"So...why are you here...no no don't tell me you couldn't help but come huh"it was Monica said sarcastically as she walked up to Justin before he could descend the stairs. It was early in the morning,
the Ellison mansion was as quiet as the serene waters of the sea not like it was unusual but to Monica,
it was especially when the owner of the house was still asleep even when it was 10 in the morning
"Not now Moni...I have things to do"Justin remarked keeping Monica at arm's length and continuing his journey since he was in a hurry but Monica stopped him unexpectedly leaving him with no choice than to stop as he ran his hand in his hair out of frustration
"What's this huh...what's your problem...I'm in a hurry so don't bother me" he said, keeping his hand massaging his temples,
he was already irritated because he had arranged an important meeting where Victor had to be present.
The board members of the hospital were waiting for an hour and thirty minutes for him but the man never showed up.
It was past ten and still nothing, even Beverly had no idea where Victor was hence he had to rush to the mansion and see what the mighty Victor was up to but now he had a road block in form of Monica
"You brought that troublemaker here...admit it it's your plan huh"Monica lashed out pointing her index finger at Justin who couldn't believe his ears.
He was in charge of finding a surrogate for Victor so why was Monica acting all worked up
"Look here, sweetheart...I know you have issues with me but keep these little hands to yourself"Justin ignored Monica's tantrums and said more seriously. She was throwing a fit over nothing when she was only allowed to stay in a house that wasn't here because she just suffered a divorce and the loss of her sister
"You are nothing but a big jerk Justin...a fucking coward!" she growled out and fisted Justin's front shirt pulling him forward as part of his chest showed as a few upper buttons loosened
Justin was rendered helpless as he kept his hands to his sides. The woman was picking a fight with him so early in the morning and he had no time for her
"This is deeper than finding Victor a surrogate...we'll talk later" Justin murmured in a serious tone and pried her hands away from one after the other and kept them to her side.
He wasn't in the mood to evoke something he didn't want to talk about hence he looked at her one more time before he walked away and rushed upstairs.
Monica remained standing there as he kept her cold eyes at Justin's retreating form until he was out of sight.
Did she let out a low yell of frustration as her hand clenched tightly to her sides? She just got back from her morning run at the park hence she decided to go and take a shower
Justin was irritated even more as he made his way to Victor's room. He had so many issues to deal with other than the likes of Monica's tantrums or get issues.
For a second he wanted to say hi to Vivienne but dropped the idea when he saw her bedroom door closed securely. He didn't see her anywhere downstairs hence he guessed she was still sleeping.
He understood her knowing the symptoms of pregnancy would start showing in just a few weeks and that too sleeping in late was at the top of the list
"He always lectures me about being punctual...about taking work more seriously but here he was still in bed" Justin muttered to himself as he strode to Victor's door. He was surprised to find it slightly open hence he slowly pushed it open and upon entering his jaw dropped.
His eyes widened in shock seeing the sight before him. He didn't have to walk further in to make sure he was seeing the correct thing but what he saw left him shaken.
