Chapter 49: Chapter 49

We were prepping for what I was going to brig at the hospital, so we were really busy. We were also informed that she was conscious the day before, but we chose not to go. It had been three days since I had last asked Blade whether he was certain that we would be going, but he had changed his mind about going.

——-

"Hnnng," I groaned, my voice quiet.

Then I felt the tug of his manhood pulling me inside of myself. Despite the fact that I was lying down with my back against the wall, I didn't completely lose my conscience.

In fact, I suggested to Blade that we pay her a visit because she is an employee of your organization, which she agreed to.

And I dropped to the ground since the ideas from the encounter had never left my head and were causing me distress. I'm well aware that I owe her nothing, but the fact that she stuck up for me is incredible. She was under no responsibility to do so, yet she did.

We shouldn't have too much fun with her, to be honest. I'm confident that she'll be alright. He kissed my nude shoulder after saying this.

Some of the time he says "yes, we should," but the majority of the time he says "no, we don't have to."

Having spent the last two days pursuing Blade, I agree with her; nonetheless, she prefers that we simply go there after our shift, which is OK with me. There is no need for us to be at the hospital for very long. Only a brief stopover is required to be paid to her.

You don't have to spend a lot of time preparing, Love. You appear to be remorseful for what you're doing. As he walked into my room, he muttered something to me.

Blade, it's not simply that I'm concerned about seeming guilty. Let's just say that she was at the wrong place at the wrong time for the most part. What if she wasn't aware of what had occurred? I was the one who was in the hospital, not she. 'I'm sorry,' I said. He seemed a little agitated, and I'm not sure why, but when I tried to find out what he'd said, he replied that the money had gone missing, and that I shouldn't bother asking because it was obvious that day that he hadn't received any communication from his parents about the situation. It is extremely unpleasant on his part, and it is extremely stressful for him. It was even suggested that they provide him some clues, but nothing rang true for him.

And because he seemed so worried, I tried to coax him back into conversation by just hugging him. He claimed to be alright, but his behaviors told me differently.

Rather of going on dates, he prefers that we stay at home and snuggle, especially on days when we are free from work. It was quite pleasant, and I hope he will be able to rest as well.

It had been a very hectic day at the office. We were preoccupied with documents that needed to be reviewed, and I was noticing money that was missing; however, what I was doing now if they were being paid for certain debts, and I am the one who goes to Luis to clear a record, everything was fine, except for a few records that I saw that were insignificant when compared to these records was what I was doing now. Those records needed to be resolved as soon as possible.

"If it doesn't end soon, I'll be back by lunchtime, hopefully." Blade said something to me.

In the midst of getting ready to assist him, he kissed him on the cheek and waived him off into the distance.

That one incident occurred on this day, and he was required to pay the violations he made as a result of that one occurrence before he ever told me that he would be willing to settle regardless of how high the fine was because it was his fault.

After waiting for Blade to return home, I spent the entire day doing nothing but sorting through paperwork, and I occurred to take Blade's when I finished mine. I was arranging recordings at the time, and when I took a break, I couldn't quite get the thought out of my head about why I had to be concerned about that woman.

I asked myself the same question, but I'm grateful and at the same time concerned by the answer. I didn't think about what he would think when he saw Blade, but I didn't think about it since it's probably not essential to think about it.

He had just entered the office and was holding a bag of food when Blade called out, "Hey!"

The fact that I didn't eat in the cafeteria was a positive thing. "I'm really hungry." I murmured something to him and then walked up to the seat in front of him.

I was overjoyed when he placed the steaks and smoothies he had purchased on the table. I had no idea that food could bring such joy to my heart.

While we were enjoying our brunch, I almost forgot that it was already 3 p.m. and that we needed to rest after we finished eating.

"Blade, we have to get out of here." As I leaned my back against the sofa, I whispered something to him.

"Where are you going?" He inquired.

And all I did was give him a sour look. Then he climbed to his feet and kissed my lips before putting on his coat.

Then he remarked, "Let's go," as I carried my luggage and clothes for the woman we were going to see to the car.

While driving, he claimed that I was mocking him for taking such risks, but he claims that he has no regrets about any of his acts because he had me shaking him while driving, but I have to keep my eyes on the road.

Then we arrived to the hospital, which was hectic because I only knew her by her given name, Eunice, and we were on the verge of giving up when we discovered that Eunice was the name of every ward in the building.

The waiting area was quiet while Blade was busy looking for his room. He seemed apprehensive about coming here after being away for a few days, and while he did care, he didn't want me to get involved in anything that would cause difficulties.

Then, after a lengthy period of looking, Blade discovered it and entered, with me following behind him.

It caught me off guard when he abruptly hugged Blade and said, "Thank you for visiting me, Blade," which caught me off guard.

And there I was, standing at the entrance, perplexed. What the hell is going on?
