"Where do you want me to place this Miss?" a man asked me while holding the rectangular table for kids

"You can place them right here." I said to him and I plan to place the table in a U shape so they can see each other

Everything was on set and everyone was placing the foods, the gifts the clay that will be used for the children's play time, I was excited and nervous at the same time

"I'm so glad you make it sister." said Matthew and then kissed my cheeks and I did the same to him

"I'm so glad I can help." I told him

And then I was checking my phone where Karla and Clarize were and most importantly on what Dred has been up to, this fast few days he's been a little off, late coming home and even pays attention to me lesser than before. I was asking him what's wrong but he said he was also tired and having problems especially since he was leaving for like days from now. So I don't know I know something is wrong he just doesn't want to tell me

"Why the long face, I hope you told us that you really don't want to be with us and you're just forced to be with us at an event like this." said Karla

"Ahhhh! You guys made it!" I shouted and hugged both of them

It's been ages in my feeling when I see them again, I was so thrilled I didn't know what to do

"when did you arrive? I didn't realize you were already here" I told them

"Duh! You're spacing out when we got here. Is everything alright?" Clarize asked and I juts nodded my head

"Of course not, I was just worried. Let's go?" I asked them once back in business why I am here, and shoved the thoughts that were playing on my head

"But I'm thrilled Alessia, tell us why did you end up with Dred but you didn't tell us?" said Karla and I just scoffed softly

"I'll tell you later after the program okay, I miss you guys!" I said and pushed them towards the hall because the event will start any minute

I was busy arranging the gifts to put the rest in the box and then someone bump their waist on mine and it was Karla

"Did you know that your Ex-husband was invited to this event." said Karla and the gift I was holding was released from my gasp

"I didn't know." I said softly while looking at Blade that was talking to Matthew

"Now you know." Karla said and I just smiled at her and I showed my wedding ring while facing her face

"I'm married, so please don't have dirty thoughts." I said to him and shook my head

The party start by Miss Matthew giving some speech and in sight on why we are gathered there, it was said that it is her way of thanking her adopted parents that so loved him the most and wished that every children on that hall will get the love they all deserved.

And that's it, we are assisting them. Giving them food and it was a lovely sight and then I gathered the girls to be sat with me after they had eaten and give the individual clay they could play with and hoped that what I sinearch on the internet will help me to build a nice kitchen wear like a pot or frying pan. And as we are enjoying I looked at the field and there I saw Blade playing with the boys using his soccer ball and think of what would it looked like if Dred was the one doing that, I invited him to join me but he said he was busy, he always says that after the day he told me that he will take a shower but he never came out and the food ended up cold and I feel asleep waiting for him but when I woke up it was already morning and he was never near my sight

I didn’t know that I was staring that hard when Clarize poked me on my side

"Don't stare too much." he said and I scoffed

We are all having a great time and it was a nice sight, we distributed the gifts and toys we brought for them and then I sat on the chair of those children who used it

"thank you for inviting me Miss Matthew. I have a great time." I said to her as she approached me

"No thank you, for helping me fulfill this." she said and then Karla and Clarize were bringing me food and then we enjoyed our brunched

But Karla knocked in front of me and titling her head signaling me that someone was behind me, and I was thrilled I thought it was Dred but it was Blade so my smile started to fade

"Excuse me, but can I talk to you Alessia, it's just important." said Blade

And then I sighed, I don't know but he's been like this but I kept on turning him down, so I decided to talk to him to end it all

We walked and walked away from the hall and I was hugging myself while following him

"I didn't know you were here as well." he said and I was looking at him with an expression of "really? that's all you're going to ask me?"

"If that's all you say I should take my leave." I said to him but those children ran towards us and formed a circle while jumping

And I didn't know what to do, they were teasing us like

"Pretty lady is with the Prince charming."

I didn't mind but it was so awkward, but on the other hand, Blade seems like he's enjoying this

"Get away from them!" shout of a familiar voice

"You filthy kids and then you stick to my wife, do you know how many pants he has?" Kycine shouted and then It was starting to create a commotion

"Not in here Kycine." said Blade holding his wife's arm

"Chill, Kycine they were just children. Don't need to flex your real nature." I said to her calmly and she scoffed

"You're not against it because you want to! Aren't you already married? Why are you still dealing with someone who is already married?" Kycine said hysterically

"I think you should cleansed the mind of that wife of yours." I said to Blade

"My apologies Miss Matthew, but I must take my leave." I said to her and then Karla and Clarize joined me

I was so stressed, wasn’t he thinking? We were just there because the children were enjoying themselves. He didn't have to make a mess, I squeezed my senses and thought that was the reason why I don't want to be involved in any of his business because his wife was delusional!
