:40 am. She waited for her turn then went inside the doctor's cabin where she saw someone she wasn't expecting.

"Niece-in-law, what are you doing here?", David asked in a surprised tone. "I am here to learn some dance moves from Vanessa", Lily answered sarcastically to which David sighed knowing how she was.

"I hope everything is ok. Call me if you need anything", he said in a gentle tone and smiled to which Lily nodded. "And yeah, don't tell Sam I came here today", Lily reminded to which he gave a confused look but still gave a nod.

He knew asking her too much would be like hitting your head on the wall so he said nothing and left.

Lily sat on the chair in front of the doctor who was also one of her acquaintance she had known for some years. She met Vanessa Hutchins in her past life. She was wife of one of Sam's client.

In this life, Lily met Vanessa a year back and knew her since then as Vanessa was her client. Lily personally designed a few things for her house.

Vanessa told Lily to some test and wait for the reports.

After some times, Vanessa got the reports and called Lily in her cabin. "Ms. Sheng, you've already entered your fourth month. Congratulations", Vanessa said with a smile and after discussing a few things, they went to get Lily's ultrasound done.

"Your baby is healthy and fine. Seems you took good care", Vanessa smiled as she spoke. Lily stared at the screen as Vanessa pointed at a small image on the screen and said, "You see this? That's your baby. It has fingers and toes now."

Lily stared quietly then look at her slightly protruded belly as a feeling of warmth spread in her heart knowing that there was a life growing inside of her womb that belonged to her and Sam. She was excited to tell Sam about it.

After the checkup, Lily took the images of ultrasound with her and went to the office.

She kept rubbing her belly the entire time when she was in office. Seemingly, the God did not let her stay happy for too long because she got a call from her father talking about another marriage proposal that ruined her entire mood.

Well, if that wasn't enough, she got another news that made her want to kill someone right away.

Lily read an article that was on trending in the business news currently.

[Samuel Andres finally moved on from his late wife and decided to marry the French supermodel Marina Hamilton.]

As she scrolled through the website, she saw numerous articles with different eye-catching headlines.

[Owner of Andres Groups and many more industries has announced his marriage by the end of this year.]

Lily rolled her eyes upon reading the last heading. When she opened one of the article, she saw one picture of Sam and Marina where she had her arms hooked to his. Since the picture was taken from Marina's side, Sam's face wasn't much visible.

The next article had a picture that seemed like they were kissing. Only Sam's back was visible in the picture. Lily laughed while she gritted her teeth when she saw that the articles were posted yesterday.

Lily opened the last article that said that Marina was pregnant. The reporters even wrote a few statements given by Marina where she was saying that she had been in relationship with Sam for the past few months but didn't want to make it public as they were not sure about it but now that she is pregnant, they decided to announce it and get married by the end of this year.

Lily sighed and shut her laptop.

She leaned back on her chair and rubbed her stomach. "Don't think your father is a bad guy. This media can print just anything to get views", she said and closed her eyes.

She took her mobile and texted Sam.

Dumbo Crybaby- What are you doing? I miss you.

She got a reply after a couple minutes that said: Nothing, wifey. Just getting things done here quickly to come to you asap.

She smiled and replied.

'Come back soon. I have something to talk about with you. I love you.'

He replied her with a I love you more and a heart emoji.

She kept her mobile aside and leaned her back on the chair. Her mind felt a bit uneasy but she knew that the man would never leave her or cheat on her.

The man who cried over her death and turned himself into a walking corpse just because of her loss would never cheat on her especially when he found her back, would he?

She kept herself calm as ever and continued to do her work while her evil mind was thinking of various evil punishment for the man who had no idea of what was to come for him when he returns back to New York.

In France,

Sam was sitting a restaurant with a beautiful french lady in front of him.

The woman looked like she was the same age as Sam. She had beautiful blue eyes with thin eyes brows, pointy nose, thin lips, in short a perfect face but still she looked nothing if compared to Lily's natural face. She had mid length blond hairs.

She had tall height of 5'8" and a beautiful body with C cup busts, thin waist and round butts.

This is Marina Hamilton, 21 year old. She is one of the most beautiful and popular supermodel in the entire Europe. She was among the most sought model in the world.

Sam came to meet her to sign a contract for his newly opened fashion company. He wanted her to be the face of his brand. Well, that wasn't his idea though.

He had to come personally for the meeting since Marina declined to sign contract in presence of anyone else other than him. Sam did not want to hire her when he heard that but Ali insisted that she was a top model so it was natural for her to demand the CEO.

"Sign the contract", Sam said handing her the file but she did not pay attention to it and stared at him. She seemed to find him more attractive with his cold demeanor. Sam frowned when he noticed she was staring at him for too long and wanted to pull her eyes out but controlled his anger.

"What's the rush? Let's spend some time first so I can know you better. After all it depends on your behaviour how the company will be", she said with a seductive smile which annoyed him more and made him want to shoot her.

"Andres Groups had been in the business world for more than 10 consecutive years, it's enough for anyone to know what my company is like. Don't waste my time. I have more things to do than just entertain someone like you", he said in a cold tone.

"What do you mean by someone like me?", She asked with a frown on her face.

"Do you think I am blind to not see what you're doing? You better focus on work rather than flirting with me", he said glaring at her that made her shiver in fear.

"Hope you know what I am well known for. Be in your limits or I won't mind shooting you next time", he said coldly and stood up then left the place.

Although she felt terror run in her entire body, she felt he was too sexy and wanted him more.
